The shop is quite small and has both eat-in and takeaway options. We found the service was quite slow but likely due to the fact that the food is prepared across the way at their other premises. I was happy with my sandwich option but my husband found his panini bland, so mixed reviews. Although I am not gluten-free, I was impressed with the number of cake options for those who are. For those with limited mobility please be aware that the toilets are upstairs and the staircase is quite narrow and steep.
Step into a chic underground spot with a lively vibe, delicious food, and attentive service, perfect for special occasions or casual dining.

This was the best meal I've had in a long time. Me and my boyfriend came for a birthday meal, and usually dining as a student couple in a fancier restaurant can make us feel a little out of place, but definitely not here. The staff were all incredibly kind while still being professional, and we immediately felt comfortable. The food was incredible. I'm celiac and can't eat gluten and our waiter was very accommodating; most allergies can be catered for as the food is made fresh. The pasta was incredibly flavoursome and the meat was tender. My boyfriend particularly enjoyed his tiramisu and the panna cotta was exceptional. We will most definitely be coming back.
Experience a lively vibe with a bustling atmosphere and attentive service, perfect for a fun night out despite some hits and misses on the menu.

Lively, busy, buzz of a restaurant.
Friendly and attentive staff and a good selection of dishes. Starter and pud were good but my main course was a bit underwhelming. I felt £25.00 for a swordfish steak, a few potatoes, cherry tomatoes and olives was a lot. It didn’t taste of much either.
Overall a very pleasant evening. Staff were friendly and chatty even when the restaurant was very busy.
Great gluten free options as well.
Experience stunning views of Pulteney Bridge while enjoying a memorable meal that makes every occasion feel special.

Really nice dinner for 6 recently. One gluten free diner in our group well looked after. Service was perfectly prompt and friendly. All food was tasty and arrived timely and all together. Wine was overly expensive. All in all definitely recommend
A cozy spot for a meal, offering a variety of options in a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a casual night out or a special date.

Wonderful date night at Zizzi - Bath. Arancini and chorizo bombe for starters, both perfectly cooked and the hot honey was a great flavour combination with the garlic but not at all overpowering. I had the pure pepperoni gluten-free pizza which was big enough for 2 meals, and my partner had the la bomba calzone, which was also big enough for 2 servings. We had pinot Grigio blush & a zero alcohol peroni. Special shout out to Max, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and personable throughout the evening. Also loved the attention paid to my allergies (and the little stickers that showed they made the meals with my allergies in mind.) Will definitely be making a return & recommend a dinner night out at Zizzi Bath!
Enjoy a trendy vibe in a beautifully renovated space, with attentive service and a unique atmosphere that make every visit memorable.

We found the whole evening fantastic. The atmosphere and ambiance was wonderful, the service and attentiveness of the staff was of the correct balance, our server, Deity, was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant’s history, the choice of food, specially gluten-free options, was exceptional. We will definitely recommend to family and friends and we plan to be back again soon.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and I had pre-booked as it does get extremely busy especially on a rugby weekend.
Host was friendly and showed us to the table straight away. Our order was taken quickly and there wasn't a long wait for food.
I'm coeliac so I needed a specific menu. This was gone through with me by the host. My food came out with a different colour pizza cutter.
The noise was the only thing that I could complain about. We struggled to have a proper conversation due to it being so noisy. There was a kids party going on so that will always bring the noise level up. It was understandable being a busy Saturday afternoon. Wouldn't put me off visiting again and it didn't affect the service.
Didn't use the toilet facilities so can't comment on those.
