We have visited Rocco's every year, typically multiple times, that we have visited AZ and thought the pizza was very good. This year was disappointing. My wife's gluten free had a less than satisfactory taste, my regular crust pepperoni/bacon was ok my not up to prior years' experiences. I doubt we will return in the future.

NOT GLUTEN-FREE FRIENDLY. DON’T EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE CELIAC DISEASE. They charged an extra $7 for a gluten free crust and cross contaminated my food anyway. I’ve been super sick since I ate there. Avoid this place if you have celiac disease.

1000/10! If I lived in Tucson, Renee’s would be seeing me ALOT. Lots of Gluten Free options and super yummy! If you’re in Tucson and need a romantic dinner spot this is the one, the vibe was literally perfect!

We have been coming to Scordato's for years. We love their Italian food, and discovered this year they have excellent martinis too! Emily and Hannah make such good drinks, and they are reasonably priced. They are fun to chat with when we sit at the bar, along with Rose, who entertains us while she makes sure all the glassware is sparkling clean. We love their chicken parm it is the best we found in Tucson! They also have a great meatball dish, and have gluten-free pasta, which we really appreciate. Portions are BIG! Their salads are good, their appetizers are good, and it is a nice atmosphere in the restaurant with many different seating areas. We highly recommend Scordato's!!

Wow. I was so excited to try Vero Amore. I was astounded by how much our server hates gluten free and was completely unwilling to even discuss options. I asked about sauces for the pasta and she said, “I don’t know what you are allergic to, the description on the menu tells you what is in it” I wound up with gf penne with crushed tomato sauce and baked chicken. I was told I couldn’t have any cheese as it all had gluten. She was aggressively unwilling to help to the point I had to ask for her to get someone else to help me. I didn’t choose to have celiac disease and I know it can be hard for restaurants. I try to ask reasonable questions to stay safe and have never encountered this level of unwillingness to even try to accommodate. I thought going to a local restaurant with gluten free options on the menu would be fun and it turned out to be embarrassing and uncomfortable for our entire party in a way that I have never experienced. I gave one stars because I didn’t get sick. It was flavorless food and the worst service I have ever experienced. Don’t go here. Actually, the bar tender was really nice and the drinks were great. The GM was also really nice when we talked with him before our meal.

We were a party of eight for Easter brunch, we ordered the tomato mozzarella drizzled in balsamic vinegar. The tomato was thin and appeared to have been overproduced from Saturday or even Friday a fresh basil leaf would have enlivened the presentation. We also ordered fried mozzarella. The breading was fresh and nicely fried, there was no flavor transfer indicating good fryer discipline. The gluten free mushrooms and cheese pizza enjoyed by my companions was well presented but not distinctive. The Tomato sauce used for the chicken parm and as a basis for the other tomato pasta dishes was flavorful. I noticed all of the pasta dishes were made with linguini. Unfortunately, the pasta appears to have been cooked long past al dente in bulk long ahead of service. NOT cooked to order. I’m not even sure the pasta was rinsed and chilled in ice water because the texture was so starchy because it may not have been cooked in enough water. It may not have been reheated in water but rather brought up to heat in some kind of green congealed creamy sauce with little distinct flavor of pesto no visible arugula or basil leaf entwined in a vibrant pasta pesto. The sunflower seeds were interesting but my northern Italian culinary training pesto is Pinole. When the dish was presented it appeared to have been molded in a bowl and turned onto plate guaranteed to hold its shape. The Service was friendly customer focused and very responsive. Outdoors under the veranda was perfect. Overall we enjoyed each others company

My mother in law, sister in law and I ate together here for dinner. We loved the service, the food, and the atmosphere. Everything was delicious and she was very respectful of my mom in laws gluten allergy. Thank you for a great evening and a wonderful meal! We will definately return.

We love going to Sauce. They have gluten free pasta. If you like a little kick, try the spicy sausage pasta. If you prefer no heat, the cheesy chicken broccoli pasta is the bomb.

This place sucks! This is the worst 50 dollars I ever spent and will not go back. Flavorless food, just awful. And the gluten free pizza tastes like crap. Costco gluten free pizza is 100x better. Do not eat here .

I have traveled several countries and eaten many pizza's, but Barro's has the best! I don't know what they do to make it so delicious, but whenever we are in Tucson visiting family, we always look forward to eating there. Perfect balance of flavors. Never too hot. Just 🤌🏻 perfection. I am always pleasantly surprised by the price! Keep it up! They do have gluten free dough! Check out the menu online for more info!

I have mixed feelings. When we arrived the service was great & the waitress took an interest in our allergies (gluten, dairy). She told us about cross contamination & was so great. Two of us were served our sandwiches (which were very good) but our friend did not receive her salad. We ordered a cutlery board & it came 1/2 way through our meal but the hummus was covered in cheese. I had to send it back We finished our meal & our plates were cleared . A waitress (Shane) came with just a plate of gluten free bread. I explained that I sent hummus cutlery board back because it had cheese & decided to just cancel. However, I was charged for the hummus cutlery board even though it was never served. When I told her, she seemed upset, grabbed the receipt & said she would have it removed. Crazy experience. The guy who refilled our drink & cleared out table was super excellent.

Delicious. The staff is amazingly friendly. This is a food first restaurant and it shows. I recommend the Steak & Spinach Pasta! The Bleu cheese cream sauce on it will change your life. Celiac friendly!

North Italia never disappoints. The short rib is incredible—rich, tender, and full of flavor. The shrimp scampi and eggplant appetizers are both delicious and perfectly executed. They also offer an excellent selection of wines to complement the meal. The staff is always attentive and accommodating, especially with gluten-free and other special dietary needs, which is greatly appreciated. The atmosphere is decent, but it can get quite noisy when the place is full—even out on the patio. Despite that, it’s a fantastic dining experience overall. Highly recommend!

The service and atmosphere were nice. The food, however, was lacking. First off, I got the minestrone soup, but instead of having pasta in it it has potatoes. There were also very few other vegetables. I'm used to minestrone soup being loaded with vegetables and pasta. The broth was ok, but there was little substance other than the potatoes. My friend got a salad and that was really good. The house salad with the old Italian dressing. Definitely a good salad. I got the chicken piccata for dinner and my friend got the chicken parmigiana with gluten free noodles. The piccata sauce was brown.. couldn't find the capers and only had a hint of lemon. It was not at all what I expected. Also, I was asked if I wanted the red sauce on the noodles instead of the piccata sauce, which was very weird to me. My friends gluten free noodles were sticky and had little flavor. The red sauce of the parmigiana was very acidic. The portions were very large. All in all the food was disappointing, I would not recommend and we will certainly not be going back.

My wife is Celiac and we have eaten here multiple times without issue, subbing the pasta with GF, and notifying the staff. That's a win for us! Plus, the food is great here too, we love the Sonoran twist on everything. It seems they keep shortening the menu unfortunately, but at least the food is good, especially the Birria pizza.

I've eaten their gluten free pizza many times and always enjoyed. This was the first time I did a delivery. The pizza was cold and stuck to the cardboard. Basically unedable. Lesson learned. Why they didn't have wax paper under the pizza is beyond me.

What a fantastic impromptu lunch stop! Team was kind and professional, welcoming and seated us promptly. Our server, Curuas, was very attentive. We were a party of 3. One guest has a severe gluten allergy. Curuas, introduced us to management, who assured us all the food was packaged and prepared separately. What a surprise, and a very nice touch. The vegan Bolognese was one of the best pastas I've ever had. The server informed me that they have a few off-menu vegan selections that are more veggie-based, so be sure to ask about those if you aren't a pasta person. They also have a gluten-free pasta if you are gluten-sensitive. The portion sizes are very generous. Maybe consider sharing a dish if you want to save a room for dessert 😉

We celebrated my husband's birthday at Perche' No and had a fabulous time! The service is attentive without being intrusive -- you feel like guests in their home. Saying that the food is delicious feels like an understatement. It's obvious that Chef Bruno puts love and care into every morsel. After having to go gluten free, I've really missed Italian food. Not any more! Perche' No offers the best GF pasta I've tried in the last 10 years. A recommendation: Split an appetizer. The portions are generous, and you'll want to save enough room to enjoy every bite of your entree and dessert. Thank you for a wonderful evening. We'll be back!

The pizza was so delicious and they have gluten free pizza! We sat on the patio and brought our dog. Great selection of cocktails and beer. Food is ordered at the bar and then they will bring it to your table. We loved it and absolutely will be back!

My husband and I eat here once a week, because you just can't get better, fresher food, good drinks that are reasonably priced, and top tier customer service! We typically sit at the bar inside, and when it's warmer we love to sit on their nice patio, which has plenty of heaters if needed. Our favorite menu item is the honey glazed salmon, and they offer a selection of gluten-free pasta to go with it. We are also averse to garlic (which most of their dishes have in abundance), so we appreciate their kindness in making us pasta without it, which is still very tasty! They have been in business a long time, and have a lot of regulars, which tells you a lot. Savannah, Holly, Zach and Frank will all take good care of you.

This was our third time here, stopping for lunch. Upon entering we were greeted and told to choose a seat wherever we wanted. Only one waitress, Jules, on duty who promptly took our drink orders. She juggled all tables efficiently, and took our food order in a satisfactory amount of time. My wife had the gluten free vegetable pizza which she said was good. I had the lunch special, half Raspberry Salad and pepperoni/bacon pizza. I was surprised at the ample sized salad which was excellent, and it could have been a light meal by itself.

Yes they have a pizza oven, but even so the pizza I had was awful. Daughter had a regular pepperoni pizza it didnt look great, but looked MUCH better then the gluten-free pepperoni i had. Tiny little pepperoni's (& not many of them), poor quality cheese. Tasted like a very cheap frozen pizza-- but cost a lot more. Daughter said hers wasn't good but she was glad she wasnt eating mine!
