Good, good, good. I had a mini holiday in Ferrara and stayed near this bar. I tried both the brioche, the aperitif and their sweets. Everything excellent and gluten-free!
Nestled in a residential area, this busy spot is known for its unique pizza packaging that keeps it perfectly crisp and delicious.

Excellent pizza, really good dough and well stuffed.
In addition to the various pizzas on the online menu, there are also extra pizzas based on the period.
Really excellent!
As an appetizer we had a chickpea flour pancake.
Luckily they also make pizzas with gluten-free dough, so much so that the one in the photo with speck is. Those who have eaten it have given me very positive feedback.
The price is also excellent.
Oh the only thing that is a bit so is that they don't make the portions of French fries that you find everywhere, they only put them on the pizza, but you can't have them as an appetizer and/or side dish.
However, we were very happy, we will be back!
Known for its light, perfectly leavened pizzas made with different flours, this popular spot is a must-visit and gets busy, so booking ahead is smart.

Excellent pizza and great variety of doughs even for celiacs. Large and pleasant room. Little parking compared to the capacity of the place. The desserts are also excellent. Average prices.
A cozy spot with a fabulous variety of tasty baked goods, offers both sweet and savory options that keep everyone satisfied and coming back for more.

We have been using Gluten Free Capricci for over ten years. My daughter is severely allergic to milk proteins and eggs, as well as being celiac, and has never had any problems. Always very attentive and available. Thanks to them my daughter was able to eat things that would otherwise be impossible: cappellacci and tortellini, as well as numerous cakes for the most special events and the fantastic vegan brioches, including pistachio ones, a dream! Seriousness and professionalism! Highly recommended
This spot is a cozy gem in Ferrara with a welcoming vibe, generous portions, and a menu that impresses everyone, offering both classic and unique twists.

EXCELLENT RESTAURANT WITH CELIAC OER OPTIONS!
I organized my graduation lunch here: delicious food and truly impeccable service.
The food was really delicious, we ate very well, the asparagus risotto was to be applauded. Above all, my celiac guests were able to have a menu from the first course to the complete dessert. The service was also really friendly and very helpful, they offered us a room at our complete disposal and made sure that every detail of the party was perfect... they even went to buy me a candle for the cake after realizing that I hadn't brought it.
A truly recommended place!
A cozy family-run spot with a welcoming vibe and a reputation for delicious food that's perfect for any beach day.

FROZEN PIZZA! I called to ask if they made gluten-free pizza and they responded positively. I went to get 2 take-away pizzas, the owner was very friendly, the girls made me change positions 3 times while I was waiting so they wouldn't let me see that the pizza was frozen and made me go right outside the place like an unwelcome person. Not specifying it is really rude and incorrect because I went to pick it up at the supermarket and paid €5 less. Making fun of people by thinking they are morons makes you look really bad and I feel sorry for you. Much better sieve, the sails, quo vadis and Hollywood where at least sincerity reigns. Shame on you

Family lunch, with my celiac wife.
Meanwhile, congratulations for the impeccable service of the very kind Beatrice
We had a truly divine lunch, with tasty and non-trivial dishes
(I go to the restaurant to taste dishes that I don't usually eat at home)
and a truly impeccable attention to Gluten Free.
Absolutely recommended for those who love to eat in an original, tasty and non-trivial way.
Must try again
