One of the best food experience of my entire life ❤️❤️❤️ as Hygienist and vegan my standards are really high but the quality, research and preparation of the food here it's absolutely top notch 🪄 all without gluten, butter and even no sugar in the desserts and they are out of this world. Excellent restaurant just outside the center of Parma. Very good food and very kind service. Perfect place for GLUTEN FREE and very helpful about it.
On this occasion they also offered us a sparkling wine with welcome salami and a small dessert with peanut chocolate and candied oranges with chocolate, all gluten-free.
The only small flaw (obviously subjective in this case), the environment is a bit cold, everything is very much in the shade of grey.
Charming spot with an open kitchen vibe, vibrant dishes, and a cozy atmosphere that invites you to linger a little longer.

Great meal in a cute space. Our friend needs gluten free pasta and it’s not so easy to find in Parma. This place had it. And it was really really good. I had lamb chops and they were delicious. Good service and nice wine.
