Very small wine bar which offers cuisine with many vegan and gluten-free options, the welcome is warm, the food good and the wines recommended to us were delicious. Very nice to find a small, less touristy place in the historic center of Florence, I recommend if you are sensitive to this kind of atmosphere!

It is rare to find a place that makes both vegan and gluten free food. At RAW they don’t just do that: they will blow your mind! The freshness of the ingredients and the genius combinations of flavors were such a surprise. The raw base pizza was delicious. If I was living in Florence I’d be here everyday.

Ate there twice, one was a gluten-free pasta dish (you have to ask for the gluten-free pasta but it is a not a problem for them), the other was steak. Both dishes were super tasteful and the portion size was also good. The service was also great and professional. Would recommend it to anybody.

A great Italian restaurant with indoor as well as a beautiful outdoor patio for seating!! The staff were very friendly and helpful! I told them I had celiac and they told me that they could make GF pasta for me and showed me which sauces I could choose from. I ended up getting Paccheri Cacio e Pepe which is a cheese and black pepper sauce.

Normal sandwiches have a tourist price. I came because they had gluten-free bread but the price was too expensive for two mini sandwiches with supermarket bread. If you go for gluten-free, nothing recommended :(

Zero recommended. First of all, the waiter who served us was charming. On the other hand, the restaurant is not worth it at all. The prices are exorbitant and although the food is delicious, you can eat phenomenally in other places for half or even less of the price. The portions are not large either, in fact we ordered a pizzaiola schnitzel (28 pavazos) and they gave us two cheap mini filets of loin with two pieces of mozzarella. Its cost what, 50 ct? A joke. We went among other things because they are certified gluten-free, my husband was given some supposed fresh pasta noodles (initially this option was not possible and suddenly they decided to make fresh gluten-free pasta), coincidentally very similar to Chinese rice noodles . In short, go to another trattoria where there are great ones and you won't spend the outrageous amount they are going to charge you here. Without gluten there are other much better places.

We have been in Florence for a few days and this ice cream parlor was recommended to us. During our stay we have gone several times and without a doubt we would repeat. They also have gluten-free options and we have been able to eat them all. It has been very hot and it has not melted. We were able to enjoy how delicious it was. Instead, we went to another ice cream shop and it melted right away. So I highly recommend it. The quality-price ratio is spectacular, since a cone with a ball was €2.5.

This is the best breakfast I’ve had in Italy! Very accommodating for gluten free and celiac safe options. Perfectly cooked omelettes, lovely iced coffee and a lot of options. The best part of this experience are the staff… so friendly, wonderful, and happy! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Florence!!! Thank you Lunetta cafe team, we will be back again!

What a great gem! The new owner is cool, the dishes are tasty and well priced and the whole experience feels like you’re dining with the locals. Plus they had 7 types of gluten-free deserts 🥰👌 because after great food, you’d want a proper sweet. Make sure to try the cheesecake!

Chef Vary was awesome! This was legitimately one of the best meals I’ve had in my life, and the best part was, we made it ourselves. We did the gluten free pasta making class, which is AIC certified, and Chef Vary was so skilled at teaching us about how to navigate all the nuances in gluten free pasta making (it’s quite different from normal pasta but tastes just as good when done right). All of her dishes were so creative and absolutely DELICIOUS. Worth every cent!
