I'm celiac and since I discovered Pra Além de Bom, I've been happier. I love the tarts, the strawberry, apple and pear ones are my favorites, I order them every week. I recently tried the lemon cake, it's perfect, soft, and moistens Dinho just right, perfect!!!! I loved that they're selling slices so we can try the flavors of the cakes before ordering the whole one. The honey and spice cake is also perfect. I didn't like the topping of the carrot cake very much, but the dough itself is delicious too. I highly recommend it, quality ingredients, tasty food and best of all, it's safe for celiacs.

Terrible experience. I ordered the sandwich through Ifood, which contacted the store that confirmed the order. Two hours later I received the information that the store was CLOSED. Total disrespect to the customer. The life of a celiac is already difficult and those who claim to serve this segment still do this disservice. Regrettable.

They advertise everywhere as GLUTEN FREE, but in reality they only use wheat flour. A restaurant of this size and price cannot use this advertising if there is a risk of cross-contamination with gluten! It is too expensive and hyped to have no guarantee of contamination safety. I am sure that the nutrition team will understand this criticism very well and how essential it is for the marketing team to be in tune with this since this also concerns safety. IT IS NOT CASA RAW VEGAN GLUTEN FREE. IT IS CASA RAW VEGAN WITHOUT WHEAT FLOUR. Gluten is a molecule and it is completely nonsensical to advertise it this way and not be. It would be like writing "no shrimp" and having "only the risk of a shrimp broth". People with allergies and celiac disease RUN AWAY. Anyway... it is nonsensical that this is part of the main advertising.

Terrible service. I gave up and left. I went there last Monday, June 30th, with my boyfriend, and honestly, it was the last straw. I always went to the restaurant because of the gluten-free options, but the service, which was already bad, keeps getting worse. The waitresses are always unfriendly, without a smile on their faces, with an unfriendly expression, as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. In addition, their slovenliness in their appearance draws attention: messy hair, unkempt clothes, an expression of someone who seems to not want to be there. This time, I wasn't even served. I went in with my umbrella (dry, by the way, since it was just drizzling), stood in front of the counter and the waitress, a short girl, who I've seen working there for a long time, just looked me up and down, paying more attention to the umbrella than to me. She didn't even say "good afternoon", didn't ask if I needed help, absolutely nothing. I felt so bad about that cold reception and those dirty looks that I gave up on eating anything and left. And the most unbelievable thing: she saw us leaving and didn't even ask if there was a problem or if I needed anything. It's sad, because it was the only place in Santos where I could find some gluten-free options, but I'm not going to spend my money in a place where I'm not treated well. On top of everything, the waitresses don't even have badges or identification, which makes communication and direct feedback even more difficult. I work in employee training and development and I think it's unacceptable for a company to allow this type of service to happen. Either the company provides adequate training for these waitresses or, if there's no improvement, the right thing to do would be to replace them. Customer service is the calling card of any business and, in this case, it's terrible. Unfortunately, as long as these people remain in the service, my boyfriend and I won't be going back. Never again.

The place no longer exists and has been replaced by an ice cream shop. Please be considerate of the customer and update your Google profile so that everyone knows that the establishment IS CLOSED. The snacks are very tasty, I loved the closed esfihas, but I can't bear to pay those exorbitant prices again for a small amount for the price. We already know that gluten-free food is more expensive, but having to pay 70 reais to eat two esfihas (which come frozen, on top of that) makes me even angrier about being celiac hahaha. Even more so after I got to know other places where the prices are lower, so I can eat more different things. I am celiac and the place is safe and free from gluten cross-contamination, both for eating in and ordering at home. The delivery person is exclusive and his bag is heated so that the pizza arrives hot. The traditional dough is very hard and I don't like it. My recommendation is to choose the chickpea dough (it's more like a traditional dough) or the banana dough (thinner and crispier and not sweet, it's also perfect). People who compare prices don't take into account the fact that it's gluten-free. At least in the city, there is no other option free of contamination other than Pizza For Fun. The flavor and fillings are of great quality and if you buy using their app, you get cashback and several promotions. They have gluten-free dough and there are also gluten-free drinks on site. They also have vegan and lactose-free options. I like it and highly recommend it.

I looked for a pleasant environment and food free of gluten, lactose, etc. And I found everything. I had a shrimp risotto which was excellent and a wonderful chocolate cake. I loved the decoration and one or two details that aren't perfect (as a review here says) just give the place more personality. My friends, who ate without restrictions, were also satisfied.
