Always a friendly welcome. Great food and a selection of tasty beers and ciders. The ramen is amazing, and there is a great selection of tasty added items. Meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans are all well catered for as well as good gluten-free choices. The staff are lovely and also knowledgeable. You can also choose to eat off the Burger Shop menu. Dog friendly on the covered outside tables.

Small portion of food (bolognese-had more onions and tomato bits then meat). Gluten free pasta was dry and was not very hot when served. Had to wait long time for the waiters. No on the house snack was brought to our table. Wine was served warm.

I’ve been eating here for nearly 5 years now and it’s one of my go-to restaurant whenever I’m in Worcester as they cater so well to gluten allergies. I love the variety and quality of the menu - again having an allergy is difficult as most places don’t have a wide selection but Burger Shop, I feel I have a better customer experience. I would definitely recommend :)

Lovely cafe and lovely staff been here afew times with my nephew and his girlfriend who must have gluten free products and this cafe caters for that, the staff are always busy and very friendly, both times going there I've had the full English and it bostin look forward to next time 👍❤

Located in the Chapel Walk area just off the High Street, this is a part of a chain of restaurants which offers a good range of choice. Our table enjoyed the 2 course set price offer which was good value for the money. The Fried Halloumi starter featured perhaps the best halloumi fries I’ve ever had. And the grilled chicken was tasty if a bit dry. My friend enjoyed her burger and we shared a lemon meringue sundae afterwards which was nice. Top props for the team who were very attentive to a gluten allergy/coeliacs restriction. Will eat here again.

It's so refreshing to eat in a local restaurant rather than a 'pub with food' and the gluten free menu is extensive. Naomi looked after us very well and always service with a smile. Lovely Valentines lunch.

Absolutely fantastic! I am gluten free and eating out is a nightmare sometimes! But this experience was exceptional 😀 I was asked before being seated if I had any allergies and I was asked again when the drinks were ordered. My meal came out with GF flags , which made me confident that my meal was indeed gluten free! I will be coming here frequently when eating out! And our waitress Bonnie was so lovely 😊

I came with a couple friends for dinner on a Saturday night, Maggie was our server and she was very attentive and friendly. I am coeliac and ate from the gluten free menu, this was taken very seriously and all my drinks and meals were brought out separately which impressed me.

We recently dined at PizzaExpress Worcester with our daughter who is coeliac, and we were extremely impressed by their gluten-free offerings and care. The gluten-free kids' menu was brilliant and left us with no complaints. We enjoyed gluten-free garlic doughballs and a kids' size gluten-free pizza, both delicious. The dessert options were also gluten-free, which was a great bonus. What stood out was their attention to avoiding cross-contamination—they serve gluten-free dishes with a separate pizza cutter, which shows their commitment to safety. The food was tasty overall, and the Romana pizza was particularly excellent. Service was spot on, friendly, and knowledgeable about coeliac needs. (Please note the photos are of the gluten free kids menu only) PizzaExpress Worcester sets a very high standard for gluten-free dining that many others could follow. We will definitely be returning for another safe and enjoyable meal.

DO NOT eat from here if you have an allergy or celiac. Ordered from here many times and have always been great, but tonight it has taken a 360 turn. We placed an order for collection, stated on the phone the whole order was to be completely gluten free, when we arrived home to serve up our order i immediately noticed the noodles were not gluten free even though a sticker for gluten free was places on the container. We phoned up and we were asked to take the whole order back and would be given a complete fresh one and they were apologetic. When my husband went and took the order back he was fuming as this could make me extremely poorly, which is understandable after a serious mistake, instead of taking accountability for their mistake they tried to make excuses and blame us for the mistake, first they said they were extremely busy and mistakes can happen (only 1 table was occupied in the restaurant) and second they said we should of stated what noodles we wanted for the chow mein on the phone, correct me if I’m wrong but if you are placing allergy stickers on food you SHOULD know what allergies are in that dish, plus we stated we wanted all dishes gluten free. Hugely disappointing, needless to say I did not eat any food that evening and most of it went to waste as the trust had gone. Being busy and blaming the customer for your mistake isn’t a good enough excuse. Needless to say I will not be giving you our custom again.

Fantastic coffee and cakes 4 vegan cakes to choose from and gluten free to choose also. The cakes were massive slices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere very clean and tidy. There's nearby parking and it's a short walk from Cathedral

Been wanting to visit for a while, finally got time to go- as everyone should! This place is a taste of the Med and I highly recommend you go. Welcoming faces and delicious food- perfect. Gluten free available, which as most people is hard to get. But so happy these guys cater for it. I'll be back and recommending to everyone!

Having gone to hash many times over the last year or so i can vouch for its reliable and consistent top quality service,The Gluten free optoins are fantastic. Especially the French toast. We are Greeted with a warm welcome every time and nothing is to much trouble here. Would highly recommend and especially for ceoliacs. Spot on everytime.
