Not the best experience. Our waitress gave us indifferent answers about how the gluten free food is prepared. We ended up having to talk to the manager (which is something I hate asking for). The food ended up being okay and I didn’t have any reaction. It was nice to have gluten free mac and cheese! I think our experience would’ve been much better if we had a more educated waitress

The best dinner i’ve eaten in Chicago. Gundis’s food, atmosphere, and service are second to none. Before dinner, my friend and I were feeling stressed and looking for a nice dinner. Upon entering Gundis, I instantly felt my shoulders relaxing. The chairs we sat in were so comfortable (!), the menu super clearly labeled (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan), and our dinner (newroz pasta & salad with chicken) was delicious. highly recommend the Kurdish tea and Turkish coffee, too! Can’t wait to come back!

Great place for my lunch break. The lunch specials are so so good, really well priced & fast. Love the soup too, and it's ready so quickly. (For gluten free they will give you rice or tortilla for the bread, and they have a lot of other gf options on the menu..)

My family and I came here on our way to the Cubs game. Bluebird did not disappoint! It was hands down the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. The keto/gluten free chicken is quite tasty. The fries are phenomenal!! We continued to talk about how good the food was hours later! The portion sizes were excellent. The ambiance in the restaurant is welcoming and pleasant. The staff appear to take much pride in the food and are quite friendly. We will definitely be back and will tell others of our great experience!!!

I can’t say enough great things about this lovely place :) The food is amazing, but I think what really makes this place special is the staff. A nice place to have breakfast. The waiter was friendly and welcoming. The place did seem understaffed. There was only one waiter who was helping multiple people inside and out as well as seating them. However he was very good at getting orders in and getting food out to you. I hope he gets some extra help in the future. The food was great. They have gluten free bread and pancakes which was very nice to see.

Amazing time spent at Pancake Cafe. We sat outside and soaked in the sun accompanied with aperol spritzes and cappuccinos. I was transcended back to mornings in Italy. Our server, Angie, was attentive and pleasant beyond belief. Both the regular and gluten free pancakes were delicious and fresh. Honestly the best gluten free pancakes I've had. We cannot wait to come back again!!

Great place for ramen. The prices are good and the portions were the perfect size. I received very warm, friendly, and quick service. This was my first time here and the staff were very patient and helpful so I was able to order the type of ramen I was craving. I love trying new dishes so I decided to add gluten friendly noodles and tofu to the pork ramen. The broth was delicious and flavorful. Its hard to pick my favorite part of the ramen but I think it’s important to say that the gluten friendly noodles are the best I’ve ever tried. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. We were in search of a quick, healthy meal and we found Sila’s. Accommodating to food allergies, the menu was clearly labeled. Menu clearly indicates gluten free items. Server was kind and was able to indicate order was for celiac. Went there was they were having a special on the marg flight.

We ordered a takeaway for five people - all burgers. I have never seen such sad looking tasteless burgers in my life. The burgers themselves were paper thin overcooked and hard as a rock. We had some specific requests: /without onions/ one with no cheese etc/’ none of them came the way we asked. The fries were ok but way too much pepper. In addition they were all packed and not marked which is which - turning it into a guessing game - particularly annoying and some were gluten free and there is no room for guesses like that! All in all a waste of money and food, most ended up in the trash.
Shuri was our server and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took extra care to ensure everything I ordered was gluten free. Everyone here was super friendly and the service was superb. The food was delicious and it came out quickly.

This place is really good! We had a great dinner and never felt rushed. The food is delicious though it is pricey. The drinks are also great, and have a very herby theme (rosemary cocktails, artichoke negroni, etc). They have gluten free pasta, and gluten free meatballs.

My fiancé and i came here for the first time last night and our experience was amazing! 10/10. the vibe of the restaurant is so cute and cozy and the service was wonderful. i was recently diagnosed with a gluten allergy and a mild dairy allergy and they were incredibly accommodating. my fiancé and i both ended up getting the chicken and it was probably the best chicken i have ever had in my life!!! we will definitely be back!

You absolutely must order breadsticks. Even if you're not hungry. Even if you're avoiding carbs. Even if you have Celiac disease. They are absolutely to die for.
Pizzas are always good, but I tend to order either salmon or the steak frites. The salmon is always wonderfully fresh and well prepared, and always served on top of delicious seasonal vegetables with either a great balsamic reduction or a fresh, delicious pesto sauce. The steak frites is always great too, and they're perfectly happy to sub out the frites for veggies (I'm not opposed to potatoes, but they're seasonal vegetables are just always excellent!)
Drinks are good and fairly priced. Nice selection of wines by the glass and bottle.
Oh, and the service! Always friendly! Always helpful!

My husband and I love everything from here. They're also so accommodating to swap regular noodles for gluten free noodles and use gluten free soy sauce. It's our go to for comfort asian food.

Love the atmosphere here! Very cozy and intimate, with some nice outdoor tables in the summer. Great wine selection, good food options, including many vegetarian/pescatarian/gluten-free choices. I thought the sole fish was amazing and I enjoyed the Malbec wine, which pairs well with any dish. The service is also great! Very nice staff and usually pretty quick service. Also, you can bring your dog if seated outside. I highly recommend if you were interested in trying Turkish or Mediterranean food!

Great step up from a diner. Love the food, service and speed. The ingredients are fresh, and labeled well. If you want to eat gluten free, vegetarian or any choice you want or need, it's easy. The chorizo hash is perfect, crunchy potatoes, perfect eggs and guac make this my go-to. The fresh fruit and granola is my other favorite. The coffee is fantastic, not diner coffee. They brew it fresh and it's perfect.
Service is fast and efficient without being pushy. If there's a wait they take your number and text you when ready. Simple things, but everything done well. In a pinch the counter is a great place to grab a meal too.
