My bridal shower here was nothing short of perfect! From the gorgeous mimosa bar to the amazing selection of gluten-free brunch options, everything was absolutely spot on. The staff was so accommodating, making sure everything went smoothly. We had about 35 people and took over the main dining space, which was just the right size—spacious yet intimate. The whole vibe was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting to celebrate with my favorite people. I couldn’t have asked for a better day!

Food was delicious. They use fresh ingredients and my order was cook to perfection. We had a group of seven including two little kids. Crayons and coloring papers were provided, which keep the little ones entertained while the adults were talking. Our server was friendly and staff were very attentive. However, I took one star off because one of us told our server that she’s allergic to milk/butter, nuts and gluten. She specifically ordered the things that looked safe for her, and she told the server again that she’s allergic to butter. However, the gluten free blueberry muffin contains milk/butter and she had a reaction after eating it. I hope the restaurant can pay more attention to customers who have food allergies and inform them if not listed on the menu.

I absolutely love they’re gluten-free pizza. I’m so glad to find one that I really enjoy. They are always so friendly here accommodating. I have never had a problem. I would recommend anybody to go to this one.

I specifically mentioned on my online order I have GARLIC, ONION, DAIRY, and GLUTEN allergies. This put onion and garlic all over the avocado toast. I can end up in the emergency room because of this. Its simple directions and reading. A kindergartener can do that. If someone sees this I would like refund.

Fast service and friendly staff. Very clean interior as well as outdoor seating area. Many foods to choose from great vegan and gluten-free options as well. It was hot and fresh!

First time. Fries were good. Beef in egg roll was interesting and good. Then came pizza. I needed gluten free. And this was good. My guy even liked it. Young lady that attended the table was nice.

We had a wonderful dinner here a few weeks ago. We tried a few of the rolls ( spicy tuna and crispy rice) and had shrimp fried rice. The cocktails were great as well! Also they were knowledge about a gluten allergy and our party really appreciated the options they had available! Wonderful addition to Frankfort.

This is a great casual dining restaurant that has a relaxed atmosphere with a great menu that caters to everyone. The decor strikes a nice balance between modern chic and cozy comfort. The staff at Social 45 led by the two Jessica's (managers) go above and beyond to make sure your experience is positive. They also have a pretty diverse menu that has fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The salads are awesome, as is the calamari and the gluten free pizza made with a cauliflower crust. I'm not even gluten-free, but the pizza crust is so good I just prefer it! The drink menu is large and their craft cocktails are awesome (try the Bourbon Smash!!) Great banquet room, outside patio, and one of the few places in the area that has live entertainment (and no cover charge).

It's legit authentic German vibe. Our waitress was very sweet & suggested many options for my gluten allergy. There were about 12 of us & we were sat in a secondary section alone which was fine because we were pretty loud. Lol. Great time was had!

I had the pleasure of coming and trying a bowl with my family and friends. Who knew that something that tastes SO amazing, could be healthy! Even my extremely picky 9-year old can not WAIT to go back. I can't tolerate gluten so having a healthy option that isn't full of preservatives or sugar to compensate for the lack of gluten is AMAZING! The owner and her staff are amazing and the shop is beautiful. Don't forget to check out the selfie wall! I have a feeling I know where my wallet will be going to!
