This was a horrible experience. First off, they were out of cabbage which is a main ingredient to their bowls and second, the rice they put in my bowl was straight up Uncooked. Crunchy rice. Cannot believe they served this. Also out of water cups, lids to their bowl, crunch bop, gluten free noodles. What a waste of time and money. Then I went to the bathroom and it was so dirty. This is not a place I want to eat ever.
Experience attentive service and flavorful dishes in a welcoming atmosphere that's all about making sure you're satisfied.

If you have a gluten sensitivity I would avoid this location.
Ordered 3 gluten friendly meals, every single one we specified gluten friendly, this is not our first rodeo. For two of them we were charged extra for the noodles. We asked and apparently gluten friendly costs more now. Then realized since one was not over-charged then they were probably making that one wrong. Nope, they made the 2 over-charged ones not gluten friendly? The had to remake them.
After realizing they weren't honoring our order, my husband went over the order with them again. Then when we opened the food (which was scant on meat as usual for Cup Bop nowadays) it was just a bit of meat on a huge pile of greasy peppered noodles. No rice or cabbage.
At this point we gave up and just ate as quickly as we could to get out of there. This place used to have the best staff, now the location is a dump. Had to yell over the music to hear until they turned it to something else. Etc, etc, not coming back to Cup Bop.
Expect tasty, customizable cups with a mix of flavors, but be prepared for some occasional mess and uneven service.

Cupbop cups are typically full of noodles, cabbage, rice, the customer's choice of sauce spicy-ness, and a protein of the customer's choice. If desired, the customer can alter what comes in the cup, and there are vegetarian and gluten-friendly options. The price is fairly high (for a broke teenager) but typical for restaurants in the area. Sometimes the tables are messy and/or sticky, which is unpleasant. Customer service is iffy whenever I go. Oftentimes, the employee speaks too quietly and keeps a neutral expression. I don’t mind the limited and straight-to-the-point communication, but others may find it offensive that they don’t want to know your whole life story. My biggest issue is the employees don’t wear gloves while putting together your food (they do use tongs). But in the end, it’s worth it because it’s so good. I usually get the B-Bop (beef) and it’s yummy every single time. Take the cup to go and look away when they’re loading your cup and you have an excellent dining experience!
P.S., I am ethically required to inform you that I wrote this review for an English assignment.

Employees need some allergy training, cashier struggled to tell me what was actually gluten free (almost seemed confused what gluten was). I asked for no noodles but when I got my bowl it was only rice (no cabbage) drenched in sauce, so much sauce that it was inedible. So…cool…paid $12 for a few bites of chicken. Very frustrating. Would not recommend this location at all.
Stunning ambiance with amazing dishes, a hidden gem that should be buzzing with diners!

Beautiful restaurant with great service. My husband had the Sea Bass and loved it, I had the Salmon and it was amazing. They have gluten friendly dishes but they have a shared kitchen so might not work for a celiac. This place should have been packed we couldn’t find anything we didn’t like.
A go-to spot for a unique Asian cuisine experience, loved for its special 'Ugly Bop' and Korean Fried Chicken.

Mixed feelings. We've been here several times, and the food is always good, but we always have the same problem. We order online for pickup and the orders are never labeled. Usually my wife and I get something different so it's easy enough to figure out, but this time we ordered the same thing except she gets gluten free noodles, and since neither was labeled we had no way of knowing which was which. Tried to call the store to ask if there was a way to tell, but the listed # is non-fuctioning. Ended up just having to guess. Please start labeling pickup orders!
Expect a laid-back vibe with attentive service and a spot that's great at accommodating special dietary needs.

Very good food. They have a bunch of gluten-free options and they’re knowledgeable about what contains gluten and what doesn’t. Excellent service. Everyone we interacted with was nice and professional. They brought me gluten-free soy sauce without me even asking.
Amazing flavors and attentive service make this a must-visit spot for those seeking a memorable meal experience.

Food was fantastic, everything smelled amazing. They were also really accommodating for gluten free and every sauce they brought to the table mentioned whether it was gluten free or not without asking. It was my husband's favorite meal of our trip and our son haa never eaten ribs so willingly, let alone spicy ribs! Highly recommend!
A must-visit for shabu shabu lovers, featuring a cozy vibe and an array of fresh options that keep everyone coming back for more.

The server was friendly. But my husband and I ordered all you can eat sushi, and it took quite a long time for the first helping. In fact, I had to ask at the front desk where our food was. The sushi itself was good, though it seemed room temperature, neither cold nor hot (for the "seared" pieces).
My daughter and her friends thoroughly enjoyed their hot pot meals. But it continued to take quite long for our sushi orders to appear, and there was a 2-hour limit on sushi orders. Is it on purpose that it takes forever to be served sushi orders, so that one cannot eat much sushi in that time frame? Also, our drink refills tended to take a long time as well.
I want to give this place a good rating...it's hot pot feature seems very well run, but the sushi side needs work. Also, offering more gluten-free and dairy-free options would be nice.
Great place! Family birthday party and we had quite a few special requests and they were so accommodating (including gluten free)... good food and super nice staff, and great prices.
Enjoy a clean and inviting atmosphere where helpful staff ensure a great experience, making it a must-visit spot in town!

I have been going to cupbop since they started as a food truck in utah. Been to many locations for ages and sadly the Herriman location leaves a lot to be desired. Employees never smile, never greet you, always look so annoyed or deadpanned when you ask for customization (if you can even get their attention.) Somehow they managed to ruin an order every single time. I always have to go back up and request the right meat, more sauce because it's so dry and when I pay for extra meat they don't do that either. Nearly everytime I've been there the mandoo is burned and rock hard. We often order a gluten free and a regular bowl and have to watch closely because they don't seem to read the screen and put the same noodles in both bowls.
Daybreak is my favorite, they know what they are doing. Wouldn't reccomend ever stopping at the herriman one.
Chill vibes and quirky toppings create a fun spot where unique combos and tasty dishes keep everyone coming back for more.

They CupBop location is super chill and quaint. The staff was really nice and helpful. The K Dawg was delicious. My son loved the cornflakes and ketchup on his dog! The Noodle Bop was yummy and just right for someone with gluten sensitivity.

They have Gluten Free, so we made sure to ask multiple times no rice. Get home and of course they're rice. Had to throw $30 of food away. Very disappointed.

The food was simply delicious! It is exactly what you want in sushi, and cheap too! Only $6 a roll, and they are big rolls! Jade is the owner of this restaurant and is committed to help his family. Buy sushi here to support this small business!!
I am gluten free and they had GF soy sauce, and a few GF rolls for me to enjoy.
He ended up offering us free drinks too, such a kind man - we will definitely be coming again(:

This place is SO good! I’ve come at least once a month since it’s opened, and it’s been superb every time. I’ve tried multiple of their hot pot broths, as well as both the vegetarian and meat options and it’s all been amazing. My boyfriend is also gluten free, dairy free, and prefers to eat a vegetarian diet and this place has had plenty of options for him. 10/10 recommend for anyone and everyone!!!
Known for its unique Korean BBQ bowls, this spot offers a great variety of options and a reliable experience, even during power outages.

I love that I am able to get gluten free food being celiac it's hard doing fast food like place. Every time I come they've taken great care in making sure my food doesn't get contaminated. The staff is so friendly and helped me figure out how to get the sauce correctly ordered in the app.
Bubble tea!!! This is a great place for Vegetarian and gluten free options. The bubble tea is even gluten free! My group had thai-tea, taro, coffee, and raspberry bubble tea and all were delicious. The Raspberry was very sweet. I had the wok tofu and vegetable stir-fry. The Noodle salad is big and you'll be satisfied. The place doesn't have competitive prices. Rollz in Taylorsville has similar menu options for much cheaper $. The place is VERY COLD, bring a sweater even in summer.
