The young blond man that was working helped us a ton! We had placed an online order for a gluten free option, he waited to make our order to give us some insight about potential gluten contaminants. He was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! If he’s not already make him a manager!

Fast food counter service rice and noodle bowls. Korean-inspired favorites like dumplings and kimchi also available. Gluten free chicken and tofu options. If you’re seeking authentic Korean food, look elsewhere. Cupbop is not that. But if you want a fast, hot meal with friendly service, you’re in the right place. I would recommend this place for a quick lunch, an easy weekday dinner spot, or for those who are curious about trying Korean food but don’t have a high tolerance for spice. The dumplings, noodles, rice, and sauces don’t taste like any Korean food I’ve ever had. But they will definitely appeal to the average American palette. I would compare Cupbop to Panda Express for Korean food.

Cupbop cups are typically full of noodles, cabbage, rice, the customer's choice of sauce spicy-ness, and a protein of the customer's choice. If desired, the customer can alter what comes in the cup, and there are vegetarian and gluten-friendly options. The price is fairly high (for a broke teenager) but typical for restaurants in the area. Sometimes the tables are messy and/or sticky, which is unpleasant. Customer service is iffy whenever I go. Oftentimes, the employee speaks too quietly and keeps a neutral expression. I don’t mind the limited and straight-to-the-point communication, but others may find it offensive that they don’t want to know your whole life story. My biggest issue is the employees don’t wear gloves while putting together your food (they do use tongs). But in the end, it’s worth it because it’s so good. I usually get the B-Bop (beef) and it’s yummy every single time. Take the cup to go and look away when they’re loading your cup and you have an excellent dining experience! Very good food. They have a bunch of gluten-free options and they’re knowledgeable about what contains gluten and what doesn’t. Excellent service. Everyone we interacted with was nice and professional. They brought me gluten-free soy sauce without me even asking.

Food was fantastic, everything smelled amazing. They were also really accommodating for gluten free and every sauce they brought to the table mentioned whether it was gluten free or not without asking. It was my husband's favorite meal of our trip and our son haa never eaten ribs so willingly, let alone spicy ribs! Highly recommend!

Mixed feelings. We've been here several times, and the food is always good, but we always have the same problem. We order online for pickup and the orders are never labeled. Usually my wife and I get something different so it's easy enough to figure out, but this time we ordered the same thing except she gets gluten free noodles, and since neither was labeled we had no way of knowing which was which. Tried to call the store to ask if there was a way to tell, but the listed # is non-fuctioning. Ended up just having to guess. Please start labeling pickup orders!

They have Gluten Free, so we made sure to ask multiple times no rice. Get home and of course they're rice. Had to throw $30 of food away. Very disappointed.

The server was friendly. But my husband and I ordered all you can eat sushi, and it took quite a long time for the first helping. In fact, I had to ask at the front desk where our food was. The sushi itself was good, though it seemed room temperature, neither cold nor hot (for the "seared" pieces). My daughter and her friends thoroughly enjoyed their hot pot meals. But it continued to take quite long for our sushi orders to appear, and there was a 2-hour limit on sushi orders. Is it on purpose that it takes forever to be served sushi orders, so that one cannot eat much sushi in that time frame? Also, our drink refills tended to take a long time as well. I want to give this place a good rating...it's hot pot feature seems very well run, but the sushi side needs work. Also, offering more gluten-free and dairy-free options would be nice.
