I love Barbacoa! I visit the one in Holladay, often. Everyone is always friendly, the food is fresh and it's a nice pick me up. Had to edit to add: nachos are my absolute favorite and it's what I order every time I go ☺️ I also have Celiac's and I have never gotten sick eating here. I appreciate that so much!

Friendly owner and responsive staff and reasonable service time. The food is reasonably priced, delicious and healthy food. and absolutely delicious. My favorite is their gluten-free, vegetarian salad with the chipotle ranch dressing! Yum!
