Trattoria Rosinella

In the historic center of Gallipoli, among the crowded alleys, Rosinella was an oasis of peace: air-conditioned room, very fresh fish, traditional cuisine and delicious gluten-free options. The friendliness of the staff is the setting for this high quality venue. Highly recommended!

To be avoided if you have intolerance or celiac disease problems as in my case. I phoned in advance to communicate my problem, I was reassured about their experience of other cases and their attention. I ordered a risotto, very good honestly. I spent the night full of pain. More attention or more honesty is required.
