YAFO is one of my go to places for quick serve healthy meals when in the Charlotte area. They offer many flavor combinations as well as gluten free options.

This was the first time we’ve come here. The ordering process is a bit confusing and the directions are on the wrong side of the line. Overall though the food was delicious and fresh. Super easy way to load up on healthy veggies and gluten free options. The custom plates were very filling with generous portions. My kids got one protein and one side for their kids menu.
