We enjoy Earls' food in general and are incredibly grateful for the locations, like South Common and Whitemud Crossing, for being attentive and accommodating with my daughter's severe sensitivities - gluten and lactose. We can always ask for some small adjustments on a dish to accommodate her and enjoy a family outing. We went to WEM today, and, not looking to experiment with food, we decided to visit Earls, a safe place. Unfortunately, we are quite disappointed with the food and the service at this location. Not only I got my Tuna Poke Bowl with seaweed salad (I've requested otherwise), but my daughter got a parmesan dip with her meal. I had no problem poking seaweed out of my plate and still ate the salad, but it could have ended painfully for my daughter (I've tested the dip before letting her have it). No one asked us how our food was nor if there was a problem since there was a side plate full of seaweed. I mentioned the issues at the end, and I've been thanked for the feedback, though .... lol

I went to this restaurant for the first time for a work lunch meeting with a group of coworkers. I am always nervous to eat somewhere new as I am celiac. But to my HAPPY surprise, the menu was clearly labeled with so many options for gluten free! The server was also knowledgeable about giving me a gluten free experience. The chips and guacamole that first came to the table were fried with a safe fryer and not shared with gluten items. I ended up having chicken tacos with a side of shrimp. It was delicious! I will definitely be going back to this restaurant. I didn’t feel limited and I did not get sick afterwards. Celiac approved!
A vibrant spot known for its amazing offerings that keeps guests coming back for more and creates a fun, welcoming vibe.

I'd like to start off that our server Camelle was AWESOME! Very attentive to our needs, kind and friendly - probably the best part of the night! I saw on the gluten free menu the steak with parmesan garlic broccoli. That sounded so good. However, when they came to serve me my meal I was being served a steak with gluten free noodles with marinara sauce on the side. I mentioned that I was expecting the broccoli. Our server was AWESOME. Went the extra mile to see that there was a discrepancy between menu and BOH menu. However, when my meal finally came, the broccoli was overcooked and mushy. Also, when the bill came and I realized I was charged $27.99 for my meal - I was appalled. WILL NEVER order this again! On a plus, the endless salad was nice.
A top pick for diverse menu options, this spot keeps everyone happy, though calling in for takeout can test your patience a bit.

Boston Pizza is a great go-to place for food. With such a great selection of items on the menu, it never fails to satisfy. My wife has a gluten allergy, so she has choices, especially her favorite pizza on the cauliflower crust. Sometimes, phoning in an order for pick up can be a bit difficult, but it's usually worth the patience.

I had some catering done for a student group event at the University of Alberta and CPU did a perfect job! The process to order the pizzas was simple and the owner was very accommodating! Pizzas were massive, a wide variety of topping options, and the students loved it. Bonus is that their pizzas are all halal and have gluten/vegetarian/vegan options as well. Definitely recommend this place and I look forward to ordering more from this place for my student group as well as for myself 🤗🤗

Super friendly local place, reasonable prices and fresh food. Gluten Free options are tasty and actually affordable ($0.65 upcharge for GF toast, not $3 LOL) Love this place. Great story behind it as well.

Just ordered a pulled pork burrito bowl for lunch. I was short on time so I appreciated that the service was very fast and Piyush was very friendly and delivered excellent customer service. I requested a couple of substitutions for my order and he was very accommodating. I also appreciate that they have gluten free options. I will be coming back! Thank you!

THE BEST PIZZA I have ever had in my whole life and I love pizza. The way that they layer the toppings is like nothing I have ever seen any other pizza place do (not sharing, you gotta buy a pizza and see for yourself.) They also sell off sales liquor until 2am and the selection is quite vast from beer to wine and everything in between. And they serve more then just the best pizza ever their menu includes fish & chips, tandoori fish, cheesy bread, onion rings, chicken, beef, veggie burgers, chicken, beef, veggie samosas, spring rolls, mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, donairs, chicken and veggie wraps, wings, butter chicken, chicken bowls, poutine, salads, cauliflower crust, gluten free. And they currently are open until 5am but eventually they will be operating 24/7 they also have the option of dining in a nice warm and inviting spacious space. I absolutely recommend this place.

A local gem, it’s become our go to for pizza night. Great prices, way better tasting and fresher than any big box pizza place. Gluten free is always very safe, my dad and I are both celiac and we’ve never gotten sick. Pizza’s are hot and smell amazing.
Everyone I’ve spoken too on the phone seem really nice as well.
Amazing selection of Pizza’s, both a little different and classics, my family can never agree on what to order in and we all love Glenora Pizza!
I can’t find any information on what sides are Gluten Free but if any of them are, I’d love to try them!
