I ordered through a fairly famous home service app and the delay of more than an hour in delivery depended on the service and not on the venue, I want to clarify this. Indeed, a detail in favor of the place is that they prepared my pizza as soon as the service was released so that it arrived hot, I appreciated this. I would have appreciated it more if they had canceled my order or removed - in advance - the possibility of home delivery, given the difficulties. I had ordered a gluten-free pizza with the addition (€1 on top of the basic price of the margherita) of baked potatoes: I received a pizza with 6 (counted) pieces of baked potatoes. So far the Ancestors have been my point of reference here in Messina for gluten-free, especially for pizzas, I hope that this was just an exception compared to all the times I had a good time. I want to give the place other possibilities, maybe next time they won't be so "stingy" when I order a pizza paying the extra for an additional topping. The quality of the pizza itself remains excellent, I remain hopeful.

We had lunch on Boxing Day and everything was perfect. The restaurant is located in the center of Messina, the location is very welcoming and the food (especially the meat) is of excellent quality. We had a mixed starter of cured meats and cheeses, various fried foods and then continued with a first course (pistachio pesto and bacon) and a mixed grill, sorbet and coffee, in short, a complete menu. The courtesy, professionalism and kindness of the staff are unparalleled. Special mention goes to the room manager who managed everything perfectly. A day to remember, we will definitely be back. A definitely significant plus was the menu available entirely in gluten free mode for me as I have celiac disease. Thanks thanks thanks. A Messina excellence.

When the manager of the BnB where I am staying suggested this bistro to me, I thought of the usual partnership that occurs between accommodation and catering establishments. Upon entering I was also prejudiced: empty place, elegant almost cool. And yet, what a surprise! Welcomed with a smile, they have many excellent gluten free dishes (I'm orgasming over a plate of AL DENTE penne 🤩 with crispy bacon, burrata, pistachio and chopped hazelnuts), an excellent selection of wines and beers. In such a cool place, perhaps I wouldn't put a television that looks a bit like a petrol station, BUT WHO AM I TO CRITICIZE THOSE WHO MANAGE TO MAKE GLUTEN FREE PENNETTA AL dente? Even the bread is good... with the seeds... I could be moved 🤩

I recommend Ristotrattoria M'inchia to those who want a unique taste experience, with always innovative and particular dishes. The great attention to different dietary needs should be underlined. I didn't know him, it was late for lunch but the kindness surpassed the time. Excellent restaurant with courses that enhance the "ganzirrota" tradition: swordfish rolls strictly from the Strait and lots of other fresh fish that also enriches the tastes of the first courses. Professional service and great courtesy. The icing on the cake is a wide choice of Gluten free dishes to the delight of those who, like me, suffer from Celiac Disease.

Very positive review for this place. Let's start with the starter which was only for one person but we had to share as it was very abundant! Tasty fish, especially the prawns and the prawn cocktail deserve a special mention. We took a pasta with clams, gluten-free, really good even if slightly salty... the 5 stars for me are deserved by the almond pastries, made on the spot... they were something spectacular, really. The staff is very kind, helpful, the lady of exquisite sweetness even helped me by holding my little girl so I could eat in peace. I will happily return
