Scilatielli was a disappointment, too thin and too much tomato covered the flavor of the seafood. Very high prices, I thought only the prices of pizzas for celiacs were high, given the work involved, but instead I have to say that I found everything very expensive. Few homemade desserts, they focus too much on ready-made ones like Sal De Riso... at €7 each. Sin!

Nice and clean place, very good pizza, one of the best in the area, also good gluten-free pizza with separate preparation and cooking to avoid contamination, which is why we went specifically to try it given our celiac daughter. I was there last night with 2 friends. 1 gluten-free margherita pizza (which also arrived wrong, not for celiacs, and we waited a long time for the right one) 1 focaccia with scamorza, porchetta and cherry tomatoes 1 focaccia with bresaola, rocket and cherry tomatoes 1 still water and 1 friz 1 coffee €50 An average of €17 for pizza + water It still seems crazy to me, even though the first pizza had an extra €3.50 because it was gluten-free! We won't be back, too bad the place was nice, apart from the poor soundproofing!

We went to eat at La Salinera on 11/24/2023. We were three people, one of whom had celiac disease. The staff showed great professionalism, bringing this person a separate basket of focaccias and bread substitutes, all gluten-free, and pointing out which dishes on the menu might have traces of gluten. We all ate very well, the quantities were plentiful and the flavors exquisite. A glass of excellent Barolo each, a delicious dessert to finish. About forty Euros each, 5 well-deserved stars!

We were very surprised by the quality of service at this place. Very young boys and girls will welcome you with kindness and above all with a smile. This would be enough for a good review! But I would also add that the pizza is very good with thin, tasty dough and generous toppings. The place is a bit noisy: in good weather, however, it is possible to stay outside. Excellent parking possibilities. Equipped for gluten-free pizza. Very honest prices.

I went to this pizza restaurant on a Friday evening, without a reservation, for two. The owners were immediately concerned about finding us a place to accommodate us and to while away the wait, they offered us a glass of wine.
 We had a great time: the food is excellent and the service is fast and all the staff are very kind. We will return with celiac friends since there is a menu dedicated to them with a list of certified products, without risk of contamination. I recommend it for the quality of the food, the presentation and the friendliness of the staff.

The menu is not very extensive but can still almost completely satisfy the needs of celiacs. Gluten free pizza cooked in a dedicated electric oven. Grilled sausage and gluten-free chips cooked in dedicated oil. No pasta and no meat Milanese for the little ones unfortunately. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Osteria that we chose thanks to the good impression made by the menu. My wife has an intolerance to fructans and it is always difficult to find a place to eat, but we had a great time at the tavern without rushing. After a year we returned to this splendid place. Warm and refined environment with impeccable service. The courses are tasty and delicate: appetizer of your choice, first course with truffle slices and a fantastic second course. Excellent dessert. Wine list with great choice. It was possible to take advantage of an equally tasty gluten-free menu. We will return perhaps even before next year.

Friendly, helpful and highly trained staff. Just walking into a place and asking for gluten-free without them looking at you bewildered is a joy! In the Vecchia Cascina they go further: a nice and hospitable place, excellent dishes. Everyone at our table was satisfied: omnivores, vegetarians and gluten free. We went to this restaurant for a lunch with friends, the owner was courteous right from the booking phone call. Attentive to the customer, courteous, they pay particular attention to everyone's dietary limits (our celiac friend was enthusiastic about their proposals), traditional but beautiful and good dishes. If I were in the area again I would definitely go back! Highly recommended!!!!

We had lunch at this restaurant after visiting the nearby Bossea cave. Home cooking, good food and fast service. My wife, despite having celiac disease, was able to have lunch normally and the waitress even brought her some gluten free breadsticks. The price was fair. Reservation is recommended.

We had dinner here after a day spent in Dogliani. There is the possibility of having a tasting or à la carte menu. The food was good, and the location suitable for both couples and group dinners (one was present, but not noisy). It's a fairly intimate venue. It's nice that there is a stove to heat the place. parking is located on the street. I appreciated that they offered me the first course in a gluten-free version, and that they brought me crackers. Satisfied and happy celiac.

We were pleasantly surrounded by the atmosphere of the mountain village. The inn is in the center of the town, very convenient. The managers were very friendly and very attentive to my gluten free needs. Those who must eat gluten-free do not do so for fashion or whim and the managers demonstrated great sensitivity as I was able to enjoy all the dishes prepared with due attention and with gluten-free flour. Everything was varied, tasty, with lots of vegetables as we like. For dessert, a wonderful cake. Thank you with all my heart! We'll be back!!
