Excellent experience in the company of friends and children, very good testaroli and panigacci, among the best in all of Lunigiana. Magnificent panoramic view. Absolutely recommended place also for children with large spaces. Panigacci always added and always hot. Large car park at the entrance. Menu also gluten-free, and upon request they prepare gluten-free panigacci and testaroli. Absolutely worth doing again.

Great choice of Gluten free foods available. A range of foods that I didn't find anywhere else so far. Super friendly host, all dishes are made to order so it's fine it takes a bit longer. Heavily recommended

With family and friends we went to this restaurant where luxury is not a priority. We tasted panigacci in all its variations, rediscovering true home cooking. Friendly staff, very nice and fast. Added value are the gluten free panigacci. Excellent quality-price relation.

Nice place to eat some gluten-free pizza. The staff doesn’t speak English very well but they tried to find the best way. You have to take in consideration that the restaurant is in between several sport fields so its not a quiet place.

We came to this place almost by chance, after visiting the castle of Fosdinovo. Once we arrived there, a beautiful and informal atmosphere welcomed us, we ate divinely, I absolutely recommend the pioppini mushrooms they produce, of which upon request you can also see the cultivation greenhouse. there is also great availability of gluten-free products with plenty of accompanying bread and crackers and gluten-free spaghetti. the price of lunch was definitely convenient, excellent value for money. Greetings to the owners and thanks again for the warm welcome and kindness with which they treated us, we will definitely be back.

Because of a big traffic jam on the motorway we had to go via Aulla. Since we were hungry, we looked for a cozy restaurant. We were recommended the Carbo. The restaurant is located in an alley and is not easy to find. We found a charming, newly renovated restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. There are a large number of wonderful dishes there and many are even gluten-free. Really fantastic! We'd love to come back.
