This restaurant is delicious, the portions are very generous, the food is always delicious, I have been many times and I have never eaten anything I didn't like. The gluten-free desserts are also homemade and are incredible, and they also have some lactose-free ones. Everyone always has spectacular treatment. If you have never been there, I highly recommend going.
A very nice bar, where you can eat without fear if you are a celiac person since it is all gluten-free.
We ordered some calamari, loin and torreznos that were exquisite.
The owner is very close and makes you feel like you're in a friend's bar, plus we were with a dog and you can access them without any problem. In fact, the one who was greeted first was her.

We were eating on the way to Portugal. Very pleasant treatment. It has a covered terrace in case you go with a pet. The food is delicious and they have very good gluten-free French toast.
We were returning from a trip from the Constitution Bridge and decided to stop when we saw that it was a gluten-free restaurant since a member of the family is celiac and we are always afraid to go looking for places where they assure us that the food is gluten-free. My favorite place to eat, I don't think there is anything like it in Badajoz, and I would be very surprised to find somewhere at some point that manages the same quality as they do here. High-class Italian restaurant. Jovial decor, but typical Italian with class. Refreshing spritz, accompanied by crispy and tasty focaccia, served with homemade pesto sauce. Ossobuco melting on your fork, accompanied by vigorous saffron canaroli rice. Burrata risotto, with sun-dried tomatoes and pancetta served in a casserole dish with a punch of flavor. Gluten-free tiramisu left something to be desired. But overall, a very positive experience, in a classy, well-branded Italian restaurant in Badajoz!

Today we came to dinner at the Il Meson restaurant. We chose it mainly because of some reviews we read about gluten-free food.
What they have without gluten is spaghetti, with which you can choose any of the sauces, but due to my intolerances, the options were not many! But both the girl who served at the table and the cook came to give me options (how much it is appreciated when you have intolerances!). Finally he made me a pasta that was spectacular. They recommended this place to me for having food suitable for celiacs. My surprise was that the allergens were not in the menu. I spoke with the waiters and the chef and they told me that they did not include allergens because practically the entire menu was adapted to different allergies. They have products of various types. Gluten-free flours and breads, which is what concerns me. Exclusive fryers for our food. And what can we say about the food, all delicious and original. It's been less than a month since they recommended it to me and I've already been there 3 times and that's as many as I have left. I had never tried Peruvian food and it was a surprise, since everything was very good. In addition, the service staff are very friendly and kind. You have both Peruvian plants and Spanish dishes, so you can choose. What I do ask is that they should have gluten-free beer. Otherwise all great.

A few days ago we were with a group of students from the special education center where I work having breakfast at this establishment after not wanting to serve us at another nearby cafeteria. They treated us with great kindness, courtesy and patience (not all establishments serve us like this unfortunately 😞) The toast was good and they have gluten-free bread for celiacs. We feel very welcome.
