Clean and tidy restaurant, very friendly staff. The food was tasty with good sized portions but the menu is a bit limited. This is a specialist vegetarian/vegan restaurant which also caters for gluten intolerance as well, however the staff explained that the GF food is cooked in same fryer as the non GF food. This is OK if you are GF for fashionable reasons but not for anyone who is GF for medical reasons. Children are welcome but there isn't a children's menu. Most of the youngsters there were eating French fries and ketchup I noticed. I was disappointed that there wasn't more variety of vegetables available. I guess most people want artificial chicken there days. The biggest surprise was the price, it was eye wateringly expensive, over £200 with the service charge for 4 adults and 1 young child, we had mains a couple of sides, not many drinks and a couple of deserts.

Excellent experience! Staff super friendly and knowledgeable. Loads of gluten free options and the eggs Benedict was utterly delicious, as was the freshly squeezed OJ. Would definitely recommend and will go again next time I visit Norwich

First time at the Cosy Club with my wife and not dissapointed. Polite and efficient service. Amazing interior of this former bank. I had the fish gougon sandwich and my wife had the burger. Reasonable size with fries. Menu caters well for gluten free diners. Lunch for 2 with tea was £36. Will be back.

The staff were really friendly and made sure everything was good. Cocktails were great, even the mocktails. The Wasabi prawns were so crispy and tasty. I was really full but as a coeliac my only dessert options normally is a brownie. So when I saw panko banana with miso sauce I asked if I could take it away and they accommodated immediately. I had them that evening and they were delicious. All in all great atmosphere, great staff and food. I thought it was really good value for money as well.

Just ordered from here for delivery, burgers were literally amazing. Looked exactly like the pictures and packed with flavour. Will definitely be ordering again. As a coeliac this will be my new go to!

Really disappointing visit yesterday. The new venue was welcoming, but chilly. I didn't feel it was much warmer inside than out. I ordered gluten free salted caramel chocolate brownie. I struggled to cut it with a fork, it was so hard and could barely taste salted caramel. The cocoa flavour overpowered it. My friend ordered a victoria sponge. It was a victoria cake not sponge, it was very heavy and dense, not light at all. The coffee was very strong too. We did mention our comments, but it was brushed off with 'i'll feedback to the kitchen '. It wasn't the same experience as the last time we went.

It's a nice place, but charging £4 for Gluten Free is a bitter pill to swallow. Most places charge nothing elsewhere, so £4 is pretty enormous. Also no idea how you calculate the doubling of the cost from small to large supplement. £2 I could take, but £4? Dial it down or gluten free will go elsewhere.

Seevice was excellent. My friend thought his meal was excellent- lasagne grande & Biscoff cheesecake. My gluten free mains - including the serving dish - wasn't hot enough. My fish was soggy, it was all bland, and the potatoes were dry. 2 of my triple mini desserts were OK but the third was tasteless.

Impeccable service, and TONS of gluten free options. Really impressed by the range available. However was a little disappointed by the food as it was a little bland - was expecting a little more flavour, tried all dishes we ordered and honestly each one was really lacking something. Beautifully presented, and fast to arrive. Definitely book ahead as it gets busy. If you like the spice and flavour of thai food, this isn’t for you I’m afraid, but the less brave person will find this a gentle and tame, but enjoyable, culinary experience.

Really reasonably priced place to get afternoon tea, especially because the food is so good. They have a great selection of tea and coffee as well. I went for the original afternoon tea which I was able to get gluten free. I honestly found it to be more than enough and actually wasn't able to finish it. They also have a menu with some hot food items if you're looking to go in for lunch rather than to have a traditional tea. The service was excellent, the person who sat me down was very friendly and regularly checked to see if I needed anything else, but without it feeling like too much.

Iv being going to snowdrop coffee shop since it opened, came across them by chance as I walked my children to school (Usually use a cut through but decided to go main road) saw someone outside giving away free samples. Couldn't stop but decided to return and check it out and Im so glad I did. 😊 Clare and the family are all so lovely and welcoming. The food is always tasty, with lots of options to choose from. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, she does a good selection of it all. The cakes are always spot on and when she does her brownies and cheesecake they aren't around long 😅 So many choices for the coffee too hot and cold! I simply can't stay away and my children love going to see Clare she's a very caring and lovely lady to us all. Highly recommend

Absolutely loved it here. Separate gluten free menu, great with dietary requirements! So many options to choose from. It’s bigger than it looks on the inside, and has great decor. Staff are wonderful and I felt very well taken care of.

Booked a table for 6 people on Saturday night, 1 gluten free, 1 vegetarian and 4 "normals" The food was absolutely superb, we all had starters, mains and drinks. Our server, Rosabella, was lovely, she helped me with the gluten free bible, explained about all the food and different options, took photos for us, nothing was too much trouble for her, she's a credit to Zizzi's. This was a Zizzi's in Tombland, Norwich.

For someone who has struggled to accommodate their partners dietary requirements this place ticks all the boxes. Visiting Friday night and explaining Heidi was gluten and lactose intolerant are server said that they could accommodate her. She then took the time to explain the options available and how individual dishes could be prepared to meet her needs. The end result met all my expectations and I would totally recommend this place to people who have specific dietary requirements 🙂

When we chose Saporita as the venue in which we celebrated our small wedding, we were expecting delicious Italian food. What we received was so much more—a truly unforgettable evening, filled with love, laughter and incredible food, provided by a wonderful family. Excellent coeliac-friendly all day breakfast place, gorgeous views of Elm Hill and the cobbled streets. Really appreciated the care and attention in making sure it was gluten free. Very dog friendly, my two pups had a lovely time watching people walk past! Definitely book ahead if you can.

Didn’t manage to sit in because of how busy this place gets but wow such a lovely cafe in a busy city. Despite being very busy staff were lovely and friendly. Really gluten friendly, vegan and veggie aware. Quick bite savoury options for gf is like finding gold dust - thank you :) also got a carrot cake to take away because I couldn’t resist! 3 lunch sandwiches and cake for under £20

A great cafe that was open pre 9am on a Saturday - always a bonus. The food was really lovely, and there was a very good selection, with gluten free options, which is always nice. The coffee was excellent too and the cakes were really lovely too. They're dog friendly too, so for us on our brief dog centred trip to Norwich, we couldn't ask for anything more.

Intimate atmosphere; the decaf cappuccino was excellent, served in a vintage mug, and we shared a main dish charred cauliflower, fig, and spiced turnip purée with chili honey and walnuts. Gluten free friendly. Nice staff.

Great little spot for a cuppa or bite to eat. Lovely decent coffee, alternative milks available too. Menu range isn’t big but food is good. Gluten free bread is often available so sandwiches can also be made gf, great attention and checking from staff on dietary requirements. Always have really good cakes available, many gf options too! Staff are cheery and helpful, service is quick. Not enormous, but the shared table at the back is big enough for quite a few people to sit at if you don’t mind a couple of strangers for company. Courtyard at the back is my favourite spot to sit and read over a tea, especially in summer. Also dog friendly, so brilliant spot for a bit of dog watching, or to chill out with your furry friends. Dog water bowls often outside the front. Brilliant place. Only drawback is how busy it gets, sometimes at the weekend it’s hard to find a free seat!

Amazing service, delicious food!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Me and my boyfriend came here on Monday night, our previous booking at another restaurant was cancelled before-hand so I had a look on Google and I found this "Gem"! We've never had Turkish food before and being coeliac it's hard to find any decent food options - they have an entire GF menu, and the staff are quite knowledgeable, which is really nice for a change! We asked to be sat in a quieter part of the restaurant, as I suffer with social anxiety, and they had no problems accommodating this! Unfortunately, we couldn't try any dessert as we were stuffed!! 😅 Definitely would recommend to family and friends - Will revisit if we come back to Norwich! Thankyou! 😊

Visited nandos for the first time as someone who cannot have gluten. The member of staff who seated us was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring about gluten free food (though it isn't on the menu). The food was really tasty. A fab visit!

Came here for my Birthday with my partner and we were blown away. First the decor was stunning and interesting, the tiling and the proper oven caught my eye when I walked in. Then a water fountain attached to the wall which was actually a beer tap! We were served by Ben who was the most accommodating to my dietary requirements and happily answered any questions I had. The chefs also managed to make my favourite Turkish liver dish to order so I could enjoy it without gluten. It’s the little things! Cocktails were great too, my partner is particular about his old fashioned’s and he loved it. The atmosphere was warm, friendly and I have the say the music was on point. We can’t wait to visit again and already telling all our friends from Cambridge about it. We’ll see you guys soon!

An amazing place, we had lunch on the outside terrace and it was great. The food was attractively presented and very tasty. We had the fixed price menu and we were not disappointed either by the quality or the portion size. My wife has coeliac disease and they were very aware of this and made it very clear her food was gluten free. The views of the cathedral are brilliant and the vertical planters and waterfalls on one wall add to the experience. Our server was very friendly, absolutely no complaints, I’d definitely go back.

A lovely visit at the weekend. Lots of choices for baguettes and gluten free/vegan options. And I must say they take every care in the preparation too, even using a separate area for gluten free so no cross contamination. Declan was really helpful today with offering to ask the chief to make gluten free Yorkshire pudding and gravy and they had a great selection of food my daughter could eat on the carvery as well being celiac and dairy free diet as well. With a final bonus high chair food for my 1 year old was free from the carvery as well.

I enjoyed GLUTEN FREE cod and chips. Very nice and cooked to perfection. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars overall was the lack of gluten free vinegar available and the fact that the person who served me really didn't care. I'm sure the management will sort this out and I shall definitely eat here again 😋
