This was a pleasant surprise! We stopped in for a quick lunch. We knew it was a pub, and when we arrived it was mostly empty. That quickly changed as it filled up for lunch hour. There's plenty of free parking nearby.
The food was absolutely delicious. Unusual options made it an interesting menu. My Caesar salad had a generous portion of perfectly-cooked chicken, and a wonderful lemony dressing.
Others in our group were pleased to get gluten free pizza and said it was also very good.
The service was prompt and pleasant as well. We will definitely be back.

Oh man! If you're in the area, this is actually a great restaurant. We had never been here and Jacob was our server. He was on point, considerate, thoughtful, and did a great job with her large group. Everyone's meal was absolutely phenomenal. They even have a secret Indian menu which includes Dosa! We will be going back for sure.
Gluten-Free, vegan, nut-free iems are called out on both menus and it's phenomenal.
This location has been good with gluten free so far. I always ask them to change gloves, order a salad and ask for ingredients from the back (especially the lettuce / anything grabbed with gloves).
Tucked away in a strip mall, this cozy spot offers amazing pizza that even picky eaters rave about, making it a must-try in Colorado Springs.

Found Fat Belly when doing a Google search for Gluten Free pizza in Colorado Springs. When we pulled up and saw FBP tucked in a corner of a strip mall with a small storefront there was some hesitation but we decided to go in and give it a try. A lesson in "Don't judge a book by its cover!"
We did not read reviews and did not realize it was more pickup or delivery but we were able to eat in at one of the two table groupings they did have.
5 people so we ordered a large Italian sausage and a 14" GF Chicken, spinach and Feta. Only white sauce we could do was ranch on the CSF so ended up being a little salty but THE CRUST WAS AWESOME!! Our fault on the salty because of pizza choice. I was happy it was not a flat cardboard GF crust like alot of pizza places.
The 10yr old pizza lover approved of the IS pizza. We should have ordered 2 pizzas as he ate 1/2 the large pizza and would have had more if we didn't stop him. His only "complaint" was the IS was a little spicier than he was used to....but again didn't stop him as he ate 1/2 the pizza.
Service was AWESOME from the time we walked in and realized it wasn't truly a sit down restaraunt to the ordering and receiving our pizzas. They were great at answering our questions. Definitely a popular place as there was frequently someone there for carryout and someone was always on the phone taking orders. The kitchen was hopping the whole time we were there.
Great place to eat and would recommend to anyone coming to Colorado Springs.

This was probably the best experience I have ever had. Greg and Mark took my celiac disease (gluten allergy/intolerance) very seriously and took extra precautions to make sure my sandwich didn't come in contact with anything that could have cross contaminated it! They made sure to change there gloves and wipe down and clean the surfaces. They put extra care in to making sure I didn't eat gluten! A big thank you to the both of them for being amazing!

Gluten free items were clearly marked on the menu, and they had gluten free soy sauce. The rolls were reasonable priced, came out fast, and were delicious! I will definitely be coming back here!

I’d rather have a homeless person cook me a hamburger for an 8ball than have the pleasure of enjoying the Frankenstein that is a Red Robin’s burger. I had the scorpion, which in other words was a mess of sauce, incorrectly cooked meat, and jalapeños. Also, don’t order any drinks from this place unless it comes from a tap or a bottle. I’m convinced the bartender is watching how to YouTube videos while on shift. This place is so trash.
The gluten free buns are good, and so are the garlic fries when they aren’t limp. That’s it

Absolutely delicious food and amazing service! I got the K8: a sampler platter. Highly recommend so you can try everything. My three favorite things were the Shami Kabab, the chickpeas, and the fresh, hand-made naan. Lots of gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options.

A hefty serving of delicious food at a good price. We enjoyed our lunch there. It would've been nice if the person taking our order spoke more English, but it wasn't a problem and we were able to place our orders. We liked that they had corn tortillas as a gluten-free option.

Lora was our waitress today m. She is so friendly and professional. She helped accommodate us with my husband whose blood sugar was low and brought him a coke very quickly and helped him with the menu as he has celiac’s disease. Lora was amazing and I hope Perkins values her as she is a rare gem!

Every time I go there, the workers have been quick and fantastic to work with. I love that I can get a gluten free and dairy free pizza with whatever toppings I want for a decent price. Papa Murphy's is a pretty frequent go to for us.

OMG!
Big huge shout out to Sean, the manager, and Christina the cook on duty. I am supposed to eat gluten free, but it’s so hard because gluten free bread or pastas always taste like cardboard. On a whim I decided to try the gluten free pesto chicken rotini and this will for sure be in rotation weekly for lunch!
It’s easily one of the top ten things I’ve ever eaten. Thank you Fazolis for having a delicious gluten free meal option for those of us that try to steer clear of gluten…this was definitely worth the visit!

We ordered through DoorDash. Food was amazing. I'm gluten intolerant, and the arepas are perfectly gluten free, made with masa (corn flour), and absolutely delicious! However, my husband ordered 2 orders of tacos and upon delivery, we discovered an order of tacos is only one taco. He was very disappointed to receive half of what he thought he was getting.
So, if you order tacos, just keep in mind that you're only getting 1 taco per order.

Nice open well lit environment not a large capacity dining room so it's not noisy you don't feel you have been forgot about. The owner meets and greats you during your visit. The speciality cocktails are stellar, presentation is fun and exciting. The rolls are very round not one bite pieces unless you have a big mouth. Of course the flavors....that's why we all enjoy sushi is the amazing flavor that we experience, it was delicious, not one in a billion delicious but definitely worth the try to see if it's the best you have ever had. Try it out you will love it. They have gluten free menu as well
