I order online. I haven't been to their store. I had given up every being able to EVER have a sandwich again. About a year ago, someone had recommended Outside the bread box bagels. The bagels are the best gf bagels I've ever had. After that i ordered the raisin bread. I loved the raisin bread even more than the bagels. (The other breads are fine but too small for me to make a sandwhich). After wasting so much money on products i end up not liking, i was afraid to try their sandwhich rolls. FINALLY, I caved and ordered one pack. I should have done it years ago. These are the best sandwich rolls I've ever had. I'm pretty sure they are better than rolls with gluten. That's gow fantastic they are. I'm so happy that i can have sandwhiches again. It's a sinple pleasure that i have missed. A couple of other things: 1.) I have never had an issue with my order. 2.) there are no instructions on the website or on the labels, about how to store the products. I freeze them until i need them like i do with all gf products.

Iconic downtown eatery and bookstore. Great menu with a good variety of options with multiple choices for individuals looking for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. A variety of daily soups as well but honesty I’ve never ventured from my first meal there years ago which was the #1 pizza special with a 3-topping slice of your choice, a top notch house salad and a drink. It’s consistently amazing! Also theres a hidden patio in the back when its nice out!

If you’re looking for a higher-end spot to eat in downtown Colorado Springs, this market is a yummy spot. Their menu indicates what dishes can be made gluten free and the staff seemed aware of cross contact. They also have many grab and go options, some of which are gluten free.

Warm and welcoming team. Great food. Very dilly Avgolemono (Lemon Chicken Soup) Greek soup. Gluten free options are available. My partner (not gluten-free) crushed the Lamb Gyro. Great venue, great food and service. A must try.

This is a great place for anyone with food allergies. They have a fully laminated binder with every ingredient for each menu item and the staff wash hands and change gloves if they are dealing with an allergen. They have celiac safe gluten free options as well as soy free options! We'll be going here again.

On May 26 2024, we had the pleasure to stop in for a amazing dinner, the Manager(red vest) was very nice. But we almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waiter there who had to be recognized publicly. Nick was his name and he was phenomenal. He catered to the both of us equally. The other gluten sensitive issues, He was prompt, smart, and knowledgable about the food. And he just had this friendly demeanor about him that made us both happy. By the end of our dinner, two of us said, "He's the best waiter we've had in a very long time.

I ordered the club supreme and there is no roast beef at all and the gluten free bread is dry and crumbly. Was looking forward to my sub and I am very disappointed. First time eating here will not go back.

First off, the food is A1 👌🏿. I got the gold camp and it was soooo good! The bread:meat:veggie:sauce ratio was perfect! The sandwich was nice and toasted and enough for me to have 2 servings. They also have vegetarian and gluten free options(neither of those apply to me but it's nice to know). The atmosphere is cool and there's a nice outdoor seating area where you can have a group lunch. There was a mishap with grubhub where my order got incorrectly sent to the downtown location. Andrew was amazing! I didn't have time to go to that location so he made my order on the spot and didn't double charge me. You can tell that he cares about his customers and has a passion for what he does. I'll definitely be visiting again!

This was probably the best experience I have ever had. Greg and Mark took my celiac disease (gluten allergy/intolerance) very seriously and took extra precautions to make sure my sandwich didn't come in contact with anything that could have cross contaminated it! They made sure to change there gloves and wipe down and clean the surfaces. They put extra care in to making sure I didn't eat gluten! A big thank you to the both of them for being amazing!

The employees here make great recommendations and are super nice. Food was just as great too as those making our food. Haven't been here in a while since Jimmy John's is closer to us but the Jimmy John's around us are nothing compared to this places subs. Only bad thing I can say about this place is how far it is from me. Also their gluten free bread is actually surprisingly good.

Have always had good experiences at this location. When I say I need gluten free for celiac / allergy, they offer to change gloves and use the dedicated mat for my order. Will also get fresh ingredients from the back if asked.

I went here after learning firehouse subs usually had gluten free sub buns from schar. The workers did not seem as educated as the Jersey mikes employees I’ve met; but they did change gloves, wipe down the meat cutter, get me fresh ingredients from the back when I asked and prepared my sub in its own bin to prevent cross contact. It was yummy! I added sauces at home to avoid more cc risk.

I came in today (2/26) just before 5PM and the employees were so kind and made me feel so safe eating with my dietary restriction (I’m gluten free). While I was waiting, there was a visually impaired gentleman ordering and it was his first time eating at here. The cashier was so kind and read out all the options for him. So great!!

I have celiacs and ordered gluten free bread from here with my sandwich and they just put regular bread on my sandwich thankfully I can tell the difference don’t recommend if you have gluten free allergy

Always fantastic. We tried their gluten free bread today and it was amazing. It didnt crumble or fall appart like most gf bread. And their regular bread is always stunning. If you have never tried schlotzkys now is the time!

This location has fallen off since it was remodeled. It used to be a great place to go, especially if you had to be gluten free. Unfortunately, if you have celiac's this location is now not worth the trouble. They still ask if your request is Allergy or Preference, but when I told them it was Allergy, they did not change their gloves, they did not wipe their cutter down, and they cut the sandwich with a blade they had just used moments ago on the previous order. Drink fountain leaks from the top while your using it, the Lettuce was starting to brown, and an overall lack of interest from the employees in virtually everything made this place as drab as can be. Will be giving this place a wide berth for a good, long while. EDIT:: Reply to response from owner :: You couldn't afford me. I think I understand the apathy on your employee's faces more now after my last visit though. It can't be easy to drudge up the kind of motivation needed to work for someone who is so completely disconnected.
