This was my first time trying this place . It was so good , I haven't found gluten free bread that I have liked and it was a great addition to the smoked burger I got . The smashed potatoes and brussel sprouts were so yummy . It was great to feel like i was eating normal again , they have taken barbecue and made it healthy, gluten free and Delicious. My family enjoyed the pork sandwiches and couldn't tell it was gluten free . So happy to have tried this new place and will be back for sure

I ordered the "DRAGON" breakfast choice and they made it gluten free for me because I suffer from severe Celiacs disease!! The food was a very generous portion of absolutely amazing food! I went here after learning firehouse subs usually had gluten free sub buns from schar. The workers did not seem as educated as the Jersey mikes employees I’ve met; but they did change gloves, wipe down the meat cutter, get me fresh ingredients from the back when I asked and prepared my sub in its own bin to prevent cross contact. Went to this place as I tried their French dip in California and it was great. The cashier suggested to try the pastrami. I tried pastrami on the gluten free wrap along with a cup of clam chowder and it was bomb.
The meat was fresh and the staff was very welcoming and nice.
They also told me that they are expanding in Colorado and opening 20 stores in the next 2 years.
