All gluten free and a lot of dairy free or vegan. VERY delicious! The picture is HALF of the Italian panini, the chicken mozzarella sandwich was good too!
This spot offers a limited but creative menu with standout dishes and a vibrant atmosphere, though be mindful of unexpected credit card fees.

The visit was a mixed bag. It is nice they have a gluten free dedicated fryer for my wife's dietary needs. The help was friendly and inviting, and the food was tasty. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the order. We found the crispy cheddar curds had more vegetables than cheese curds and the portions were not consistent as our party of 4 had considerably less food than the party of 2 had next to us (served at the same time at the bar). We saw another order about 20 minutes later, and it was the same amount as our neighbors (a mound heaping over the bowl at the bar as well). We all ordered burgers, and my daughter's and my burgers were mixed up (fortunately we caught it before eating) and neither of us had the pickles as stated on the menu. Additionally, my burger was over cooked (previous reviews we saw heralded how cooking temperature was spot on). They did take it back, remade it, and it was fantastic. The menu is very limited (8 entrees) so one wouldn't expect the various mix ups. Is it worth a shot coming here again. Yes. The staff and food is good, so I will consider giving it another shot.
Experience a cozy, welcoming vibe with a diverse Mediterranean menu that feels like a warm family gathering.

Best gluten free pizza I have ever had in my life. I’ve ordered it twice now, and I don’t plan on getting it anywhere else. Flavor was wonderful, and the crust was perfect.
This spot rocks for its awesome atmosphere and a wide range of options that cater to everyone, making it a favorite for many!

Our go-to for gluten free food in Geneva. Decent number of options, delicious food, helpful service, and great atmosphere. Love this place and can’t say enough how much we appreciate having it nearby!
Stopped in with family on a Friday night . We had out of town guests and since Aurelias has been around since the 59s,why not treat them to traditional Chicago style pizza.
We were seated immediately. The server literally gave us no time to get situated before he was taking our drink order. I hate when a server does this. I ordered a bottled beer with a glass. The beer came but took 15 minutes to get a glass as he kept forgetting to bring it after asking 3x.
Started with the Combo Appetizer Platter which was a Choose 3 items for 17.25. We chose onion rings, chicken tenders and Cheese sticks since the kids were going to eat most of the items anyway. Food portions were extremely small and overcooked. Not a fan! Overpriced.
Also ordered a large half sausage/pepperoni pizza and a gluten free pizza. The pizza had little flavor and was over cooked. The ends of the crust would have broken a tooth!
My wife ordered the gluten free pizza which was 4 square slices covered with cheese. Basically cheese bread. Again not worth it.
The server never came by and asked how everything was or if we needed more napkins.
When I paid the bill I asked for a paper receipt and he basically disappeared.
With so many pizza places to choose from,I don't think I will be back to this location.

An absolute gem. If you have a gluten-free diet, feel confident here. I dined with a group of 6, and I was the only one who needed gluten-free options. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Even my friends, who ordered non-gluten free dishes, loved everything. The drinks were excellent, but the food was beyond amazing.
Always busy here for a good reason. A great cheap option for a quick lunch! I love their vegan and gluten free options as well. So glad we have a McAlister’s here!
A spot loved for its baked goodies, great convo with the owner, superb service, and chill atmosphere, but beware of snowy floors in winter!

This place is AMAZING. The food menu has vegan and gluten free options that rival most high end artisan restaurants in Chicago. Crystal was literally the nicest person we have encountered in food service in the last 5 years. Top notch place with a forward thinking menu and brilliant synergy between their ethos, brand, and food. Everything is aligned in the best possible way. Also one of the only places in chicagoland that has oatly soft serve.
Get ready for mind-blowing pizza and unbeatable prices that make it a must-visit spot!

I was expecting a pizza like from the pictures but i got one that had no crust, barely any cheese and only sauce. I had one that looked way better than the one i got. I drove an hour and got the gluten free one since im celiac and didnt get glutoned so im giving it the extra star. Probably not coming back for a while
Altiro was a great dining experience in the age of pandemic take-home. Having travelled from Colorado and isolating since arriving in Illinois, we were looking for a unique culinary experience that was gluten free.
While browsing for restaurants near where we're staying, we came across Altiro Latin Fusion. We were immediately intrigued by their creative menu that featured mainly gluten free options. We ultimately decided to have their Al Trio Guacamole, the Al Chilango tacos, and the Ala Paella.
The All Trio Guacamole features three different accents: traditional goat cheese, pineapple, and grapes. All three were creamy with nice chunks of avocado. The accompanying house-made tortilla chips were very crisp and flavorful.
The Al Chilango tacos features tender chunks of skirt steak topped with potato straws and a creamy cilantro dressing. They were incredible.
The Ala Paella was the biggest hit of the meal. The eight large mussels were cooked to perfection and delicately tender, as were the shrimp. The chunks of grilled salmon, tuna, and tilapia were well cooked and tasty. All of the seafood was nestled on a bed of creamy, flavorful rice risotto. The dish was spectacular.
The only disappointing but expected part of the meal was that because it was takeout and we were staying 15 minutes away, the food was not as hot as it would be in-house. I fully expect that for dine-in the meal would be perfection. I highly recommend Altiro Latin Fusion and sincerely hope that they're able to survive the pandemic so that we can visit them the next time we come to the Geneva area.
The very best and freshest sushi around! And believe me, we have tried them all. Worth driving from Elburn area. And they really know gluten free. Highly recommend!!!
Enjoy a fantastic evening near the Fox River with delicious specials and a cozy vibe, perfect for a night out.

Great steak place near the Fox River. The Prime Rib special on Thursday night was great. The price was great too! The crab cakes were yummy and the baked French onion soup was perfect. I asked for gluten free bread in my soup and they were able to do it. It was great. Our waiter, Daniel, was very professional and good. Thanks for a nice evening out.
Incredible flavors and must-try margaritas make this spot a tasty experience, though it's definitely on the pricier side; reservations recommended!

The guac. Oh, the guac. So. Yum.
I am not by any means a margarita drinker, but dios mio are they delicious here!
As for the Quiubo tacos (gluten-free), wow. I had been here once before, and I had the Pescado tacos - which are very good - but I can never resist braised beef. Combined with melted chihuahua cheese, pepino (a South American fruit) relish, scallions, and avocado-salsa cruda (guac-salsa love child - num), the beef just melted in my mouth. I can still imagine it, and my mouth is currently watering as I type this.
A bit on the expensive side, yes, but believe me, you get what you pay for here - 100% worth it. Check it!
Tip: Make reservations.
Awful experience. My daughter and I stopped for dinner last night. Before we ordered I asked if what I was ordering could be made gluten free (shrimp Kow) Our server assured me that it would be. I also ordered a second dish to take home that I was assured was made gluten free. It wasn’t. I became sick about 30 minutes after eating which is what happens if I eat gluten. It isn’t some fad diet some people get very sick and it lasts a few days. Also the additional dish I brought home that I was assured was gluten free was covered in breading. If you have a food allergy of any kind I don’t recommend going here.
Food and service was so good! This is a smaller location than the others we've been to, but the hostess was on it and we waited about 5 minutes for a table on a Friday night. Felt safely distanced from others. Our server was very attentive and our dishes were really good. I got the Bahn Mi bowl and the strawberry mango refresher. Bowl was gluten free and really tasty.
We had been wanting to check this place out for a while now and were thrilled that we could. There's a fireplace in the bar area which is awesome. Super friendly staff! Our waitress Tracy was great. We both had burgers, my wife had a gluten-free bun which was a huge win. They were outstanding. Loved the popcorn and peanuts they served too. Definitely recommend, please support this great restaurant!
We always get exactly what we order here. I really love their crustless pizza. The base is made with sausage which eliminates gluten and drastically reduces carbs. We have never had bad food from here and it's always ready at the time they say it will be.
Carry out pizza order was met with mixed reviews. The meatbuster was excellent! The gluten free cheese was ok…and while it’s not easy to get a good GF pizza, it was just ok.
With a chilled vibe and delicious local brews, this spot is perfect for a relaxed hangout and tasty bites.

Greg (bartender) is one of the reasons I come here. Always very hospitable and very accommodating. If you are gluten free, have no fear, they have burgers and beer for you. The best tasting local Kölsch, fried pickles, pork belly tacos, easy going. Nice and quiet. .. what else can you ask for?
Best chicken bowl I've had in years! Gluten free if needed. Chicken is fresh, GMO free on most items as well. My new favorite chicken stop for lunch. Forget about the others...they don't compare.
By far the best vegan and gluten free restaurant my family has been too. I could not believe that this was here when I searched on Google but OMG are my and my family happy it is!
With a diverse menu featuring various dining options and a chill outdoor seating vibe, it's a top pick for casual meals and convenient delivery.

This is one of our go-to restaurants in the area. They have gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, with a wide variety of food on the menu. When the weather is nice, there's also outdoor seating. When you can't dine-in, you can order delivery on the Slice app.
