Not only is this the most delicious pasta around, there’s also am option to have it gluten free without compromising texture or taste. The salmon is to die for, perfectly crisp skin and tender juicy on the inside. Any of the salads are a perfectly seasoned combo of cooked and raw veg that turn everyone into a veggie lover. Amazing amazing amazing place to eat! We came in Mother’s Day with 8 people WITHOUT a reservation. We had to wait for about 2 hours, but this was understandable due to the high volume. Fortunately, they have a great coffee bar where we could hang out and chat while we waited for a table. Half of our party has gluten allergies, but the staff was super knowledgeable and we had no concerns or issues eating the food. The omelettes are HUGE and the prices are fair for how much food you get. I will certainly be back over some of the other breakfast spots in valpo.
