My experience was great especially as someone that has celiacs and gets sick easily with cross contamination. They have a designated gluten free menu with so many options which I feel like is so hard to come by. Their staff was also on top of it. They make sure that they mark it as an allergy when putting through the order and then shortly after I ordered a manager came to our table to make sure that she had correct everything that I specifically ordered to ensure that they were extra careful handling my food. And while I never expect restaurants to be able to really accommodate me because it is difficult when they handle so many different gluten products It felt so nice to feel “normal” getting to eat out and feeling safe doing so. I truly can not say enough good things about my experience and the staff and give a huge kudos as I know they are like this with others who may have other sensitivities or allergies. Absolutely will make the two hour drive back to eat here again.
Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with great mocktails and natural lighting, perfect for conversation in any group size.

We visited the Ames location for the first time for a birthday and it was delicious! The service was prompt and attentive. Great selection of mocktails. Loved that it is quiet and you can easily carry on a conversation with others--even in a large group. Lots of gluten free options if you need those!

This isn't a fancy style reseraunt but for something quick on the go that has non dairy and wheat free options, this is a nice place to stop. I enjoy eating the pad Thai with rice noodles since I don't eat wheat or gluten. Low cost for a good portion size and tastes good.
I have a very severe allergy to gluten and eat at chick-fil-a often. I went here and requested a gluten free bun as well as them to change gloves, wash hands, etc. I was then given a glutinous bun and no refund. Will never eat at this location again.
Chill vibes with classic rock, a dog-friendly patio, and a cool beer selection make this spot a must-visit for a fun time with friends.

It is a great place to enjoy food really good food. They have gluten-free options for fish and burgers, which is a huge awesome. I hope to see the menu grow.
The owner is very involved. A safe place. They did have a good selection of games to play in the corner, but it needs to be restocked.
The parking is awful, but trivia is so fun. Trivia Tom is the best, and Cam is your go-to for anything. Melissa knows how to pour a proper Guinness.
I love how involved the owner is within the community. You'll see him mowing grass, fixing things, and still will stop to have a good chat.
Best of all, dog friendly outside area.
Experience a lively atmosphere with delicious options that everyone loves, making it a must-visit on your travels.

We live in Minneapolis and needed a gluten-free or gluten-friendly place to eat between Omaha and home. I am so glad we found this place! Delish. I got the nutty walleye and it was awesome. My daughter loved her pesto grilled cheese. And the gluten-free desserts were awesome! The kids raved about this meal. Our server Jalene was attentive as well.
Service was slow, we ordered with our drinks and it still took over 30 minutes for our food, it was a Sunday night. We had to ask for refills. I can't have gluten, talked to the waitress about it, so she brought me my salad with croutons on it. Ordered endless shrimp and they were...ok, not much flavor, but the wood fired shrimp were good. Will put my money at the many other options in Ames, but not here.
Enjoy a reliably awesome experience with customized orders that are always spot on, fresh food, and great portions that keep everyone happy.

Pretty impressed that Culvers offers Gluten free buns and provides a Celiac safe process for preparing my food. The staff was very helpful in helping me decide and did a great job by being so professional and courteous!
Service was great. Room was freezing, I even had a sweatshirt on. Food was mediocre. I ordered street corn bowl with chicken. I was expecting more corn and black beans, I got a few pieces of corn and a few beans with a lot of rice. Chicken was dry. There was no pico de gallo on it and I did not see any cotija cheese. Needed more sauce as whole dish was kind of dry. My sister's fries were too dark. My husband is gluten free so few choices for him. He asked for their homemade potato chips and we had to pay 9.99 for a bowl of chips, as he had to order the truffle potato chips and leave all the seasoning off. Won't go back.
Vibrant atmosphere and diverse menu make this spot a must-visit for a delightful experience that caters to all tastes.

Mullets is a great addition to the breakfast/brunch scene in Ames. Wide-ranging menu and generous portions. Our group really enjoyed our food, and our server was excellent. My wife is gluten free, and they were able to accommodate her with gluten-friendly French toast which is less common than you might think in Ames. Hopefully people will be willing to give this location some grace with any early staffing/service issues they’ve experienced as it becomes more established because it has great potential!
Perfect pit stop on your journey with a convenient location and great delivery deals worth checking out!

Gluten-free pizza is very expensive I order gluten-free pizza because I have to not because I want to and then when you tack on a large delivery fee because of that one pizza and a salad over $50 because it's gluten-free not fair I have to have it delivered because I can't drive
This spot shines with enthusiastic service and consistently perfect offerings, making it a top pick for a great outing.

Absolutely love the pizza at this place. Hubby grew up eating this stuff and I envy him. We used to always get the wheat thick crust which is great. They have honey to spread in the crust--think of it as pre-dessert. This last time we got the white flour thin crust. Delicious! They have all combinations of crusts (Denver!) and I think they even have a gluten-free, but check yourselves. All the tables, chairs, and booths are grimy and the entire place could use a power wash and renovation. It wouldn't be the same as in the 1970's though. 😁

Love coming here for place to do my Bible study or writing. I highly recommend the hearty burrito (I get it as a bowl with vegan cheese and I'm Dairy free and Gluten free). It is quite filling and has a lot of protein! The atmosphere is so calming here. 😌 I love it.
Great place for the entire family, we easily found something for everyone in the family to eat and they all loved it. Not always easy for a family of 6 and two gluten free.
They did a great job accommodating my gluten sensitivity and pregnancy cravings. Food came very fast and hot. The server worked hard and was kind. Food was very good.

Good diversity of options with allergens well marked. Some options, like salmon, could have been made gluten free to provide more gluten free options. Sadly, they were not.
The food is fantastic. Their vegetarian options are great, they can also substitute meat for gluten vegetarian options! I love getting the Vegetarian Sichuan Beef!
A regular spot with a cozy vibe, speedy service, affordable prices, and addictive shoestring fries that keep everyone coming back!

I Always place order to pick up. Always so friendly and efficient!! Food is always so very good!! I have celiac disease and can't have any wheat or dairy. I order everything omelet with no cheese and double order of hash browns instead of pancakes, etc. I am highly sensitive and don't have a problem with that at all. Everyone is always so friendly. Food is always ready when I get there and it tastes wonderful!! Thank you!!
