Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free on a separate surface. They also have a full bar. Perfect for brunch! 3 Charlotte locations! We got the Pineapple upside down pancakes and the Spuds Deluxe!

#CeliacReviews: What a blessing when celiacs can eat like pigs, just like non-celiacs. I called ahead and the patient, friendly staff connected me to the sous chef, who explained the options with lowest risk of gluten cross-contamination (flat-top is used for gluten-containing items too). I had the mixed brisket 😋 with one of their GF sauces. 📌 Not a gluten-free facility, but there is a “gluten-friendly” menu (their transparency is honestly refreshing). ✅ Staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. ⭐️ Amazing service- they want you to have a great time. The cocktails are awesome too.

We decided to try Fuel when our usual pizza spot was closed. I have celiacs and they were extremely knowledgeable and warned me about the risk of contamination being high due to both ovens being in use and wanted to make sure I was aware and okay with the risk or if I wanted to change my order. The food was absolutely amazing. The gluten free crust had the perfect crisp, my boyfriends calzone was one of the best he’s had and my kids ate all 6 garlic knots and an entire pizza. We will definitely be coming back here again.

One of my favorite spots to visit when I'm in Charlotte! Always great service, yummy food, and legit Irish coffee. Friends and I enjoy sitting in the alcove and people watching. One of my friends is Celiac and they've always handled her restrictions with care. Hope to visit again soon!
