The food is amazing!!! We got bowls and they are extremely filling for a great price. The lemonades are so refreshing and delicious especially the Lavender sage lemonade. Service was very quick and the employees were very friendly. Lots of vegan and gluten free options as well but their lamb and chicken were amazing!!!!

The employees at this location were fantastic and paid great attention to detail. My large order was prepared correctly on the first try. They took proper precautions by wearing gloves and changing them between making each sub to prevent any cross contamination. I was also pleased to find out that they now offer gluten-free options. I highly recommend this location.

Food was great except the blooming onion but everyone is different. The waitress we had Teresa was excellent and answered any questions we had and got us anything we needed. My husband has to have gluten free and she made sure he had a gluten free menu and when she took his order she told us she would make sure she told the cook gluten free. Highly recommend this place for family.

This place is a diamond in the rough. They have an entire vegetarian section and 90% of it can be made vegan and gluten free. The staff is polite and the prices are on the low end.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. I don't think that the service was anything spectacular. I'm allergic to wheat so they ended up bringing out my food with pita bread which was not okay and I had to have it sent back. Overall the food that was made was good but I don't think it was anything spectacular. I would come here again but it certainly didn't impress me. They were aware of a gluten allergy though so to me that was important.

Not celiac safe gluten free options (if just preference) but unable to offer allergy safe for gluten or celiacs safe. Wasn’t offer reimbursement also never requested. They refused service after several times of a reaction and said they don’t feel comfortable serving me moving forward - to anyone with Celiac disease not a safe place respectfully

I love this place! Pizza is always delicious. I usually get a cauliflower crust or their gluten free crust but I’ve tried the regular as well and it’s all amazing. Place is homey inside and you can tell the people working love what they do :)

Evian Anders, is the rudest, and most unsympathetic “so called” manager I have had the displeasure of interacting with in the last 19 years. I am doing 1 star because zero stars or negative one star is not an option. If you have food allergies avoid this place at all costs! I was promised, weeks ago, by the general manager that they would accommodate me and prep the chefs. We were promised that they would accommodate my severe food allergy to gluten and we came in , unfortunately, when some individual named Evian Andres was in charge, shift manager. She literally said they would never cater to me and that making sauce with out gluten would be a “waste of their resources”. Wow! She said we This was before we got a table and had waited in the waiting room for 20 mins. They said their would be a 10 min wait for a table. We never got seated. She was mean, rude, and completely disrespectful. Not the type who should be in something called food service! Switch careers to IT or something with no consumer interaction. Your awful!

It's nice to have a local Dennys, especially because they have gluten free options. Miss Crystal has been our server several times and always delivers fast and friendly service. We appreciate the hardworking dennys staff very much, thank you!

Charles the manager was great! He made sure everyone changed their gloves for my Gluten free pizza even though they were a little busy. The mustache man was very friendly and took care to make my pizza. I went with a large group of ladies and stayed chatting to close.

Staff always nice. Gluten free items are always a great option for someone with celiacs make sure you let them know while ordering! Great place for Doordashers too. food always ready right away and generally a small wait if any! All around great food great people and good experience and teamwork to serve Customers everything just awesome!

All the employees in there looked like they had no idea what was going on. I stated I needed a gluten free sandwich and that I have gluten allergies. He went to put mayo on my sandwich and used the regular knife that is used for all other sandwiches. When I politely asked if he had a squirt bottle he could use instead he got a big attitude. Will not ever return to this location again. I hate having to bring up being gluten allergy, but when we spend $15 per person, I deserve to have it made right. Staff there needs to be better educated on how to keep a sandwich completely gluten free. Because I am now sick.

My boyfriend and I come here at least once a week since we’ve tried it! We both have had a variety of things on their lunch and breakfast menus and it has always been AMAZING! The staff are so kind and accommodating. I have celiac disease so I have restrictions and they always make it so it’s safe for me to eat :)

I enjoyed they lettuce wrap they made. It was delicious and I'm glad they were so accommodating and serious in regards to my gluten allergy. The fries were hot, fresh, salty, and I ate more than I should've. Staff was helpful and informative. I would definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

There was a slight mistake on my order. I have a gluten allergy, which was listed on the receipt, but see it and accidentally had gluten ingredients. However, this is one of the only places in Jacksonville that do make sure that what the customer is getting is safe to eat, and they are a lot more knowledgeable than anyone else. Was just a small little mistake and was able to talk to the owner as soon as they opened again and they will be fixing my order. I’ve been to this place ever since I moved here and is still my favorite sushi spot. Definitely favorite part about the restaurant is that they examine older ingredients and quality seems to be a step above a lot of other places I’ve tried. The owner/manager I spoke with was very nice and recognized my order. I am glad that when they make their food to go, they label all the containers with any special comments to know before something happens if there was a mistake. I will still be coming here for sure.

Staff very friendly the smoothie I ordered I didn’t like the chocolate chips were chunky drink tasted flavorless and watered down. My son did love his thought. May be back in future I will say we didn’t get a reaction which was a plus (I’m Celiac and sadly waiting on possible Celiac diagnosis for son) so the staff handled it well. The atmosphere was nice very peaceful would be a good place for someone wanting to not rush relax. Wish I could’ve given a higher review but my smoothie was not it.

If you have Celiacs this (so far) has been safe for me. I love the fact the employee had me speak to the manager right away. He explained to me which items were safe and which weren’t. I had ZERO reaction ZERO. I will update this if anything changes. But thank you for making my lunch safe!!!

Update: tried again expect take out to be an additional 40 + minutes ontop of when it’s told to be ready. Restaurant wasn’t busy. Told understaffed. One year + from ordering there gave me fries told me fries doesn’t cross contaminate for this one year + I have celiacs disease. Get told today the fries cross contaminate. I can’t trust the restaurant anymore for gluten free because they were clearly causing me intestinal damage taking my order without properly informing me of the risk up UNTIL today. I was told the fries didn’t cross contaminate until today. It’s beyond careless and irresponsible. If you have celiacs or another allergy this restaurant is NOT safe! The kids gluten sensitive menu states French fries are gluten sensitive this is NOT true and has to be removed from the listing also FYI Celiac symptoms (not a full list) Recurring abdominal bloating and pain Chronic diarrhea/constipation Vomiting Liver and biliary tract disorders (transaminitis, fatty liver, primary sclerosing cholangitis, etc.) Weight loss Pale, foul-smelling stool Iron-deficiency anemia that does not respond to iron therapy Fatigue Failure to thrive or short stature Delayed puberty Pain in the joints Tingling numbness in the legs Pale sores inside the mouth A skin rash called dermatitis herpetiformis (DH) Tooth discoloration or loss of enamel Unexplained infertility, recurrent miscarriage Osteopenia (mild) or osteoporosis (more serious bone density problem) Peripheral neuropathy Psychiatric disorders such as anxiety and depression Entire staff needs to be retrained. This can cause long term damage. Vitamin D B 12 deficiency Calcium deficiency. Malnutrition. This can cause someone to end up with a colonoscopy bag along with infection in their intestines.
