2024 update: I still love it here! My husband and I came for a date - the gentleman serving us on a busy Sunday was SO kind, and helpful. I have issues with too much gluten and he let me know which part of my meal had gluten… it helped me decide what was best for me. Thank you so much for continuing to make our visits enjoyable and delicious.
I really had a great first experience here. I ordered to go and the lady helping me was so kind - she brought my son and I glasses of water while we waited. The food was nicely packaged and the food was delicious. I have tried 2 other Vietnamese places in Hillsboro area and this place is in my #1 place for now. It wasn’t too greasy like some places & didn’t upset my stomach. Sometimes other places put so much oil it bothers my stomach. I had the vermicelli bowl (with meat variety) and spring rolls.

This Mod Pizza is great, Joy and love the fast & friendly service, the wide choice of toppings, and that we can add an unlimited amount of the toppings or just order one of the standard suggested groups of toppings.
I PREFER the regular crust, [unless I am splitting it with my wife, whose stomach can't tolerate wheat.]
My wife also appreciates the two kinds of gluten free pizza crusts, each one is tasty.
She is also dairy free and Mod is one of only a few pizza 🍕 chains in the West Portland area which has nut milk [dairy free] cheese which tastes like regular Mozzarella, at an affordable price.

I enjoy getting food from this restaurant. It is the only place where I have tried to use an app to order that will actually work for me. I love that I can order in the app and just go in and grab it. They have never gotten my order wrong. Noodles & Co also have gluten free noodles and cauliflower noodles. I have tried both and they are yummy. They also let you skip something in the dish or add more of something to it. It is even easy to do in the app. The inside is a peaceful place to dine.

Excellent service, excellent food, excellent atmosphere. It's super clean in here, there's a bunch of space to hang out and enjoy your food, and it's in a busy but very well-managed area of town that they're handling their volume well in. Altogether really great experience, and the food is 1000% worth every penny versus spending your money at other chains in the region. It seems like these people really care for their location and the service they provide, as well as the quality of the food.
Shout out to my guy Sam on the cashier decks as well, he was extremely friendly and helpful when asked for a meal suggestion (which was absolutely phenomenal; get the spicy chicken deluxe w/ bacon, you will not regret it!), and handled my request for a gluten free product professionally by putting it in a separate bag and confirming multiple times it was for a gluten allergy (which is critical, my wife is gluten intolerant and struggles to find gf fast food joints that take it seriously).
I will be finding my way back here again, and soon! Thanks a lot guys!

We ordered a Gluten Free pizza for delivery on a Saturday. It was the supreme. The toppings tasted fresh. Chunky sausage only mildly spicy. Tasty and soft pepperoni. Fresh red onions cut just large enough. Good mushrooms. And all toppings were in good proportion to one another. Pizza was well cooked and tasted great for being Gluten Free; not burnt and not dry. Delivery was a little slow but it was a Saturday. Hopefully they work at getting food out a little faster. But otherwise this is a good pizza place.

If you are celiac there are lots of naturally gluten free options. The chicken curry with coconut rice was excellent. Portions are generous and OMGosh soooooo tasty. My husband and I just found this gem of a restaurant within the last month. We’ve been here for lunch and dinners already a few times; it’s so delicious. I am gluten free and they have many options. What we especially like is the friendliness of the staff and the exceptional service. Vivek has been our server a few times (yes, we can’t get enough of the delicious authentic Indian food) and he has been so helpful in making sure I choose gluten free options but what stands out is her dedication to making your dining experience one you won’t forget. Chennai is lucky to have such a great employee who really cares about giving great service.

I placed an order through DoorDash for pick up. My wife is gluten free and my daughter is dairy free. It can be a challenge to accommodate different dietary restrictions. When I picked up my food, the woman who prepared everything assured me that she read all the notes in the order carefully and wanted to make sure everything was correct. I appreciate that level of concern for getting the order right. The food itself was delicious. The shredded chicken in our arepas was seasoned perfectly. The other dishes we ordered were great as well. Overall, a great experience and great food.

Their gluten free French toast is yummy. Coffee was burnt or old but they made it right. Just like everywhere else prices going up portions getting smaller. Our waitress was just ok, I prefer the waiter and the waitress that have both worked there for years and years (a Hispanic man in his 50s maybe 60s? And a women in her 50/60s both worked there more then 10 or 20 years!). Our waitress wasn't attentive or friendly like those 2 are. Always a consistent good place to go.
I have ordered take out here before without problems. I ordered online and then called to make sure my meal was gluten free because my daughter has celiac and told them I
did not want curry. I came home and it wasn't labeled like before and had the curry powder. I called and they told me I never called and they hung up on me after I said I would never eat there again. If you haven't tried this take n bake pizza chain, you should. A few weeks ago was my first try. My friend looked at me like I'd been living under a rock when I said I've never been. Anyhoo, that pizza was the all meat insanity and I'm usually not into a bunch of cholesterol but hey- when in Rome- so it was incredible. I went back and on a whim I tried the gluten free crust. No specific baking instructions, so I ended up switching levels. In the future I'd just keep it on the lower rack with the thin crust instructions. It wasn't bad, y'all. Can't wait for my next pizza there.
