During my recent visit to Zambrero Hindley Street, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing taste and quality of their vegetarian burrito. Every bite was delightful and flavorful, leaving me wanting more. Their sauce, salsas, and making style is jsut perfect. The restaurant's ambience and decor were also very appealing, with a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. What impressed me was the variety of options available on the menu, catering to different dietary preferences and taste buds. They have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was prompt and efficient. I had an amazing experience at Zambrero Hindley Street and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect, being close to North Terrace and all the Pubs. If you're looking for a bite before going out, or a place to come back to after partying, this is the spot. Zambrero Hindley Street is open early on Friday and Saturday, so you can enjoy it anytime. They offer a variety of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers alike. I loved it and definitely plan on coming back.

I recently hosted a Hen’s Day Long Lunch at Mexican Society and I could not sing their praises more highly. Service was great and the food was phenomenal. Everyone commented on how yummy everything was and how it just kept coming. We chose one of the banquet options and were so very satisfied. I have to mention that 13 of the 19 guests had dietary requirements (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Pescatarian and some allergies) but the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure everyone was accommodated for. Absolutely one of my top favourite takeaways, especially in the area. Hard to beat something as healthy and delicious as their burritos, and even harder to stop yourself coming back every day. The fact they cater to vegans and gluten intolerance is also a massive plus, making it a perfect stop for everyone, regardless of their dietary requirements. Try the pulled pork with Chipotle sauce, it won't dissapoint.

Ordered a toasted burrito. The red chilli sauce was unfortunately quite mild, but the burrito itself was great. Friendly service! (As a celiac, they do cater to us. However, the gluten-free burrito is very delicate and you might have to finish the meal in a bowl.

Great little Mexican restaurant in Blackwood and service and food is always great when we visit. Pricing is reasonable, with so many different food options for gluten free and vegetarians. Service is always quick even during the busier times.

Always fantastic service here, they will always change all the spoons over because I'm a coeliac which makes a difference. Very clean restaurant, with prompt service. I've never had to wait long here to get my food. Very good range on the menu too

This is the second time I’ve been here. Great coffee and Mexican breakfast foods! The staff is very nice. Would highly recommend. We got the breakfast quesadilla and the smashed avocado on gluten free bread. Very nice. 👍🏼

Yum yum yum. A tiny hole in the wall place (meant for takeaway but there are a couple of outdoor small tables if you need). Absolutely delicious birria tacos. Teeny tiny menu, options are beef or veggie tacos which are gluten free and a cheese quesadilla (literally just cheese in a tortilla). There are also fresh churros for dessert. Feels super authentic with wonderfully friendly staff with a quick turnaround.

I debated with myself as to whether or not to post this review as I really don't like slamming restaurants online especially in current times. HOWEVER this really needs to be said. We recently visited here. When we went to order I asked what on the menu was gluten free, I was told everything except two items. With this in mind our table to go with the 'feed me' option but confirmed with the staff again TWICE that having the feed me gluten free was possible. We were told it wouldn't be a problem at all. Not only did the food take over an hour to come out (granted it was an incredibly busy evening with every table full and people crammed into the waiting area too) but as the second dish of tacos came out I became incredibly sceptical about whether the food was indeed gluten free. I had already eaten the battered chicken wings. Tacos/tortillas are reasonably easy to distinguish as gluten free (I'm well aware that gluten makes things more delicious) so as I took two bites I was quite confident the dish wasn't gluten free- even though there had been no mention of this. When the third dish came out with the same tortillas I decided to double check and was told that no these were not gluten free. It left me sceptical about every other dish we were served on the evening and what I had consumed before. While I get it, making things gluten free can be annoying and some view it as a dietary fad or simple preference, it is a medical intolerance and can make people incredibly sick. As it did for me for the next 24 hours. I brought up my intolerance 4 times in total and was told each time that the dishes would suit me. Yes, it was a busy night and we had several waiters to the table but this should be communicated amongst staff. Two stars because the other guests still enjoyed our (very late) food.

Amazing value authentic food for really good prices… especially loved the elote preparado corn and the spicy jalapeño frozen margarita was super delicious. Also had vegan cheese and lots of gluten-free options available! Will definitely come back if visiting again 😊

Awesome service, went with a friend who is celiac and immediately was offered to have our orders prepared by 2 separate staff as I'm not celiac. Very impressed, friendly staff, food was great as always, my favourite fast food. Also love the company ethos of providing a meal for those in need when we purchase from them, need more altruistic businesses like this.

thought this place might be overrated but it exceeded my expectations! great price (went on taco tuesday) and got nachos to share for a group of 5 of us! great options for gluten free/ celiac !! highly recommend! loved the flathead taco!!

I had a gluten free burrito. It's been a long time since I've been able to. I could have chosen the fillings a little better but it was still great. Surprisingly filling but pretty expensive at $17+
