I wish I remembered the name of our waitress who waited our table last Saturday - a group of 7 girls. Her attention to detail was phenomenal i.e. someone from the group was gluten intolerant but she still wanted to the tasting menu, she mentioned how it may not be completely worth it because of her intolerance but offered alternatives for the tasting menu after speaking with the kitchen - turned out to delicious.
