EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Came on April 10th between 6:15-7. 2 girls and a guy working. They were so kind to us, knew how to treat their customers. We ordered a gluten free quesadilla , they made sure everything is clean because I had an allergy. The girl looked after everything so nicely. Didn’t get her name but she deserves so much praise. One of the best customer services i have ever seen. She is so kind. I truly recommend this place so much.

It's always nice to come and have the server revognize you. Samriti has been our server a few times now and we've always been happy. You go to Boston Pizza because you want their food or you need a table for 17. It's a chain and while it's not the best of anything, I have to give it 5 stars for having better gluten-free options than any of the other chains around. The fact that any of their pizzas can be made gluten-free and that this is clearly listed on the menu is worth more than you would think, as is the option for a gluten-free brownie on the dessert menu. The staff know their way around the gluten-free stuff too (and know to mention shared fryers when applicable) which is high marks for service from me.

I always order online, and usually have to call in to make an adjustment. Food was good, front-end (young) hostess could use more customer service training. I discovered their gluten-wise menu!! Love that they have vegan cheese as well! I've ordered twice in the past week. Pizza was great, gluten-free pizza is amazing, but their gluten-free pasta..... it's good, when cooked correctly. Both times my pasta was overcooked 😩😢 The second pasta, it was all broken and molded into a ball of mushy pasta ☹️ I think I will stick to their yummy gluten-wise pizza. I just wish it could come in larger sizes.

Many gluten free options! Burger buns and the bread with your chili or soup can be ordered gluten free. They also have a gluten free brownie for a dessert option. Everything is vegan, so it's safe for a strict plant based diet. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and staff was welcoming. We'll definitely come back.

I love eating here because of the gluten free options. Either the burrito bowl or the corn tacos are a great option if you’re intolerant, and they even have a gluten free cheesecake (so good!). I usually get the steak tacos. They are tender and seasoned sooooo good! My husband Ioves the combo burritos and always finishes every last bite. Never had a bad meal here definitely recommend!

Amazing place to get a burrito! I was in there at midnight, and it was packed with people (so you know its good). I like that you can see the kitchen crew preparing everything. They are very well organized, and fast even when its packed. The burritos are fantastic, and they have a lot of different toppings to choose from. They also have other options like nachos, and have gluten free burrito options as well.

I just wanted to take a minute to leave a glowing review for Jolly, who helped me with my complicated order at the drive in window. I'm currently on a special diet where I cannot have gluten or sugar. I haven't been able to eat out easily since. I'm starving and saw A&W and thought, maybe I'll get lucky. I had many questions and Jolly was very patient and gracious with me. She pulled out the ingredient binder and we went through many of their menu items to create a meal I can eat with peace of mind. Jolly is very sweet, you don't find a lot of fast food employees who are kind, genuine and helpful the way she is. A&W is lucky to have her. I'm grateful.

10/10 spot! The guys are so nice and accommodating! We went on a Sunday (10/13/2024, 2pm) and were buying a bunch of wings for a group of people with allergies and dietary restrictions (gluten free and pineapple allergy) and the staff at the front went to the back and checked the labels and told us which sauces were gluten free and which ones weren’t! Also they have soooo many flavours and even without the daily deal the prices are decent. Thanks so much Brampton Wing Spot! Definitely gonna be a regular here.

Best burrito boyz in the gta! I’ve been going to this location for over a year now and they have never let me down. They have the best burrito sauce and great vegan + gluten free options for those with gluten + dairy allergies! The girls working at the front every evening are so kind, efficient, provide great service, and never fail to make my go to orders (vegan chicken quesadillas) to perfection!

Mar, 2025. I got the Major burger, $2.99 extra for the gluten-free bun, which actually tasted fresh and did not crumble or fall apart. This was a very satisfying burger! 1st time I was here. The patty was so big, it was hanging over all the edges of the bun. I sat at a table waiting for my order and when it was ready the young lady brought it over to me, in a paper bag, nicely folded over with a crisp seem and double stapled! It felt like a Christmas present. Never in my life have I ever been served at a table, especially for take out, at a fast food joint! Can't wait to return!

Conveniently located to the senior residence next door, you can easily walk over for a meal or snack. Tables were nice and clean and the Manager was so kind and generous. Was craving for a good Burrito bowl and then I tried skipping the dishes by ordering one Gluten-Free Shrimp Burrito Bowl cooked in garlic butter, lime and herbs and their boneless chicken wings/bites with signature spicy burrito sauce and ranch and I must say it was just mind-blowing, the Burrito bowl had a perfect blend of spices, a great quantity of Shrimps and that added Guacamole bombed everything with the flavors. The chicken wings were sweet and tangy and went perfectly with their burrito sauce. The best part is this complete package came as a contactless delivery by Skip the dishes and they managed to deliver it well with all the proper instructions.

Located at the Trinity Common complex adjacent to Montana's, Fionn McCool's and East Side Mario. Parking is available at the exterior of the building ask about the walk-in special. Gluten free options are available to order. A washroom is available and plenty of seating is available to accommodate while you wait for your order. A pizza made to order takes approximately 15 minutes to be prepared in their oven.

I ordered take out tonight the Turkey on gluten free Naan which i have had in the dining room before. When I got home to my surprise no naan, it was on a bun! I was so disappointed and hungry but couldn't take a chance because I'm gluten intolerant. I called in to explain the mistake, the GM gave me his cell number so I could text him a pic of my meal. He explained the Naan, can not be 100% safe & re assured me my bun was 100% gluten free and that I was ok to eat! This made me feel so much better. Happy customer!

Small BBQ spot with gluten free options (they do their best). I enjoyed the ribs. If you don't like them as saucy let them know before. Overall, I'll probably stop by the next time I'm in town. Food can take a little bit of time to come out, but it's worth the wait.
