Most of dishes are gluten-free, except for a few ones, like the sandwiches. Risk of cross-contamination is given, because there is no separation in the kitchen for gluten-free food. I can highly recommend the cakes, everything’s gluten free and separately stored.
Experience a cozy vibe with tasty dishes and super quick service, perfect for an enjoyable meal.

Thank you for being so responsive to my father's celiac disease! The food was generally delicious and the hospitality was extremely warm. We felt very comfortable and will come back without hesitation and my father is already looking forward to the best sauerbraten ever 😊

Great service, great food.
We were guests at Cielo for both breakfast and dinner. A really great team impressed us both times.
It is particularly worth mentioning how the topic of gluten intolerance is wonderfully addressed here and how those affected can enjoy it with a clear conscience.
A cozy spot with a laid-back vibe, offering generous portions and unique stuffed crusts, making it a hit for families and pizza lovers alike.

Very nice staff, delicious food, but you won't find vegan or vegetarian pasta dishes. Maybe this is an unusual request and the people of Eisenach are real meat eaters? The staff were very nice and were able to convert a meat dish into a vegetarian one, but it would be nice to have a few options here and see them clearly marked on the menu.
Plus points again for gluten-free food.
Enjoy a lively atmosphere with quick service and a focus on delightful tastes, perfect for a fun night out.

Pizza, pasta, Italian dishes to enjoy.
Small restaurant with an open pizza area, you can watch your own pizza being baked from a distance.
Very tasty, nice atmosphere.
Gluten-free pasta available for an additional charge.
Absolute recommendation, delicious burger, even gluten-free wasn't a problem, great atmosphere, nice owner, waiter and house dog, "super cute"
All the best for 2025..🍀

Very good restaurant.
The prices are very fair for Weimar standards. I particularly enjoy the street sales of pizza corners and the fact that they also offer gluten-free products (the ONLY one in Weimar).
Everything is always fresh.
The service is very courteous, although sometimes a bit slow (during peak times).
The ambience outside is great because you're sitting right on Schillerstrasse and so you always have something to look at.
It also gives you a good feeling that the boss is also the waiter himself.
Charming spot with a fantastic vibe, offering a unique menu featuring vegan dishes and a refreshing non-alcoholic Hugo that locals love.

Nice cafe in a very good location. Listed on Google Maps under the attribute “gluten-free”. Unfortunately there is no gluten-free cake there. That doesn't fit the description.
We have been there several times and have always been very satisfied. If you have intolerances (gluten-free), the staff reacts very well, is very knowledgeable and can answer questions. You can also get good vegetarian food here and have a large selection. Completely satisfied!
A great spot for large groups where all special requests are happily met, ensuring a tasty experience that leaves everyone satisfied.

Definitely not safe for celiacs..
Very bad knowledge of gluten allergies..
The waitress went like you can pick the bread with your hand out of the meal if you‘re allergic..
We ended up not ordering any and get back home..
The short version: the best pizza in Jena. Absolutely recommended!
The long version: we ordered pickup there on December 9th, shortly after Nine-O-Five opened in Jena. The pizzas took about 10 minutes longer than announced over the phone, which can happen in any restaurant, after all, gastronomy can never be timed exactly. Regarding the pizza: a traditional dough with good gluten development, in my opinion it could even be a little more hydrogenated. The ingredients were very tasty, the Popeye pizza is topped with spinach, mountain cheese and kampot pepper, but unfortunately a bit too greasy. Both the Popeye and the Buffalina had very nice leoparding (black spots and quality mark of the oven and dough), but too much durum wheat semolina on the bottom (used to make the pizzas easier to get into the oven), which was burnt and therefore gave the pizza an unpleasantly bitter taste.
There are five stars for the Pizzeria Nine-O-Five (905°F corresponds to 485°C, the temperature that should be used for a Neapolitana pizza) for only two reasons: firstly, there is no comparable pizza in Jena is so well crafted and uses good ingredients; on the other hand, we ordered shortly after it opened and assume that not everything was perfect. The above criticism is complaining on a high level - if you are looking for a very tasty Neapolitan style pizza, you will find it at Nine-O-Five! We will order again.
A nice inn to end a beautiful day in Weimar. Well-chilled draft beer, attentive service and the people make an effort to conjure up something on the table for those with gluten allergies
Great service and unique dishes make this spot a must-visit; try the goulash and relish the cozy vibes!

Friendly service and good food. Gluten-free food was also possible after consultation without any problems. Had goulash with Thuringian dumplings. Ours were cooked separately without any bread pieces. Simply great to recommend. Thanks again to the kitchen
Food was very tasty. The staff should be trained again on gluten-free and celiac disease in order to avoid contamination etc. Since eating, stomach pain due to celiac disease... unfortunately
Renowned for its exceptional pizza and fresh preparations, expect a bit of a wait for deliciousness, especially during busy times.

Extremely good pizza, even vegan options
There were even gluten free options for my brother
really delicious food, the only downside is the long waiting time
Had to wait half an hour to three quarters of an hour for the main courses
But that's due to the fresh preparation and it was relatively busy
the starters came quickly
Enjoy a delightful Christmas dinner here with a fantastic menu and a cozy atmosphere that makes for a memorable holiday celebration.

We went to the Black Bear for Christmas dinner today. The Christmas menu is excellent. The waitresses are very friendly and attentive. The food was plentiful and really tasty. A big compliment to the kitchen. It is also possible to eat gluten-free here. Thank you for the wonderful time with you!
