There are many gluten-free dishes, or which can be made gluten-free upon request. They have (if I understood correctly, a dedicated fryer/oven for the fries) and we sat there comfortably and very quietly (In the photo, the curry is prepared gluten-free and the salad would have been gluten-free.)

There was delicious gluten-free pizza🍕 which was just as big and crispy as the regular pizzas, which made me very happy. It costs almost €4 more, which is a bit steep, but what wouldn't you do to eat a gluten-free pizza again? (Gluten-free pizza is Pizza Funghi)

Very friendly staff. Had a high tea today with 9 people. Very extensive and also gluten-free, lots of choice. Everything was fresh and the chef brought everything to the table himself. She explained everything and also had a nice sense of humor. Owner is also very friendly and really cares about his business, the guests and the staff. Excellent spot for a meal. The restaurant is quite large and has lots of space for the little ones to play. The food is very reasonably priced and the portions quite large. We enjoyed our sandwiches. They offer gluten free bread and so have a lot of things on the menu if you can’t have gluten.

What a lovely café on the historic Grote Markt in Nijmegen. I regularly come here for coffee, cakes, lunch, heiße Shoko mit Sahne, sangria or just a nice beer. So now it's really time for a review based on my experiences here. Because it is a large café, they have an extensive menu. All the special coffees and hot chocolates are a relief on these cold and rainy days. They also finish this with a good layer of whipped cream and a delicious topping. I recently saw how a friendly employee spent fifteen minutes grating that topping so that they could move on. As a guest, this gives me the feeling that they are really working on a unique experience for the guest. In terms of specialty beers, they also have an interesting menu and in my opinion one of the most underrated in Nijmegen. I was looking for a nice New England IPA. The young man behind the bar helped me by telling me that they had the Bon Chef from Two Chefs Brewing on tap. He confided that this is an absolute staff favorite. Ordered this from him. When another employee came to serve this beer in a very hospitable manner, she told me that the bartender who had just helped me had recently won a prize at the Nijmegen Beer Tap Competitions. He will now uphold Nijmegen's honor at the national beer tap competitions. I asked him about it and he remained very modest, which is a credit to real champions. In any case, it is a café where you are always helped quickly and everyone works with a smile. The staff have a very pleasant time with each other and you notice that as a guest. This without it being disruptive because they are not too noisy or only pay attention to each other and not to the guest. It's great how they maintain that balance. Because you are helped so quickly, you can quickly have a cup of coffee or lunch and then continue. If you want to sit longer, that is completely fine and they will adjust to the pace desired by the guest. They have delicious sandwiches for a fair price that are also very filling. If you have lunch at Biessels, you can make do with something small in the evening. They have a good variety between lunch dishes that every lunch shop in the center must have on the lunch menu and slightly less standard sandwiches. Everything of recognizable quality. Recently I was with a friend who is gluten intolerant. The owner was able to explain to us in detail what adjustments could be made for lunch and she also told us which beers are gluten-free, very thoughtful. They also have a very nice and extensive drinks menu. You can also dine there, although I haven't done that myself yet so I can't judge that. Anyway, nice place that I like to visit!

Ending a family weekend in this attractive restaurant is highly recommended. After enjoying coffee and cake here earlier in the day, we came up with the idea of ​​ending our family weekend culinary the same evening, especially as a lot of attention is paid to gluten-free options. Had a drink for just over 40 people. We got our own section on the terrace with our own waitresses. Nice place, enough space and a beautiful view of the Goffert. Service was friendly and fast and thought along nicely. Agreed on snacks in advance and added some extra snacks on the spot. Wasn't a problem. There were also snacks for someone with celiac disease. The contact before, during and after the drink with Ellen was very pleasant. Buuv is a very nice place for a drink (and a snack) anyway! Whether you go in the morning, afternoon or evening.

Just dramatic, poor service, the request for a gluten-free sandwich was waved away. We don't have it or we don't do it. Other Macs do. Cold fries and a big tasty that falls apart from misery! It was not the waiting staff but the manager on site.

Mediocre. I found the quality mediocre. Gluten-free options are very poorly indicated, there is a sign somewhere saying gluten/lactose but does that apply to all dishes on this site or ???? As for starters I could eat something but otherwise it was really scarce. I did ask but the answer took a very long time and I was not convinced that it was correct! Due to a language barrier, they also did not understand what I asked. In the end I only had salmon and fries, both of which were lukewarm. The service was friendly.

Excellent experience at Bistro de Bolle We recently had dinner with a large group at Bistro de Bolle, and it was a truly excellent experience. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The service was top notch: attentive, professional and always with a smile. The food was delicious. It was clear that the dishes had been prepared with care and passion. What also appealed to us was how flexible and cooperative the restaurant was. They could have set up a long table for our large group, which created a cozy atmosphere. An extra compliment goes to the service we received regarding dietary requirements. One of our guests has a gluten allergy and the restaurant handled this professionally. Although they could not serve gluten-free bread, they provided a clear and understandable explanation that the oven was only used for products containing gluten, to avoid cross-contamination. We found the transparency very reassuring. Of course he was able to enjoy a three-course dinner just like the rest of the group. In short, Bistro de Bolle is highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious food, friendly service and excellent service.
