I ate at Jacks twice during my stay in Cusco and really enjoyed it both times. The cappuccino was delicious, and the cheesecake was also a treat. My wife had gluten-free bread with eggs, and I tried the oatmeal bowl once and the Cuslie bowl another time—both were very tasty. The service was quick and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of the food. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cusco!
This cozy spot boasts unique pizza creations and a fantastic dessert selection, all in a laid-back atmosphere that encourages good vibes.

Eating in Peru with a gluten intolerance is difficult. This restaurant was a blessing. We went twice. Sat streetwise the first time and in the courtyard the second. It is a very cozy place. The food was good. We had the Gluten-free pizza 🍕 and the Gluten-free maccaroni (strangely, finding GF pasta in Peru is practically impossible). The service was friendly but not always present. We did get value for money here. With it's good location it is also a great place for people without allergies.
With a cozy vibe and a diverse menu, this popular spot is perfect for a unique dining experience full of great energy and delicious treats.

Stopped in for dinner after our Machupicchu trek and it was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered the Pulpo/octopus and it was the worst I have ever eaten. I took one bite and sent it back - wild because I’ve literally never done that and would feel like a Karen, typically, but to butcher such a sentient beautiful animal and then absolutely destroy it through overcooking is a bit of a tragedy. It was extremely dense, flavorless, and chewy… kind of like chicken made by someone who is terrified of salmonella, so they cook it until it has a rock-like consistency.
My replacement meal was decent, but lacking the fantastic flavor palette I was hoping for. My mother enjoyed her meal, though!
On the positive end, the mocktails were creative and delicious and the servers were very friendly and accommodating for a Gluten allergy at our table.
Experience an incredible fusion of flavors in a vibrant setting, with a menu full of unique options and delightful cocktails.

Such a delicious meal!! I'm gluten free and was presently suprised to see that had lots of gluten free options marked on the menu and even had gluten free soy sauce. Gabriel our waiter was very attentive and gave great service. Some of the best food we've had so far!

Lovely food and a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Luis was great - very informative and accomodating with allergies such as gluten and nuts - even willing to adapt dishes so we could try local dishes. Would 100% recommend!

Delicious food with exceptional service! The staff are really aware of the menu. Great selection of veggie burgers, we tried the lentejas, quinoa and garbanzos..all so good!! Can make it gluten free by just asking for the burger to be "al plato". We came back twice.
Experience an unforgettable tasting journey with an extensive 10-course menu featuring authentic Peruvian dishes and expertly paired wines.

My boyfriend and I had a reservation to do the tasting menu. We also decided to do the wine pairing. It was absolutely incredible. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the wine and the food and were all so kind. The experience was not rushed at all, as we were able to fully enjoy each dish. The tasting menu consisted of 10 courses with another 4 dessert courses. Each dish was authentically Peruvian. We are gluten free and the kitchen had no problem giving us substitutions that were just as delicious. It was worth every penny and was truly the experience of a lifetime!
Unique flavors and vibrant atmosphere make this spot a must-try, with helpful staff ready to assist even in limited Spanish.

The food was interesting ( first time we had anything like it ) and whilst nothing on the menu is marked as gluten free, arepas and cachapas are naturally gluten free and the staff seemed very aware of what that meant. Our Spanish is poor but the one we visited in Mira Flores, had lovely staff who were able to help us- with minimal Spanish. My partner is a coeliac and had no reaction .
Wow! I love the Yucca pizza here! Best Yucca pizza I have ever had. If you are gluten free-I highly recommend eating here. Dine in or delivery too. Staff is sweet.
Amazing food! Beautiful, intimate atmosphere. Friendly and helpful service. I have food restrictions and the waiter was very helpful. I had the fish carpaccio for a starter and the duck confit for my main course. I am gluten and dairy free, and they modified the duck for me without any issues. I will definitely be back!!!
Update December 2023: I went back to Awicha and once again it didn’t disappoint! The food was fantastic! The home made ginger soda was delicious. The service was great! Can’t wait to return on my next visit to Peru 🙏🏼

We've been a few times and one server was 5* and the second was 4*... not bad all things considered!
The food is a very eclectic combination of cuisines which means everyone can find something they like. My sister said it worked well for gluten-free options too.
The bartender knew what a boulevardier was, so I felt I was in good hands! We were happy when it and a nice martini arrived.

Super interesting concept, I wonder why there is not a restaurant like this in Milano yet.
Simple ingredients, all roasted/grilled with different woods according to the element, incredible tastes, textures and combinations.
Very healthy yet rich of flavours.
Many vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
Best restaurant in Cusco! Very good service, they are friendly and very attentive. They gave us complimentary passion fruit sour and cheese with mote. There was an Andean music group playing.
There is a variety of dishes and gluten-free options.
The prices are affordable and there is a menu option as well.
I would go again when I return to Cusco.
Excellent atmosphere, very warm and well decorated. The food is excellent and they have an option for celiacs. Bring souvenirs from the country to leave printed on the wall.
I don't like it very much, low quality of the prawns cause I didn't like it. I prefer another restaurant, plus the desserts are all sweet and milk-based and what if you are intolerant? There is no variety, the green noodles were delicious, I ordered it gluten-free, excellent, but I didn't eat the huancaina.

The restaurant is in the Hilton Hotel. The meals were excellent. Apart from a bit of blueberry in the pork belly, there was nothing to complain about in terms of the quality of the food. Only the service was. Not not worthy of the food. Starters and main courses were included. Us 4 people mixed. Then during the starter it was already the main course. 1 person was gluten intolerant. We informed the service about this. The starter was the beef tartar. Then it came naked. No alternative for gluten tolerant people was offered. Abrasion service, wine service, etc. Were not good. We still give 4 stars because the waiter may be new and not yet familiar with the whole thing... Normally we would give 2 stars for such service.
Very good, friendly and fast service, exquisite dishes. And we noticed that on the menu you can also find gluten-free pasta options, it is a good alternative for people who cannot consume gluten.
Spectacular views and diverse options make it a great spot, but be ready for slow service if you're planning to dine here.

Aesthetically, this place is amazing. The view is phenomenal. There are lots of diverse options on the menu. The owner even knew about celiac disease which I was surprised about. He was very helpful when I was selecting items to ensure that I chose gluten free. However, the service here was HORRIBLE when it comes to attentiveness. So bad in fact that they gave us part of the meal for free. I waited an hour for one sushi roll and one sashimi roll. Do what you will with that information. I recommend this place for a drink and view.

Trout with the quinia risotto was phenomenal.
NOTE: They have a small gluten-free menu but all options are vegetarian (with the acception of 2 fish dishes).
The gluten free vegetarian spaghetti bolognese is not worth it. Fairly flavourless and bland.
I hope they broaden their gluten free menu as the options for coeliacs are so limited and dare I say it- boring.
My wife and I went to this place after discovering it had a gluten free menu. The food was good, but I don't trust this restaurant if you have allergy concerns.
She has celiac disease and cannot consume anything with gluten, as it can cause serious health problems.
Fortunately, we asked if items labeled NG/gluten-free included soy sauce or other gluten ingredients.
At least two dishes (pork belly and tuna tartare) contained soy sauce, which has a significant amount of gluten/wheat. The waitress knew this and was very helpful, but the menu was incorrect and should not have labeled those dishes as NG/gluten-free. The tuna tartare also contained quite a bit of soy sauce, but it went unnoticed. Luckily, I realized it.
The staff was understanding and helpful, but the owner or menu designer made a mistake by incorrectly labeling the gluten-free dishes.
What's frustrating is that I've tried to reach out to offer solutions (use Tamari soy sauce, which is gluten-free, or coconut aminos) to prevent others from having this problem, but I never received a response. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but it's important for people to know that it is currently not safe for celiacs or people with wheat allergies.
The vibrant terrace offers a lively atmosphere, but be ready to adjust seating for comfort and warm vibes near the clay oven.

In general everything was very good, however, we had to move places twice because the lighting on the terrace is very strong at night, so they moved us to a table near the clay oven which emitted a lot of heat and was uncomfortable. They don't have gluten-free alternatives for some sides, but the food was very good.
