Such an amazing place!!! My daughter has coeliac disease and hasn’t been able to eat out at Italian restaurants since she was diagnosed (we live in Brissy and haven’t found any coeliac GF restaurants) so when we found 317 while visiting Sydney we had to give it a try!! And we were definitely not disappointed!!! The GF pasta was AMAZING but so was all of the other GF menu items we ordered (salad, skewers, halloumi entree…..we even ordered a takeaway pizza for later 😂). It is such a delight to see accredited gluten free restaurants and it makes dining out so enjoyable!! The service was also second to none, so we will definitely be recommending 317 to all our friends who are visiting Sydney and we will certainly be dining here again on our next visit!!!! Fantastic food at a beautiful venue. The service was friendly and attentive, and they cater to coeliac requirements in a very welcoming manner! They can make almost everything (apart from the fried options) coeliac friendly, and the banquet and skewers we had were delightful and extremely generous! The baba ganoush and tabbouleh were some of the best I've ever had!

I recently celebrated my birthday dinner at Itihaas, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely incredible, starting with complimentary papadums that set the tone for the evening. We ordered the Tandoori Sampler and Nawabi Chops to start, and the meat was perfectly moist, flavorful right to the center, and paired with the best chutneys I've ever had. For the mains, we chose Kofta Korma and Paneer Dhaniya Adraki from the vegetarian menu, as well as Butter Chicken from the non-vegetarian options. The dishes were so delicious that my friends and I couldn't resist diving in immediately—by the time I thought to take a picture, we had already devoured most of it! The naans were delightful—soft, fresh, and perfectly made. We tried the gluten-free naan, plain naan, and garlic naan, and all were excellent. For drinks, we had beer, a Mango Lassi-infused cocktail, and the standout Midnight Mumbai. It was both visually stunning and refreshing, just what I was looking for. The manager, Nish, recommended this drink from their upcoming menu, and it was a fantastic choice. The highlight of the evening was the service. Nish went above and beyond by bringing out a dessert with gulab jamuns on the house as a birthday courtesy. The warm gesture, combined with the outstanding food and drinks, made my birthday dinner truly special. A huge thanks to the chefs for their amazing culinary skills and to the staff for their impeccable service. I’m looking forward to creating more memories at Itihaas. Highly recommended!

Beautiful food & amazing customer service by Kayla & Risha they were so hospitable & accommodating. Provided an extra cake just to try free of charge & replaced my colleagues drink without charge...I am looking forward to visiting next time & trying something new. Their Menu includes vegetarian and GF (Gluten Free). The location is just beautiful & scenic.

This was our go to coffee place while we were staying in parramatta from NZ for work. The service was friendly, the food was yummy and the coffee was great! Good gluten free options for those of us that need them.

Had our work Christmas party here and would definitely recommend! Great food and fantastic pizza's that felt straight out of Napoli. Fantastic homemade gluten free pizza and pasta as well. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. Will be back!

I decided to try this place due to all the hype on social media. I ordered the gluten-free pizza, hoping it would resemble a traditional pizza, and Frankies did not disappoint! The gluten-free crust looked just like everyone else's beautiful wood-fired pizza, with a puffy texture, and I was truly impressed by the taste. The blue cheese on the pizza elevated the flavour to an amazing level and don't forget to order a nice Chinotto to complement the perfect lunch.

Icy spicy has super yummy kulfi falooda, and a great collection of gluten-free ice creams that are locally made in Sydney and served fresh. You can taste the flavours for free! Some amazing flavours include Sweet paan, Guava with salt and chilli flakes, , Coconut apricot and many other unique flavours. The staff are very respectful and the food is tasty. I like visiting this cafe because it is clean, not overcrowded and loud, has a cute ambience and good food! Cheers, Soni

Terrible experience. Served gluten bread after ordering and checking multiple times my order was for GF. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone with coeliac disease, other allergies or intolerances. Wait staff had not been educated on the menu and clearly had no idea what gluten even was.
