It was amazing to find a place where we can eat everything on the menu!!! Because we follow a vegetarian gluten free diet and it’s not easy to find a place where you can eat EVERYTHING!!! We love it, the place, the food, the attention, Sara the waitress is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable, the desserts were amazing, a lot of choices. Had dinner here last night. Booked in advance and indicated that someone with a gluten allergy was present. They dealt with it very well, explained everything clearly from their own point of view on how they dealt with it. They knew exactly what they were talking about. Its typically very hard to find a place for a vegan and gluten free friends to eat, but Vegitalian had offerings for both. I had the most delicious gluten free Caesar's salad and my friend had a vegan pizza that he said was delicious. This was our first time visiting Rotterdam and I said I had to come back just to visit this restaurant again, it was great.
The restaurant was pretty busy though so we ate at the bar. I definitely recommend booking a head of time if you'd like a table.

And I'd recommend paying those 5€ so you can pick whatever from the menu. Everything tastes great, good to have the started with nachos and guacamole, and pick a main dish, chicken wings or pulled pork - they are all amazing. Very tasty and if you like a little smokey BBQ spicy flavor you can ask for a spicy sauce that you can add to your rice.
From the desserts both the gluten free option as well as the coconut ice cream (if you are not gluten free) are amazing picks, highly recommend both.

No. If it's too full you shouldn't sit down. Waited 20 minutes only to find out that there were no available tables inside. Then we sat outside...with children. 2 hour wait for food. Nachos are good. Proper American diner with huge portions and beautiful setting. We both had the Full Jarmusch and we were impressed with the portion size. The favourite items on my plate were the hashbrowns, and the least favourite were probably the chicken sausages which were too seasoned for my liking. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at Shin. My husband loves Japanese food and we can never go together because by design Japanese food isn’t exactly gluten free friendly. So imagine my surprise when I found out they could cater to me. I made my reservation and they called ahead of time to discuss the menu and go through my options. Once there they took great care and a lot of effort to make sure my meals were gluten free. My main dish was especially made for me by the chef with gluten free soy sauce. I really appreciated the effort and it was delicious! It was a wonderful visit and I will be sure to visit again on my next Rotterdam visit. To add, I’ve had no gluten response which is always a great sign!

The review is based on 3 factors (i.e., prices for food/drink quality, service/waiting time and atmosphere (i.e., decoration/live music/location) and the corresponding rating is 2, 2 and 3. The food was disappointing. Super dry, almost cold and without taste (definitely precooked and warmed multiple times). Service was not good either. Drinks were served at different times, starters came after main dishes and when the waiter was asked about gluten free food we never received an answer. The decoration and the location were good. However, our general experience was not good in the end.

Copper Branch has very good food with great portion sizes!
I went with a friend, and we ordered nachos as a starter. I had the Aztec bowl as my main dish and wasn't able to finish it all. My friend had the Blue burger, but he was so full after the nachos that he also ended up having two or three bites left over. We tend to have good appetites around dinner time, so we usually end up getting dessert when we eat out, but we were too full for dessert!
The man who served us was very kind and upbeat, and was happy to give us recommendations when we weren't sure what to get. I have a symptomatic gluten allergy, and I had no problems eating here! I'm still quite full after 4 hours, and haven't had any ill symptoms.
My friend also really enjoyed the music that was being played (especially the Daft Punk songs).
We highly recommend this place if you are vegan, eat gluten-free, or just want some good food and friendly service!
