We ate at Bill's today, the menu caters for gluten free and vegetarian. The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. We sat outside in the sun and the atmosphere was chilled. It was quite noisy inside I noticed, but that maybe just the volume of people in the place. Food was lovely and so was the drink (peach and mint iced tea). Staff were attentive and answered any questions we had. Paying is simple and you can split the bill by scanning the QR code which I thought was a great idea. Would definately return again 👍

We enjoyed a lovely meal prior to visiting the hippodrome, we were lucky to be served by Aaliyah who was excellent throughout and attended to all our needs. She explained gluten free options as well. 2 for 1 cocktails was a bonus!

What a great place .First time visit with 9 people. Easy to book on line .confirmed by restaurant plus reminders during the week .Arrived on time seated on time our waiter was Ryan who looked after us throughout. Great service .Food was divine, right proportions. Flavour of food was really good and very tasty .Limited vegan and gluten food .Definitely worth going. See you soon .

Excellent friendly service, when I advised one of our party was gluten free they knew exactly what do to do and which menus and allergen info we needed, food was very nice, gluten free pizza base was pretty good, not the best we’ve had but far from the worse. Our server OliviaG was on it, attentive and friendly, we would eat here again.

Early Bird Bakery is hands down one of the best spots in Kings Heath! As someone who’s always on the hunt for great gluten-free options, I was blown away by their selection. It’s not just a token “one or two GF items” kind of place; they genuinely go the extra mile to make sure there are plenty of delicious choices. I ordered some special cakes for Christmas, and they were beyond incredible—beautifully decorated, moist, and full of flavor. But it’s not just the food that makes this place special—it’s the people. The staff are genuinely lovely, always happy to help, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s one of those rare places where you feel like more than just a customer—you feel like part of a little bakery-loving family.

Had such a good time!! Staff were lovely, really friendly and welcoming, food was delicious, wide selection and very inclusive with a vegan and gluten free menu. The cocktail menu had lots of options and the drinks were equally as delicious as the food. It's a really nice size venue and the toilets are accessible and well maintained.

We visited here Friday 14th around 1pm. The food was amazing, the drinks were great and the service was 5star. We were served by Jack and he was super attentive and friendly, he made us feel extremly welcome and as if we were the only people he was serving. He took my Moms allergies to gluten super seriously and explained everything they would do to cater to her allergies, which is great as she is always dubious eating out due to lack of care, which had made her ill, in the past. Food was delicious and served quickly

Visited Coffee Tales in the Jewellery Quarter yesterday while visiting Birmingham. We had the gluten free hazelnut cake and a jacket potato with cheese and beans. We have been in the UK for 3 weeks now and this was the best jacket potato I have had since visiting! SOO good! The gluten free hazelnut cake was amazing, I really liked the Nutella frosting! Plus the portions are huge, definitely good value for your money!

The service industry is hard, I work in it in a different sector. What really makes the difference is not perfection but how minor issues are resolved. We went to the Cosy Club Brindley Place yesterday for a treat, I have coeliac disease and the cosy club chain always feels safe which is huge for me. There was a small mix up with the order which was noticed almost as soon as the first dish was laid down before we even had to ask and then fixed as fast as they could. We felt that the care Sophia took looking after us was absolutely brilliant. Having coeliac disease it's fairly common to feel like an imposition and we avoid eating out because of that. Yet Sophia couldn't do enough to help us feel comfortable and welcome. Thanks Cosy club we will be back and thank you Sophia - if there were more of you in the world, life would be so much more sunny.

Great service here with particular attention to dietary restrictions- gluten free. Kids menu was good value and we enjoyed the new honey chicken. It was a little fatty in places and the gyoza could have been cooked a little more. Really attentive staff who looked after us throughout and made sure we had a nice table and were happy with everything. Fast turnaround on freshly cooked food and lots of options. Would recommend for families needing gluten and non-gluten containing options.

I was visiting a friend and she brought me here and it was the most amazing place. The people are so kind-hearted, the atmosphere enriching and THE FOOD!! The food was so delicious. It was great to find a nice restaurant like this open before 5 because we had to travel and getting sat at 4pm was fantastic! Convenient parking meant it was a 5 minutes walk from the carpark to the restaurant which was even better because we were starving. It was quite empty when we arrived and they sat us straight away. The atmosphere was so nice, but I've dropped a star because there was a heavy smell in the air that was reminiscent of incense. It might have been the candles burning on every table, but with zero airflow it was massively overpowering. BUT everywhere was so clean and tidy, the decor is wonderful, the toilets were clean and they had a disability toilet downstairs. The plates and chopsticks and little hand towels were so cute. I loved the effort they put into it all. The servers were attentive and so polite. Really high level of hospitality and they checked in on us throughout. Some of the best service I've had in a restaurant before. They cater to gluten free with their own gf menu, which was fantastic! There weren't a great deal to choose from but honestly I think the variety was still really good. I chose the spring rolls which were crunchy and hot, and the special pho which looked amazing when it came out. Unfortunately it was jam packed with coriander which was very over powering, but that's more a personal preference and it was really fresh and crunchy. It was also quite under seasoned. I had to add some salt to the broth to bring out the flavours. There were also a lot of small chicken bones in it. Small enough to swallow but it was still a little off putting. My partner had the slow cooked lemongrass beef that was slathered in ginger. Hes Filipino and even he said it blew his head off. But it was super tender and came with fresh and crunchy salad, so it wasn't a heavy dish. For the price I'd have expected it to be a little better in flavour and a greater portion size. Especially with the starter as 3 tiny spring rolls shouldn't cost £7.50 But it was still an exciting experience after a long and tiring day!

I had dinner with colleagues at this restaurant. What can I say, as an Italian, reviewing an Italian restaurant abroad in a positive way is really complex but I had a great time here. Starting from the very vast menu in Italian (with many vegan and gluten-free options), the exceptional service: the Italian waitress was perfect with our table, and the taste of the dishes was well balanced! I'm really happy and can't wait to go back.

The restaurant was very busy, therefore loud, and as a result the atmosphere score is down. The service was really friendly, but when we first arrived (17:00) it didn't seem like there was many staff. This improved by the time we left, and the service did also. Irrespective of that, the food was actually really good. Both of us are gluten-free and both our meals were delicious.

They have quite a diverse menu for what they are, my friend found the ice cream sandwich quite sickly and heavy. The drinks were all lovely, between four of us we tried different flavours of their milkshakes, all went down well and their gluten free cider options were lovely. Their selection of board games is vast with items for all ages and skill level, family classics and indie games too. Lovely staff and atmosphere, we will be back when I visit Birmingham again.

Please be careful if you are a coeliac. I ordered a gluten free takeaway sandwich which I clocked it had crispy onions in, took it back to ask if it was a gluten free and was told that it wasn’t and was offered a refund (hence 2 stars instead of 1). Really gutted as gluten free options seemed exciting, but can’t risk coming here again.

Great food, full of flavour. Attentive service. Clearly labelled gluten-free options. Gluten-free bread has milk. There are many vegetarian options. Usually you need to wait for a table as it is busy.

Super cute cafe we visited whilst on holiday and they have gf and vegan options. As coeliac it was lovely to have some options that were coeliac safe. The biggest thing that inclined me to to leave this review though is the amount of thought they put into cross contamination when preparing my drink. They cleaned the milk frother spout, the milk jug and prepared it before my friends order containing gluten. I even heard them say 'this is for the coeliac' when passing the drink to each other to give it to me. I really appreciated the amount of forethought they'd put into preparing my drink as that has never happened in my 6 years of being diagnosed coeliac so MASSIVE THANK YOU! It really meant a lot to me and made me feel safer to enjoy my order. Lovely setup and decor inside the coffee shop, lovely looking cakes and just the vibe was chill. Highly recommend! P.S. the latte was perfect!

Delicious Vietnamese dishes! Full of flavour and lots of options to choose from, so you'll definitely find something for you! I ordered the 'Homemade Curry' with 'Crispy Chicken' as my meat option. Great taste. It has two chillies next to the name, it's full of flavour but definitely not spicy hot. My friend ordered a bowl of 'Pho' with the 'Beef option. That was delicious too, and also full of flavour (not spicy). We also got the "Chicken Wings" in the "Hot Sweetie" flavour. These have some heat to them but are sweeter. Same type of Sweetness you get from BBQ sticky wings but with a tiny bit of heat. Overall, great food. recommend it if you're looking for Asian cuisine! They do have dine in space and it's lovely. They do have Gluten Free, Vegan and Halal options!

Came across this delightful cafe while visiting Birmingham Jewellry Quarter. We had the Harira soup, flatbread and a drink. Both were delicious. They catered for ny dairy free and my husbands gluten free diet. Will definitely recommend this cafe.
