OMG. Have celiac disease and eating out anywhere is a challenge. While the P.F. Chang’s at arrowhead could really add more gluten free chicken dishes (they only offer one and it’s spicy), the chicken fried rice is what dreams are made of. The taste was out of this world.

Ordered baked brussel sprouts, jambalaya chicken shrimp pasta, Lunch size Evelyn's favorite pasta (gluten free) and cheesecake to bring home. Service from Rocky W was outstanding. He was very attentive and answered questions about the menu. Food was great. Gluten free pasta has a tendency to not be cooked correctly and this was perfect. And the quality was very tasty, didn't taste GF. Hubby loved the Jambalaya. We both brought half our meal home as it was too much food

I have never been disappointed with in n out!! For celiacs, state that you have a gluten “allergy” and they should take extra precaution with the preparation. I don’t believe I have ever been sick from gluten from here and I am extremely grateful for that.. Anxiety averted!! And the food is fresh and yummy too, you can’t go wrong!!

I have to say I'm a little disappointed in our experience here last night. I had been given a glowing recommendation for this place. It wasn't anything major, just a few little things. I have to say our server, Summer, was great. It was a Sunday night, so prior to heading over we checked their website for a waitlist option. They had one! We put ourselves on the list and were told we were the only ones, so we drove straight up there. The entry was packed when we arrived. We told the host that we were on the waitlist. Even though the website said we were the only ones on the list, she told us it would be an hour wait. She was nice enough to suggest we eat in the bar area as it was first come, first served and we accepted that option. They had plenty of gluten free options for my wife, which was a huge plus. Our server was quick to take our orders, and was very helpful with my wife's allergies. She came by and checked on us several times during the excessive hour and 10 minute wait for our food. When the food came out, I expressed to my wife that my steak was luke-warm and she said hers was similar, but I was hungry so I started eating. After only 5 minutes or so, another runner came to the table with our exact same food and seemed shocked that we already had food. I told him my food was cold and I'd be happy to trade it for the literally steaming copy of my steak he had on his plate. He told me he would check if he could do that and then disappeared never to return. I noticed my wife hadn't touched her side, and realized one of her allergens had made it on the plate. Our server was incredibly quick to resolve that issue once she was alerted. Overall it was just a bit frustrating to have the website mislead us on the wait time, the food to take over an hour to arrive, the food to not be hot when it arrived, to be ignored when we indicated the food was not hot, and to have had one of the side dishes come prepared improperly. The food tasted good and the server really seemed to do her best to help us out where she could. Edit: I emailed you screenshots of the wait-list option from your website. It was an option after clicking "reservations" on your home page. I also sent you a screenshot of the text I received confirming my name on the wait-list.

I love that they provide gluten free buns so I can order a sandwich from a "fast food" restaurant. The burgers are great and the kids love their corn dogs. The fries are the bigger crinkle kind and done perfectly. The kids meals come with a small bowl of ice cream There is a coupon on the outside of the kids meal sack that you redeem for the ice cream. There is also a second coupon on the bag to save to qualify for a free meal! So don't toss the bag without looking for both. My sister loves the Northern Walleye pike sandwich which is rare outside the Midwest. The ice cream (custard) and sundaes are great. So much so that the kids keep scraping the bottoms of their bowls to get every bit!

Ordered 12 cookies because there was a deal for 12 for $32. I asked that the 4 gluten free cookies and the cookie with peanut butter be packaged separately due to food allergies in my family. I was charged $44 because of this request and the order was done incorrectly. Not allergy friendly nor into treating your customers right

I haven't been here in quite a while and unfortunately its gone way downhill!! The yoing gal behind the counter randomly kept leaving the register to go get plates off other tables or to talk to other employees ... all as we were trying to order. She had ZERO idea of the menu or what gluten-free meant even after explaining it was an allergy. She didn't care or try to help. Went with a simple potato and soup... both were so disgusting! The restaurant was dirty, tables, seats and floor ... all needed a good wipe down. Sad to see another business go down hill from poorly managed, crappy customer service and dry food.

This is my second time here and it was just as amazing as the first time. I had been craving it since my last visit when I had the GF Over The Rainbow roll. The food was incredible. Service was friendly and fast. Bathrooms were clean. They had a gluten free menu which had many more options than other sushi restaurants I’ve been to. My rolls had huge pieces of fish inside with a thin layer of rice on the outside. Some places I’ve gone to had such a huge layer of rice with a tiny piece of fish. I don’t go back to those places. This one I will keep coming back to as often as possible!

Great food and service, but I was shocked to spend $40 on just two Tito's with club soda—an exorbitant price for one person. For context, the mimosa flight I bought for my para to celebrate her outstanding role as a substitute teacher was less than the two drinks I ordered. My gluten-free order also came with hash browns, As a loyal customer who regularly brings my school team here to celebrate, this experience was disappointing. I hope Hash Kitchen addresses these concerns to maintain their usual high standards. However, Mr. Sullivan reached out in less than 24 hours and was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns promptly and resolved the issue, which I truly appreciate. This level of customer service is rare nowadays and reminded me of the upscale restaurants of the 70s, where individualized care for patrons was the norm. It’s refreshing to see a business prioritize its customers like this, and it has restored my confidence in Hash Kitchen. I look forward to returning with my team.

The food was fab, the service unmatched from the host to our server, and the atmosphere was perfect with good spacing of seating along with seasonal decorations. If the owners read this, make sure you let Yas know she made our visit the best. Best smile and had answers for all of our questions with superb patience. We went to the Sicilian Butcher for my daughter's #25 birthday. Food was delicious .Our waitress Mariel was amazing. She made sure we were happy and satisfied with our meals. She even gave us an appetizer . They gave my daughter a birthday cannoli. With a candle to sing happy birthday to her❤️ one of my daughter has a gluten allergy so it was nice that they do have a Gluten free dishes. We were seated outside on the patio and they had the heaters on so we were comfortable. Before we were done the manager came by to make sure were satisfied very nice gentleman..Highly recommend this restaurant. Its perfect for any occasion whether it's for a romantic date or a family birthday celebration.

I took my mom here for her birthday dinner, and I made the server aware that I have a severe milk and gluten allergy prior to ordering, and that my mom has a gluten allergy. As soon as I tasted the chicken, I could tell it had dairy on it... I asked her to please check again, and so she called the owner who then confirmed that it did indeed contain milk. I couldn't eat any of it. She did not even bother to make a replacement, comp our meal, offer dessert for my mother's birthday, nor did we receive an apology at the end of the evening. As a former server myself, I find this completely unacceptable and disappointing. Especially on an evening that we wanted to celebrate. An allergy is not a food preference. We had to end the night early so that I could go home and take medicine. We will not be returning.
