Stopped in while driving through for lunch. The mint tea is so good! Great gluten free options. Enjoyed the lentil soup (husband had the chili and liked it) plus an entree. Food was fresh and tasted good. Would return if in area again.

We had a dinner 🥘 at Aladdin and was so good. They have all options for Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Non-Veg too. We are vegetarian so we order Hummus, Aladdin Veg Falafel and Pita Pizza.

Really, for a "fast food" chain, I've never come across a better restaurant. All locations I've visited have been top notch or close to it. I probably come to this one the most and I've had perfect service almost every time. I also am VERY PLEASED they offer Gluten free Buns!! They have been out for a while but its not expressed enough. We can enjoy a sandwich without removing the "bread". Thank you for maintaining what you stand for..

We held a bridal shower at D'Agnese's this past Sunday. It was executed flawlessly by the staff at the restaurant. The food was delicious. We selected the banquet menu #2 which included selection of wedding soup or salad, and Penne and Chicken, Chicken D’Agnese’s, Eggplant Parmesan, Pan Seared Salmon, and Penne Ala Vodka. They accommodated a couple of guests that needed gluten free and vegan options. Our servers, Melissa and Christy, were friendly and attentive. We will be back.

Absolute best breakfast in the Akron area. The red eye hash is my favorite with big chunks of corned beef. The benedict is amazing. Everything is always great. Lots of great gluten free options including omelets, hash browns (potatoes are NOT fried in shared fryer) and GF toast.

Cozy and popular breakfast and brunch spot. Absolutely love that they offer gluten free toast here. I usually get a breakfast sandwich and it hits the spot every time, but it is a bit on the pricey side when adding bacon and gf toast.

"GLUTEN FREE SHELLS!" says the menu. "GLUTEN FREE SHELLS!" says the cashier. "Flour tortilla," says the bag... Went with my wife for some DF/GF taco's. Turns out, despite it saying GF in bold on the menu, they are not gluten free. Also of note, they have missing items on their menu. And as for the "Avocado taco" you might assume it would come with fresh avocado. Unfortunately, they've opted to use processed avocado paste. Wasn't even acceptable. Just bad. Chicken taco was almost there. But the chicken was significantly overcooked. I ended up eating in front of my wife and she searched Google for another restaurant. Not the date we were hoping for. And I'm not sure the cashier understood that vegan cheese is dairy free.

I have eaten here dozens of times since discovering I am a celiac in January 2025, I have not had 1 single issue with cross-contact/contamination or any problem with accommodations to my needs. I highly recommend this restaurant as a frequent stop as they pride themselves on a clean and celiac friendly environment both in the restaurant and even for take out!

This place was excellent! Found it by accident on the way back from Youngstown for graduation. Had a turkey Reuben that was maybe the best ever. Family enjoyed shrimp and grits and even a gluten free option. Drinks were delicious and the service was unexpectedly excellent. Definitely worth a stop!

If your ever in the mood for the BEST vegan GF breakfast cookie and awesome cappuccinos- NDC is the place to go! Relaxing atmosphere, friendly Baristas, and cute merchandise (for yourself or a gift) 😊 This was my first time visiting NDC I didn't even know it existed. As I googled "coffee near me" driving through Akron, the usual places came up - BUT WHO WANTS USUAL?? lol. So I chose NDC and I'm so glad I did!! But now I'm OBSESSED with these vegan gluten free cookies!! I NEED one. And those of you who wouldn't eat "that stuff" TRUST ME- you will love them! Check it out. There's one in Beachwood too!!

I'm so glad I found this coffee shop chain. I tried this chain for the first time yesterday at a different Akron location and was shockingly surprised. Today I'm trying a different location over by portage Lakes. The presentation of the espresso macchiato was not as good at this location, but the flavor was spot on. My espresso macchiato was smooth and delicious. They make 95% of their simple syrups In House. The staff here was equally as friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. A lovely place to visit and get a cup of coffee or espresso. They use a medium Italian roast. I thought I always loved French roast was my favorite but this Italian roast is amazing. They carry fresh baked goods, including bread loaves that they make from scratch here. Everything in the store is made from scratch. I love that. They have a few gluten-free items too. Parking is easy they have a private parking lot and they have one space right in front of their store for to go Guests. The only thing I didn't like about this coffee shop is that they serve there to go coffee and Styrofoam yuck. I feel like that just ruins my coffee totally. I prefer to drink out of paper cups. Since I purchased an espresso macchiato and it's very small. I just got it in a nice regular tiny mug, and enjoyed it there and their great atmosphere. I would definitely come back.

This coffee shop is a must try! It really is a hidden gem like others have stated. Their coffee was good, the atmosphere is uplifting and the employees were very nice!! They have gluten-free pastry options as well as vegan. Their drinks are not overly sweet so I was happy I did not even have to ask for half sweet as I do everywhere else. I will absolutely be back! 🤎

Very interesting establishment. You can order your "dish" similar to a salad bar, depending on your ingredients, you can have it hot or cold. Everything is fresh and clean. There are plenty of items to choose from including gluten free items. The staff is extremely helpful. There are several beverages to choose from and the "ice tea bar" is awesome if you enjoy iced tea.

Great place, cool menu but this was a awful waffle..I don't know if it was the gluten free make up or the weird cinnamon sugar but it all tasted like hot dirt..very disappointing. Waiter never even checked in on me (just cause I'm eating it doesn't mean I'm happy) I wish everyone else a better experience.

THE place for pizza in NEO. The cauliflower crust (GF) is the BEST I’ve ever had, hands down. And love having a delicious gluten-free beer to go with my gluten-free pizza! Atmosphere is welcoming, easy-going and they make you feel like family. Wonderful outdoor seating. Great for families. Our favorite!

OMG the manager and ast manager were the best yesterday!! I have a friend who's daughter has Celiac's were you can not have gluten at all! These two people went way above any thing I have seen! The lady manger stoped and listened to what I had to say and then did everything to not cross-contaminate her food she changed her gloves she cleaned the blizzard machine two times made sure she she out on new gloves! It was amazing how she cared in this matter! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE! And for showing me people still do care!!!

Love the atmosphere and aesthetic! The coffee is good, and I love that almond milk is an option! Their pastries are from Brimfield Bread Oven, so it is really cool to see them working with another local business - and as someone who is gluten free, I was very excited to see they had GF almond cookies when I went. I will definitely be going more often bow that I know it is there - I just hope they get a sign soon so people can find it and bring in more foot traffic!

My wife and I went here for anniversary because she loves tea. Food was great. For not being a tea drinker, I enjoyed the tea. Our server went above and beyond to make sure my wife could have a gluten free pastry.He did apologize for forgetting to bringing us our tea. That was ok. We weren’t in a hurry to eat and go. We were given a tour of their meeting room. We look forward to going back to try other dishes

My husband, friends and I went for dinner last night. I’m always nervous eating at restaurants as I have celiacs disease (extreme gluten autoimmune) and I get sick even with just a crumb. When ordering, there aren’t too many gluten free offerings on the menu, so I improvised. I asked Rob, our waiter, if the kitchen caters to people with gluten allergies and he assured me they did and he would take care. So I ordered the teriyaki bowl with rice, steamed broccoli and chicken (no seasonings or sauces, made in separate pans, using clean utensils) and I didn’t get sick! The bowl was actually really good. Rob did a great job, not just with me but with our group. I do wish there were more gluten free options besides a pizza and I saw they have nothing Bundt cakes and I would have gotten one if it was the gluten free flavor (which is very good btw!)

The BEST place to go for people with celiac/gluten allergies. Ask for Skoop. He did amazing, knew the entire protocol without needing me to ask, and went above and beyond to make sure I could eat without getting sick. Not all chipotle's are the same. most have no idea what the protocol is. Skoop not only knew it, but filled my order with a smile. Thanks for the great service!

UPDATE: went again on 6/17/23 and enjoyed a fabulous steak! Half a seasonal salad for each of us. My son had the Philly cheesesteak (Farmer's Rail Brunty Farm's beef) & rosemary garlic fries which he said was the best he ever had. I had the Farmer's Rail Brunty Farm's 20oz bone in ribeye with mushroom demi glaze & grilled asparagus. It was definitely one of the best steaks I have ever had. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked and super fresh! Everything was absolutely FAN-TASTIC! Highly recommend!! Enjoyed the gorgeous patio on this beautiful night too! Excellent food! Lots of choices and even vegan and gluten-free options are available. Beautiful place inside, looking forward to spending some time on the very large deck in the summer and can't wait to see what their full menu brings!

My husband & I visited this fun restaurant on a trip to Akron. Service was excellent; our waiter was extremely helpful in guiding me thru the menu, offering gluten free choices. He even asked the chef about preparing the fish special gluten free, which chef was only too happy to do :). Loved our little private curtained table & all the colorful paintings of faces with enormous chins - so much humor in those! Yes, the bill was a little pricey but it was a special evening. Enjoyed it!

I have celiacs and I’m always looking for a restaurant that will accommodate. We took our friends there to try it together for the first time. It was busy which is great to see! Everyone who worked there was so nice too from the minute we walked in until we left. I told the waitress about my gluten issue and it was no problem. I got the blackened grouper with asparagus; it was delicious and bonus, I didn’t get sick, which is always a major nail biting moment when I go out to eat. The rest of the group also got the grouper as well as the ahi tuna and only good things to say. I’m looking forward to going back during patio season and seeing what else they do with their gluten free options. Maybe someday they’ll have a dedicated fryer which would be amazing. I also hope that restaurants will start to switch from seed oils to other options!
