Stopped here for dinner with the family after flying into Madison. Menu was great, service was friendly, and the food was delicious! They didn't mind our 3 young children being a little squirmy after sitting on a plane all afternoon. Had great Gluten Free and Vegan options on the menu. What a great place! Highly recommend!
A vibrant spot with a unique vibe and quick service, perfect for sharing deliciously crafted dishes and enjoying good conversations with friends.

Food was delicious. 9/10. My personal favorite dishes included green curry and praham long song. Everyone we talked to recommended the red noodles, so definitely try those as well! I got the foco roasted coconut juice as a drink which was nice but wouldn’t re-order. To be truthful, I only got it because it had boba. The sticky mango rice as dessert was DELICIOUSSSS and a fun cultural food to try. The cream cheese wontons were exquisite. Basic, but delicious. Almost everything here can be made vegetarian and gluten free which is great if someone has dietary restrictions. Overall would definitely recommend this place, especially with parents in town as it is a little pricey for the college student budget. The service was good except they do this thing where you have a table but must go to the front and order every time and then they bring your food out to you. I was not the biggest fan as someone constantly had to get up to go order food, a drink, etc. and it broke conversation. May just be a personal preference though. My final rating is an 8/10 for the restaurant.
A remarkable gem known for its authentic flavors and generous portions, leaving you eager to return for more delicious dishes.

The best falafel you’ll find in Madison. Super accommodating for gluten allergies, speedy pick up service, and amazing and kind staff. My partner and I weren’t sure about how much food would be in the falafel platter so we ordered more falafel on the side. The platter came with SIX (6) falafel!!!! So we got to enjoy the extra side as a delicious lunch the next day. So happy to have The Mediterranean Joint in the neighborhood!!
I can’t recommend this place. I have given it three chances because people seem to like it. The first time I went, the owner, this blonde woman, was SO unfriendly and rude to me. I had never been there before and she basically yelled at me that they were cash only for pickup and told me to go away. The second time we went for dine-in, my friend is gluten free, she has celiacs. They blonde woman (again) said they could accommodate and the she was given a dish that did have gluten in it and she got sick. Our final time they gave me a dish that has pieces of meat mixed into my tempeh dish. Won’t be going here again.
A hidden gem with a unique, private courtyard vibe, offering outstanding globally-inspired, plant-based dishes, and a well-curated drink menu.

We were there early but everyone was happy to accommodate us right away. Our server was very attentive throughout our visit and did a nice job explaining the theme of the restaurant right when she came over to our table. The atmosphere of the courtyard is unique and private. Quieter than I thought it would be right off of E Washington. All of the food we ordered was outstanding and the gluten free parsnip alternative for the risotto dish seemed to have just as much care to it as the regular dish would have received. Overall great experience.
Deliciously flavorful dishes and great attention to detail make this spot a must-visit, especially for a chill lunch vibe!

I have now eaten here 3 times and appreciated the food every time. What stands out beyond very tasty food is their attention to detail and service. We ordered a gluten free entree and added mushrooms (marinated so not gluten free) - they labeled the dish identifying what was gluten free and what wasn’t and just in case packaged the mushrooms separately.
I called multiple times with questions and they were always kind, patient, and provided genuine recommendations and insights. It is a pet peeve of mine when restaurants/servers don’t feel comfortable providing an opinion.
I would highly recommend. Also, my two children tried three different items and provided their approval as well (not a typical experience as of late).
An extraordinary culinary journey awaits, highlighted by creative flavor combinations and stunning presentations that leave a lasting impression.

Always an amazing culinary experience. I love the chef tasting menu with the wine pairing. Chef Dan is so creative with food combinations and the presentation is extraordinary. And their Gluten Free accomodations are on par with the rest of the offerings.
The latest dessert, the slow baked peaches was mind blowing.
With an awesome breakfast pizza and a must-try meatball appetizer, this spot shines for both brunch and dinner!

It's a go to for brunch and dinner. For brunch I love the breakfast pizza. The gluten free crust is out of this world. I'm not gluten free and I order it every time. The caprese sandwich is great. Get the meatball app! And the fish fry is awesome and it's available every night!!
The prices are average for being what is essentially a sushi place. They allow you to mix and match your own bowls, they have some gluten-free options, and their in-house tea is amazing. Parking is also available.
