Excellent place, absolutely everything was thought out and well done for celiacs. We went on a Sunday night, and although it was cold, we decided to sit outside. They have a covered, heated gazebo. As soon as you arrive, a waiter appears and asks how many people there are and if you prefer inside or outside. You sit at your designated table, and the waiter appears with the menu. Absolutely everything on the menu has a price. While you wait at your table, they give you gluten-friendly bread to try with olive oil (the bread is delicious). We decided on pasta. The three dishes we ordered were different, and all three arrived immediately. When we tried them, all three of us said wow! They were exquisite and delicious. The photos posted are of the dishes. Afterward, my daughter ordered dessert, but I didn't take a photo. The dessert had pistachios, which my daughter loved. Although it's a little more expensive than other gluten-free places, it's worth going every once in a while. The waiters are super attentive, the service is friendly, they serve everything quickly and are always courteous. Recommended for pasta! It's located between Belgrano and Palermo.

I read recommendations, I read that you can't order takeout. I am a celiac, visiting Bariloche, I explained to the person who helped me how difficult it was for me to find a place to eat. He explained to me that they do not deliver, nor do they order takeout…. Perfect I went very hungry... I ordered four empanadas (meat loas, they have no flavor) and a pizza (he clarified that it was small at the beginning of our talk). But to my surprise... he refused to bring me the pizza because according to HIM, no one can eat that much!!! So I ended up going back to my hotel hungry and very upset. The small empanadas, without much flavor and the pizza…. He decided for me.

We were passing through Villa Carlos Paz, and this option appeared on Google for gluten-free purchases. There were no options for any type of cake. I wanted to celebrate my birthday, but I couldn't find any. I bought some panchitos and chocolate alfajores. The alfajores weren't in the fridge, and I didn't put them in either. After two days, they were rotten. The service was very good, but I wasn't satisfied with the products.

It's unique in the area: 100% celiac-friendly! The products are good. I would only recommend improving the pizza (for some reason, the dough is sweet and doesn't taste good) and stocking more breads and pastries on weekends. The lingots are delicious, as are the chipá. The croissants are very well made. The waiters are friendly. It's true that service in the dining room can sometimes be a little slow, but they're always friendly considering it's a small place. This place is very important for the celiac community; I wish the city would exempt them from paying taxes for their service!

Fantastic and authentic vegan food and service! Also a great place for those looking for gluten free food. The buckwheat base pizza was absolutely delicious! When I asked Tamara how it was made so authentic and crispy, she said “with love”! No wonder the food is delicious :)

The truth is that at first when I started ordering food because my girlfriend is celiac, we did well, but lately I don't feel like they put the same love into the food, the potatoes all come burnt, the pizzas dry, the hamburgers without much flavor, it makes me sad, but oh well, I leave this so you take it into account as I also work in gastronomy, I feel like they could do better, greetings

Let It V is one of the very few and exclusive restaurants (this one in the form of a small establishment in a food court) where vegan and gluten-free food are the stars. It is an excellent place to come eat something healthy and not be left with little taste. This time I ordered a Falafel&Hummus bowl salad. Very rich and nutritious.
