Just had the worst service I’ve had in ages. After being seated, we waited 15-20 minutes before someone took our order after having asked twice if we could order. The people we asked couldn’t/wouldn’t take it because we weren’t in their section, yet our server was nowhere to be found. We finally got water after being there for 30 minutes, also after having asked multiple times. When our order was finally taken the server was rude and defensive when I asked a question about whether taking away the toast would make the gluten free option of a meal gluten free. It was an awful interaction. When we got the food we had to wait while it got cold to get any cutlery. The food was fine, the coffee was disappointing. The whole experience was just weird and mostly unpleasant. When we went to pay the person who helped us was really nice and helpful. It was nice that it ended with a pleasant interaction, just wish the rest of the experience could’ve been the same.

The quality of the food here has really dropped in the last few months. Combi used to have good quality sourdough and gluten free breads for their toasties/meals but now the bread is very cheap and tasteless. Presentation of meals is also quite sloppy. I had the beans on toast and it was very unappetising. I go here all the time but I’ve been disappointed the last few times which is such a pity because this place used to have such a good buzz and healthy, good quality food.

Great food, however when it takes over an hour for a water after asking three different wait staff…you just know the food will take a while
After discussions between the rest of the table to wait for the food or to leave, it had to take a vote to stay.
Table service? We had to order drinks at the bar just to place a drinks order.
Food was great, chef caters for coeliac, but you inhale the food within 10 minutes after starvation.
We felt guilt eating the food knowing the next table would be waiting the same amount of time.
Love the food, love the vibe; just eat before you come and being a drink bottle.

Dined in for a casual and delicious pizza night. Really friendly service and staff. Best of all as someone who is gluten free the pizza bases are amazing - light and crispy. Yum!
