Made a reservation for 16 people and called the day before to check again, everything was fine according to the staff. We were sent away on the spot and according to the staff it was "not their problem", nice if you choose a restaurant especially for someone with a gluten allergy. Thanks guys.

Great Ice Cream and very knowledgeable staff! It’s not always easy to eat gluten free and vegan but here it was absolutely no problem at all! We asked for the specifics of the gluten free menu items and got very informed answers. They even made sure to scoop safely, which makes one feel super safe here!

Very tasty gluten-free and cow's milk free pancake. Indistinguishable from the 'regular' pancake. Nicely baked with a light crust. And not too expensive either. Took a cookie cake (also gluten-free and dairy-free) home with me. Put it in the oven for a while and a delicious dessert with creamy chocolate pieces. A 4 for the atmosphere, not that it wasn't cozy, but there was a large group of people present and they were just a bit too noisy. We didn't have to make a reservation for the gluten-free food. Recommended, we'll be back!

Delicious plant based organic restaurant (also gluten free, excluding the pasta). All of the ingredients and salads are clearly prepared very fresh and with love. The menu is essentially bowls or salads with an option to create your own version in store. I got the botanical salad which was so fresh and crunchy, with a delicious house made saffron aioli. I also got the raw raspberry passion fruit cake and really enjoyed it, not too sweet. My friend got the three bean chilli and thought it was delicious. This is a great place for anyone to come for a delicious meal that leaves you feeling full satisfied with truly healthy organic food. There is also a nice veranda out back with plenty more seating, even for a larger group.

Fantastic gluten free food offerings. Chose the sausage which is 100% gluten free, the beef burger with gluten free bun (+ €2 which is not bad) and the old bruges cheese and bacon loaded fries. Absolutely delicious and gluten free. Reasonable price too!

We went there as a family and loved it, the place is beautifully decorated. Before going there we contacted Darius café on insta to ensure that products without gluten, traces of gluten and dairy products were offered there. We quickly received a response, allowing us to go there during our short stay in Liège. A big thank you to Delphine, who once there, was of great help. She showed us the suitable pastries and served us with professionalism and good humor. It is with great pleasure that we recommend your establishment.

Wonderful restaurant, I have been going here for years and I don’t intend in stopping. Delicious food, great service but if you are seated upstairs it might take some time to so a waiter. Nice atmosphere and large garde. A plethora of different dishes and they offer a lot of allergy/ intolerance free food. Such as gluten and nuts. Can eat steak, pancakes pasta all in the same restaurant. You also get bread(possible gluten free) with your meals and butter. Wonderful place but a tad bit on the more expensive side.

What a gem! So happy that I discovered restaurant Verthé! Everything is 100% vegan and gluten-free, and yet super tasty - you really don't miss anything. The dishes are original, beautifully prepared and above all very tasty. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is super friendly. You notice that they love what they do here. The perfect place for a pampering Saturday! The place is small but cozy and the food is healthy and delicious :) There are plenty of gluten-free and vegan options. In the meantime, it is a tradition to have dinner at the mama's house for our birthday. For people with celiac disease this is heaven on earth. Most of the menu is gluten-free.... We started with a delicious cocktail from home. The food was once again top notch We ended with a super delicious dessert. The vava provides friendly and pleasant service. We had a tremendously delicious lunch at the goodie foodie location next to the Plantin Moretus museum. The menue has a variety of bagels and pancakes as well as omelettes to offer. Especially lucky as we needed a glutenfree version which they were happy to offer. The staff was so helpful and funny, made us feel very welcome. This is a place we can highly recommend, even if stopping by for coffee only.

Very nice people! We went to get a coffee and got a cookie, but since we are both gluten intolerant, the owner gave us a piece of gluten-free banana bread. They clearly know what customer experience is!

Review from a gluten free family: This place was a nice find, but the signaling on the menu is a bit confusing. It says they can prepare gluten free buns but the menu is not specific regarding which burgers are GF. The server was kinda confused by this issue, but at least he asked the owner/cook when he wasn't sure. My wife and I are celiac and had no symptoms after our meal. Burgers were tasty.
