I am celiac and I came from RS with high expectations to celebrate my birthday at your restaurant, recommended by a celiac. At first, I thought it was amazing that the restaurant had a kitchen and menu exclusively for us. We ordered a Blumenau sausage pizza, a shrimp pizza and I had a raspberry drink, all from the gluten-free menu. The pizza was delicious, but I thought it was strange that there was no separation of plates, glasses and cutlery. The waiter, already knowing about my condition, informed me that there would be a complimentary birthday dessert. So we accepted and asked, just to confirm, if it had gluten and he said that “there was no way to make this dessert gluten-free”. In other words, if we hadn’t asked, the restaurant would have served me a dessert with gluten without me knowing (knowing that I was the birthday girl and that I was celiac, since I had informed him when I made the reservation, when I arrived at the restaurant and when I ordered). We were leaving and another waiter, upon hearing what had happened, apologized and offered another safe dessert, but I was already feeling quite embarrassed so we declined and left. My reactions to gluten are severe and immediate and unfortunately I arrived home with hives on my legs and arms. For all these reasons, I would not trust this restaurant again and I strongly recommend training for the “new” waiter in question if they really want to present themselves as an inclusive restaurant.

Everything is delicious! I am not celiac and I still enjoyed the entire menu, plus it is super cheap, between 2 people we ate super well with 3 drinks, 5 empanadas, banana bread, vegetable soup for only $30,000! Plus the incredible attention. I would return without a doubt

The worst gluten-free coxinha I've ever eaten! The filling was seasoned and tasted bad. It had a cream cheese filling inside to imitate cream cheese, which honestly didn't work. My colleague ordered a quiche with the same filling and a bad, heavy dough. We tried the mini eggs but we didn't like the chocolate either. I don't recommend it and I don't plan on going back.

They advertise everywhere as GLUTEN FREE, but in reality they only use wheat flour. A restaurant of this size and price cannot use this advertising if there is a risk of cross-contamination with gluten! It is too expensive and hyped to have no guarantee of contamination safety. I am sure that the nutrition team will understand this criticism very well and how essential it is for the marketing team to be in tune with this since this also concerns safety. IT IS NOT CASA RAW VEGAN GLUTEN FREE. IT IS CASA RAW VEGAN WITHOUT WHEAT FLOUR. Gluten is a molecule and it is completely nonsensical to advertise it this way and not be. It would be like writing "no shrimp" and having "only the risk of a shrimp broth". People with allergies and celiac disease RUN AWAY. Anyway... it is nonsensical that this is part of the main advertising.

I loved this coffee shop, the atmosphere was very pleasant and everything was delicious (and everything was gluten-free, meaning it's safe for celiacs). I had a cappuccino with a coffee tartlet, which was amazing. It wasn't too sweet and the flavors were just right. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend it.

I was apprehensive because the food was frozen, but since I have celiac disease, I decided to come and try it. The food is really wonderful, very well seasoned, very tasty and with an incredible consistency! I will definitely come back, either here or in São Paulo, which also has the store! I love Casa Beá! It's a cozy, charming and inclusive place. The food is great, both for those with dietary restrictions and for those who can eat anything. They don't use fancy ingredients, they just know how to make healthy food with ingredients that everyone knows. And for celiacs, it's a joy! I looked for a pleasant environment and food free of gluten, lactose, etc. And I found everything. I had a shrimp risotto which was excellent and a wonderful chocolate cake. I loved the decoration and one or two details that aren't perfect (as a review here says) just give the place more personality. My friends, who ate without restrictions, were also satisfied. The service is attentive, just needs a little more adjustment. I will definitely be back.

It was a holiday, the store was very quiet, however, everything was bad, the fries arrived a little warm, the burgers were cold, tasteless, and we also had a problem with the gluten-free bread that must have been frozen and they didn't have the decency to heat it up properly. Very good pizza. A lifesaver for celiacs. And the fact that it is delivered is fantastic. Only on the website when I use a voucher doesn't always work and I usually have to pay upon delivery. I always buy from the Santana branch and only twice the pizza took a long time to arrive and was cold. But I believe these are problems that are easy to fix.

The variety of options for those who don't eat meat and the signage on the menu is interesting. I ordered the one from the future with gluten-free bread and pineapple juice with lemongrass (divinoooo). I don't give it 5 stars because I've had tastier snacks for less money, but I thought it was a good experience, nice to be able to go with people who eat meat and everyone has options.
