It was my first visit to France, and we discovered this cafe online. It had excellent reviews and offered "gluten-free options," which was exactly what my friend needed. The coffee was amazing; we had lattes and an extra treat ;) The barista brought us a sample of a new blend they source from Costa Rica. I really enjoyed the atmosphere; the music was great, and so were the treats! The highlight of the experience was the service from the two baristas. They were friendly and kind, and helped me perfect my French. It was horrible, but okay. ;)

Second visit here and I can only recommend it, the waitresses are pleasant, the place is beautiful with this touch of Japanese atmosphere which doesn't overdo it and above all the food is excellent. The different ramens that I have tasted (vegan) are authentic and very delicious, as well as the vegetable gyoza which are the best I have eaten so far! There is also choice for vegans from starter to dessert as well as gluten-free options for those concerned. In short, I will go back.

Excellent pastry chef who respects her ingredients and her customers. For all those who want to enjoy knowingly! As close to natural as possible, we are always very happy with orders. Whether cakes or biscuits (pear nuts and spirulina cookies in the photo for a biscuit herbal tea full of good energy :)). The latest, yesterday lunchtime a beautiful birthday cake, it was sublime and delicious, we loved it. Gluten-free for the intolerant in the family. The hazelnuts and almonds were very crunchy with the softness of the apple cream, it was really good. No excess sugar, the flavors come out better. The pastry chef is very nice, listens to requests, what more could you ask for.

The Chef came to see us before the meal and then at the end, it was very nice of him. Thanks also to the waiters & waitresses for the quality of the work, and for their special attention. (A celiac in the family) And thank you for the little gesture at the end of the meal to wish a happy birthday (Pralin and chocolate marked with a happy birthday arriving as a surprise 😍) A final word on the cuisine which is honestly very tasty. Thank you for this broccoli sauce that you served with the salmon, I enjoyed it! And the dessert for the celiac, made especially for her, was really killer! (Based on fresh figs and chocolate, presented with care and combining several textures. In addition, the flavor comes from the quality of the products and the preparation rather than from the sugar. Really great)

Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 What's better than a restaurant near the Opal Coast?! The place is very clean, nicely decorated and showcasing their products and local culture! Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 Very good products! Regional and seasonal! The quality is clearly on the menu (very small menu in fact, which says a lot about the quality of the restorer's work). Small downside, they pay attention to gluten and know their products, of course.... However, they remove them completely from the plate and do not replace them to have a flavor similar to the original product 🫣 Chosen dish; Duck breast with caramelized orange sauce, roasted vegetables and potatoes. So I had the simple duck breast without sauce, vegetables and buttered potatoes. Unfortunately I had to ask for mayonnaise and add a lot of salt to enhance the taste. The sauce and spices having simply been removed. No adaptation therefore, but that in no way detracts from the quality of the products! And the original dish was simply delicious according to the non-intolerant taster 🤗 Budget 💰💰 Very good value for money!! We got €72 for two aperitifs, two glasses of red wine (delicious!) and two dishes. I therefore declare the Frangins restaurant in Wissant (France 🇨🇵) a GLUTEN SAFE ZONE ✅

On vacation in Amiens, we passed this restaurant in the afternoon and decided to return for dinner. Pleasantly surprised by the fast service. We chose the menus. The dishes are excellent, the flavors original and the quantity is more than sufficient (two large pieces of roasted hake on the plate, a pleasure!). Being gluten intolerant, I enjoyed the starter + main course + dessert (à la carte) without any problem. I add to that: the quality of the service and the kindness of all the staff. An address to remember!

Come several times for lunch (not at peak times) or in the evening, always an excellent, warm welcome, a cozy setting and another at a classic table, I tried both, I appreciated both. We eat there very good ! Even a pinsa option for pizza, to eat less gluten, very nice. Friendly service and surroundings. The restaurant is very pretty. The dishes are simple but good. The service is a tad long but nothing to panic about. The big downside, for desserts we had a cheesecake and a chocolate fondant. The fondant was really very good, but the cheesecake was sorely lacking in flavor and sugar. It felt like the device was made of tofu, and its texture was a bit grainy. Positive point for the pretty presentation and the 100% plant-based menu and the gluten-free options. The choice of drinks is also very wide and good.

Wonderful, healthy home-cooked food and friendly, welcoming hosts who managed to fit us in, even though we just turned up without a reservation. A real gem. The kids loved their burgers and my Escalope de Poulet a la Normande was delicious. Vegetarian/coeliac wife also loved her Salad Cretoise.

The decor is really nice. The welcome is excellent. However my overall opinion is mixed, I found this restaurant with the concept of a gluten-free restaurant. However, the lovely staff are not trained, the menus do not mention allergens at all. What is served is really good but the quantities are quite restrictive. The sweet potato fries are to die for, they are delicious. Overall, I am mixed and disappointed.

Dishes of absolute finesse. Talented kitchen team. Very creative. Amazing desserts. Meringue of rare delicacy. Surprising hay whipped cream. Quite a few buckwheat dishes on the menu, excellent cereal, recommended for gluten free people. Small creperie for which we return on each of our visits to St Valery. Simple but warm, we are always well received inside as well as on the terrace and with or without babies.
