In itself, it's a great idea that there is a gluten-free option. However, the very young staff are untrained and unfamiliar with contamination, which is important for people with celiac disease. So they couldn't tell me if the gluten-free brownie was completely gluten-free or if it came into contact with products containing gluten when I ordered one. Since the operator himself advertised his store on a celiac disease platform in the past, I cannot understand this.

After rather bad experiences with the Ahlbecker Gastro-Service world, we visited BRACA for the first time.
One criterion was the option of being able to eat gluten-free.
The team greeted us in a friendly manner and the table was already prepared with colored pencils and small puzzles, apparently due to the reservation (4+4 children).
The non-alcoholic aperitifs, among other things, tasted delicious and the menu didn't make the decision easy.
The friendly team helped us choose and even let us taste a sample of the gluten-free pizza dough.
Like all the dishes chosen, it was convincing due to its high-quality ingredients and the great Riesling.
At the end everyone was full, satisfied and healed from the service dramas of the previous day.

Not recommended for allergy sufferers (gluten/celiac disease).
We visited this restaurant on our vacation. Unfortunately, there are a few reasons why we didn't feel safe and wouldn't recommend going here for a gluten-free diet:
When we mentioned that we had to follow a gluten free diet and would like to see a menu with allergens labeled, we were told they didn't have that and would just tell the kitchen to leave out the gluten, which wasn't really a reassuring answer. I only chose a salad as I didn't feel comfortable choosing anything else.
The allergens were labeled on the menu, but there was no explanation as to which letter represented which allergen.
We have pointed out several times that cross-contamination should be avoided. It was quite difficult to be heard as the waiter was very busy and only briefly inquired about us.
They brought gf bread (Schär) along with non-gf bread and also didn't offer a separate spread for the gf bread.
The bread was already covered in mold. They apologized and brought sealed new Schär products instead.
Overall the general experience at the restaurant was pretty poor as the tables were not served with much attention.

I also went inside for dinner twice. Both times, the food was absolutely delicious. They're well-versed in allergens, so they slightly modified the main course to make it gluten-free. I haven't had such buttery boiled beef in a very long time. The value for money is really very good. The starter and the crème brûlée were also incredibly delicious, and they accompanied it with a good white wine. It's a shame that this wonderful place is so many hundreds of kilometers away for me.
