I ordered a poke bowl: generally the quality of food is good, with gluten free soy sauce (one in a million place in Samui with knowledge about gluten free food) but the rice is too separated (I would have preferred the use of thai rice or sticky rice). Banana shake a little bit too sweet.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was excellent, and the owner was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to gluten-free options. She gave us great recommendations for things to do in Krabi, which was a nice personal touch. We ended up returning twice during our trip because I was so happy to be able to try traditional Thai food with so many gluten-free choices available. Highly recommend this place!

I am so glad that I found this place😍. I have celiac (gluten intolerance) and after 2 months of traveling in Thailand I finally found a restaurant where I can eat safely.😍 The owner is really kind and helpful, she even let the kitchen know to be extra careful, clean everything etc to avoid cross contamination (since I can get really sick even from traces of gluten)! I came here every day and literally tried out the whole thai menu haha! My fave is Massaman and Panang curry, but I also tried the cashew chicken, the papaya salad and the pad thai ofc. The food is fresh and delicious!😍 I can highly recommend this place to anyone! Super helpful and friendly staff. Since I have to eat gluten-free, I had concerns, but the service was very informed and it was marked everywhere on the menu which dishes were gluten-free or could be selected as a gluten-free option. Drinks were also very good. The atmosphere of an Irish pub is very homely but offers not only a Sunday roast but also authentic Thai food.

I travel a lot with my family and both my sister and my father are Celiac so they’re always on the hunt for a cool gluten-free spot. I hardly ever get anything because most places are mid. When we found this spot I declined to get anything because of my previous experiences with gluten free spots. The rest of my family loved it so much we came back two more times. The 2nd time we came I tried some of my sisters treats, The 3rd time we came, it was because I made them. I ordered as much as I could because I knew we wouldn’t be back. This restaurant was truly something special. The menu is incredibly creative, with many gluten-free options and dishes that go well beyond the ordinary. Everything we tried was imaginative, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and attentive and the view of the beach added even more to the experience. Dining with the sound of the waves in the background was just perfect. One standout dish was the mushroom wrap – it completely blew me away. If you're curious about what vegan cuisine can really do when it's done with care and creativity, this is the place to try it! All in all, a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy something a little different, in a beautiful setting. The quality here does come at a price – it's above the average for Thailand – but absolutely worth it. If I ever return to Koh Phangan, I’ll definitely come back to this place.

Amazing place that supports Burmese refugees. They have a café and a restaurant with Burmese and Thai food. Everything is vegan, and they have a lot of gluten free options. The food is delicious and super tasty. They also have a thrift shop and a shop with zero waste products. All the earnings go to helping Burmese people. You can also donate your clothes and other items

Amazing delicious food period. Great for people with gluten and celiac issues. The restaurant is knowledgeable about cross contamination. The usage of rice flours for anything fried and using clean oil. Probably one of the only Asian cuisines in the city you can trust, as the owner crafted the menu with the help of a celiac friend. Just make sure you inform the staff.

In search of dairy free and gluten free sweet treats we found wilson’s cafe. The cakes/ pastries on display didn’t seem gluten free (after inquiring the feedback I got was quite unsure) so I opted for the gluten free pancake stack to be safe. They were able to switch the yoghurt with vegan ice cream to make it dairy free. They do almond, oat and coconut milk so you can have your fav milk beverages the dairy free way. My partner had lava cake and absolutely loved it. The pancake stack was HUGE, slightly too much for me which left me surprised 😂 . It was a great atmosphere, quite chilled. There are 2 outdoor spaces - one in the front on the main road and one in the back which is quite enclosed and cosy. All with fans 🪭 We opted for aircon indoors on a sofa 😉 can recommend and would go again.

Cafe del Sol is a really nice place to stay. The owner was welcoming us really friendly. I am celiac and strictly have to eat gluten free. I was really happy to find a place where I can have a gluten free chocolate cake dessert with some vanilla ice cream. It was so yummy, I can only recommend it! 🍨

Really tasty meal here! Everything was absolutely busting with flavor, I loved the fresh citrus notes in the appetizers we had! The staff was very helpful in pointing out what could be made gluten free for me (they adjusted the tuna tartare so it could be gluten free!). Definitely recommend the tuna & the prawn pomelo salad😍 & the sea bass was crazy good too! I loved everything we ate here

I love every single thing in the set was well balanced set, I love every single item in there It contains scrambled eggs with onion, salmon, cheese, spinach with mushroom, eggplant, tomatoes, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli, avocado, real butter and homemade pineapple jam with gluten free bread Every single items taste is delicious, delightful, clean not over seasoning. and after eating my stomach doesn't feel hurt, it was perfectly full, comfort and nourishment So food and drink 10/10 ❤️ The location is very easy to find it's on the main road of Bophut, There is plenty of parking area The atmosphere is very nice sooting and calm and relaxed decorated with a lot of nice art. 10/10 the cafe is air con so you will not get interrupted by the smoke (very happy for non smoker+ pregnant woman like me 🙏) and for the smoker there is a counter bar outside for smoking area.

As good as a cafe as I could find in the UK. Service always with a smile, cafe clean and tidy, has a notice board offering local services. Various breakfast available offering gluten free bread and selection of bakery with your classic English breakfast. Eggs were perfect with good old Aussie sausage and bacon. A great find👍

I have returned to visit Koh Tao and could not wait to go to this place again. I visit daily, mainly for breakfast, but often for lunch too. I love the smoothie bowls, fresh juice and granola, fruit and yoghurt as breakfast options, but I was really craving their no-duck spring rolls. They are really delicious and well worth waiting 3 years to eat them again! Next will be the cheesecake, but after a long hike as I am sure that this cake possibly is not as low cal as the rest of their sweet treats! There are plenty of gluten-free options, and their coffee is really good. I will be sad to leave, I really love the food there! Great location too, short walk from the pier, and lovely to sit in the morning watching all the dive boats go out.

We ate gluten free pasta here. Unfortunately there was a mistake when ordering, which meant I received the bottled dish, but in gluten-free form. This meant that there was a discount from the house, without any demand. They also offered to make the other dish, but I didn't want to because no food should be thrown away. As a note, I would say that the gluten-free options are marked on the menu. Corresponds to the standard in Europe.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have problems with gluten, so I need to eat gluten free and usually I have lots of problems with cross contamination in Thailand but here it’s super safe to eat also for celiacs. They triple check your food order & put so much effort into it, so I can have the best experience and no issues after eating. The food itself is sooo delicious. The service amazing. Ambiente & atmosphere as well. This is one of the best restaurants that I ever went to. Highly recommend going there to eat. The prices are also super fair 😊🙏
