Our waitress was knowledgeable about what was celiac safe or not. The burgers are big but not very flavorful. The fries were cold.
It took 1 hr 15 mins after ordering for them to serve our 3 burgers and hot dog. Totally understand that it's not a fast food restaurant (as stated by their sign at the door, so it seems excessive wait times are a common complaint), and coming from a small town we're very patient patrons, but that long of a wait time is unnecessary. If there had been another celiac-safe restaurant in the area, we would have left and gone elsewhere.
Just a heads-up for anyone traveling, their parking lot is fine for normal vehicles but parking for campers, RVs, trailers etc. in the area is extremely limited.

Friendly and attentive staff. Tender chicken and scallops. Gluten free available by request. A++ ended up here randomly traveling through the state. I have a gluten sensitivity and asked if any of were any fried rice noodles dishes that did have soy sauce or gluten and told pointed at the pad Thai it has to be the best pad Thai noodles I have ever had and they came out super quick! I was also very impressed with the staff! Thank you guy so much and I will be eating there again soon!
