Pizzeria discovered by chance through the AIC application, but I would say a great surprise. As a celiac and pizza lover, I can say that it is one of the best pizzas ever. Super friendly staff, welcoming environment, extremely competent owners, unbeatable value for money (pizzas generously seasoned). After traveling 200km I finally found a pizza worthy of the name; out of the region but we will definitely return.

I have been celiac since birth, I ate a gluten-free focaccia with stracchino and sausage yesterday and I feel terrible. I do not recommend it to anyone with celiac disease. Cozy place and friendly staff.

I went on the advice of a celiac friend and I had a great time: the waitress is very knowledgeable and kind and they are very attentive to the problem of contamination. One of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever eaten, even my boyfriend really liked his "normal" one. We will definitely be back

Restaurant and pizzeria in the pine forest of Viareggio; we went on Saturday evening for a dinner for 14 people including celiac and non-celiac children/adults, with gluten and without gluten; a perfect experience in every aspect from the great kindness and patience of the waitresses, to the speed of the kitchen to the excellent food - both pizza and pasta, both with or without gluten! Place with gluten-free menu. Excellent gluten-free Tordello made by them. Excellent appetizers and fried food. The roasted fish disappoints. Very affordable prices. We had dinner every night (4 times). The pizza is good. Highly recommended. Kind staff.

Even if it is a Neapolitan-style pizza (soft), the ingredients are good and are also very available for people with celiac disease. I think the pizza is made thin and crunchy because it is more similar to the taste of the locals.
