Pizzeria discovered by chance through the AIC application, but I would say a great surprise. As a celiac and pizza lover, I can say that it is one of the best pizzas ever. Super friendly staff, welcoming environment, extremely competent owners, unbeatable value for money (pizzas generously seasoned). After traveling 200km I finally found a pizza worthy of the name; out of the region but we will definitely return.

I have been celiac since birth, I ate a gluten-free focaccia with stracchino and sausage yesterday and I feel terrible. I do not recommend it to anyone with celiac disease. Cozy place and friendly staff.

Very good and good quality ice cream! One of the few ice cream shops in the area that has ice cream for celiacs. The price per kg is a little high compared to other ice cream shops but it is justified by the good raw materials.

My girlfriend and I came to Pietrasanta for a 3-day getaway, the choice of destination was also influenced by the curiosity to try Sementis. We are both vegetarians, with the impulse to become vegan and despite being in 2024 we struggle to find restaurants that offer vegetarian options, let alone vegan ones, so we often cook at home. From the moment you enter Sementis you are greeted by the smile, the passion and the splendid synergy that exists between the owner and all the wonderful staff, all friendly and attentive to the customer. But the gem comes when you sit down and open the menu, if you are vegetarian, vegan and celiac you can eat every single dish you find on the menu without any inconvenience or worries related to what you would like to eat but unfortunately you can't... What we witnessed was a rewarding experience, which made our taste buds explode with the goodness of the dishes we tasted. The service was impeccable, the dishes arrive with little waiting and during the evening the owner and the staff are present, pampering every customer with joy and friendliness. If we lived here, we would come every day😂 What Sementis does is a big step for all of us and for the protection of this planet. In the eyes of a few it might seem like a simple vegan restaurant, but in our eyes these guys are writing the future. Beautiful location, surrounded by greenery. Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff and quick turnaround times even on a Saturday evening. Also ideal for celiacs, I have been twice and in addition to being served with the same dishes as the other diners (in a gluten-free version of course) I must say that I have always felt physically well after eating. The bathrooms outside could be improved as they are a little uncomfortable in winter and small, but I still give five stars because everything else really makes it worth coming. Bonus: the owner's two Bernese Mountain Dogs 😍😍

This was a fantastic little find during a trip to Lucca, Italy. The staff were warm and welcoming. Their knowledge of the menu was excellent and incredibly helpful. We initially just stopped for a drink but when they flaunted their gluten free options, I was hooked. We went to the pizzeria for lunch and loved it so much we decided to go back for dinner before our train home (being close to the train station helped, too). The Gluten Free pizza was fantastic as was my partner's 'normal' pizza. On our return for dinner, the quality somehow ramped up. The flavours were amazing and a well thought out recipe. Just as we thought the taste explosions had stopped, they brought out dessert! Anyone with food allergies will have no problem eating here, their knowledge of the menu and the fantastic kitchen make you feel completely at ease when ordering and eating. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves food.

We just had a fantastic meal at Trattoria L'Angolo. 3 generations of us for a family meal. They catered well for our smallest (slightly fussy) kids, with homemade simple pasta. The homemade Focaccia was absolutely delicious. We had lovely traditional Italian meals, pork, beef , risotto, tomato dishes. And local Tuscan wines. It was all lovely and set in a gorgeous square in the heart of Lucca. The staff were very attentive and accommodating.. Also special mention for catering well for Gluten Free dietary requirements. Would highly recommend when visiting Lucca. We booked the day before we went , would suggest doing the same.

Restaurant found by chance, booked at the last moment, but a wonderful treat. The owner, knowing that we were a group of girls who were celebrating a hen party, offered us a bottle of prosecco for the aperitif, she was very kind and nice throughout, as were the rest of the staff. The dishes are delicious, a spectacular ragù!!! Also recommended for people intolerant to gluten.

A truly beautiful location, I would say refined, the dishes are a mix of tradition and local specialties but all studied, nothing left to chance. Happily surprised and had a great time with my friends. Hospitality and well-being of the person come first! We felt pampered. They are very versatile for any intolerance, a friend of mine is gluten and lactose intolerant and didn't have any kind of problem, in fact they had made gluten-free pasta!! For those with particular needs I would like to help restaurateurs with this review. They are really helpful but they don't predict the future so I highly recommend booking in advance and notifying you of any intolerances, I'm sure you'll have a great time Thanks for the experience 😁

Small but well-kept place, in full Greek style, with lots of music. Very wide choice of typical dishes (even gluten-free), excellent quality and very friendly staff. Had a super lunch here. Very friendly staff obviously proud of the food they provide. The different pastas were fantastic and you could see a lady out the back preparing them. My wife is gluten free and they happily made pasta for her. Excellent choice of good local and wider Tuscan wines. Just the sort of place you hope to find on the first day of your holiday.

Very local, very inexpensive, very good. Expect to wait a long time for dinner. This is your destination, you have nowhere else to be. Drink the house wine, eat whatever they tell you is good that day, and buckle up. They will bring you big bowls of pasta and scoop it onto your plate. You tell them when you stop. Yes they gave a gluten free menu. Yes they speak English, but do try to speak Italian. It's worth it.

Last night we had dinner in this restaurant, very well kept, original location, recommended by the reviews. We had a good time and had a lot of assistance for our daughters, one celiac and the other vegetarian. The gluten-free linguine with mussels, clams and more are special. The other dishes are also very good. The staff was very kind. Wine list and menu, extensive and of excellent quality. The only downside is the waiting times, which are a bit long. We would have gladly had dessert too but we had already been waiting too long for someone to arrive. However, regarding the quality, I would recommend this restaurant. Thank you!
