We have eating at fatto a mano for years in the restaurant and via deliveroo as they do really good gluten free as I have an allergy. Unfortunately the last time we ordered the gluten free pizza wasn’t gluten free which luckily I noticed before eating due to the way it looked as the GF crust is different. If this was someone new they could have had a serious reaction as they wouldn’t have noticed. I complained and the person I spoke to was very apologetic and offered some vouchers to be sent to us. This never got arranged and since then they have been ignoring my emails about it! Shocking!

Freshly made pizza at its best! I brilliantly casual place to dine. Staff are friendly. Food and drink are great value. Our son if gluten free so it was a relief to learn how they take real care to keep it separate. We'll be going back!

My wife and I went here while on holiday after visiting Cineworld nearby. I am gluten and dairy intolerant so it was great as they do gluten and dairy free pizza. The food was great and the service was great too. My only negative comment is from my wife who had to visit the toilet and said it wasn't really clean so I've had to knock a star off for that.

I used to come in here a lot with my girlfriend, but we haven't been in since it reopened as a restaurant. Pretty disappointed with our last visit. I usually order a pizza with a white base and change it for tomato sauce. Everytime I have been in I have been able to order my pizza this way. This time I was told the chef wouldn't do it because it's not traditional. I'm not sure when this suddenly changed. It's a bit ridiculous considering you will put a pizza with chips on top on your menu. We also got told there wasn't any gluten free pizza dough after everyone had already ordered their pizzas. Probably wouldn't visit again, bit of a shame.

We had some very tasty italian meals in a lovely environment. The pasta was fresh and the gluten free option was cooked well. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

My good friend and went for an impromptu pizza on Friday night. Were both vegan and my friend is gluten free. We were served by Jazz who has such a warm, open and vibrant personality. She was so attentive and accommodating and made our dining experience really special and memorable. Telling us how valued, supported and cared for she is as an employee (seems rare these days) she was clearly very happy in her work. The food was delicious and all of the staff waved us off when we leff. We felt like we'd been to a family celebration - we were so warmly received and looked after! Had the best gluten free pizza. Was thin based , with crispy outside and super soft and fluffy edges inside. Tasted just like normal Italian pizza . Not eaten one this good in years 🙌🏼 They also do gluten free pasta and vegan options! Staff super friendly and lovely cosy and environment . Thank you 🫶

Found this quintessential Italian restaurant in George street whilst looking for a non chain coffee break. We received a warm greeting and chose a table outside for our coffee. We saw that they catered for gluten free dietary requirements and asked to see the menu. The server introduced himself as Giuseppe( I’m assuming the owner) and was only too happy to discuss the menu and how it is produced. This made our decision to return later for lunch, reserving a table. The food, atmosphere and staff are superb, friendly and good knowledge of the menu including the GF options. Another welcoming ‘must eat at ‘ venue if you have a GF diet or fancy authentic Italian cuisine with excellent quality food and reasonably priced. Will certainly visit again😎

Great traditional feeling atmosphere and friendly staff. I can’t eat the pizza as I’m gluten free so sadly can’t comment on that, but the risotto di mare doesn’t taste fresh at all and all the mussels inside are pasty and white.
